- Riten (7/5): - Central location. Good view. Very calm & quiet The description suggested toiletries were provided. However, there was not enough of anything & we had to buy it while there including hand soap & body wash. They only provided 1 bin bag for a stay for a week for 3 people. We had to buy official bin bags from Co-op which were CHF 19 for 10 bags as you could not buy less. The parking is not allocated so if you move your car, you could be left with no parking space. It will be better if they are clear about all these points in the property description, so at least people can come prepared or make an informed choice.
- Eliane (6/5): Gemütliches Appartement, leider fehlte einiges - Bequemes Bett, schön renoviertes Appartement Leider war in der Küche vieles nicht vorhanden, zudem war einiges Geschirr nicht sauber. Das Haus ist insgesamt etwas heruntergekommen und wir hörten oft spät abends noch laute Musik aus anderen Wohnungen und es roch in den Gängen nach Rauch. Die Kommunikation mit der Firma Heiwa war zwar schnell, aber insgesamt unpersönlich. Eine Gästekarte wurde trotz zweifacher Anfrage nicht ausgestellt, beim Tourismusbüro ging es problemlos
