- Carmen (8/5): Buenas calidad-precio - La ubicación. Es un sitio tranquilo pero muy cerca de todo. La piscina, con el agua calentita, es un puntazo Dice villa de 2 dormitorios, pero no es así, hay una cama de matrimonio en el salón y otra en un dormitorio. Así que en el salón apenas hay espacio.

- Danilo (8/5): Calidad precio bien. - El lugar tiene de todo y en terminos generales es muy cómodo, el kiosco, la piscina climatizada y las zonas comúnes bastante bien. Alquilamos un apto para 6 y muy completo, camás confortables y buen espacio, también tenía una habitación para 3 y lo mismo, súper cómodo todo. Dina fué muy amable, contestó súper rápido siempre las llamadas como los mensajes. La limpieza de los baños podría ser mejor, las zonas comúnes de la piscina no tenía luz.

- Lucia (6/5): bien - La ubicación Había escrito un mail preguntando si podía cambiar la reserva a más personas y nunca me contestaron. El mismo día de la llegada no me había llegado ninguna información de la casa, así que envié un whatsap y la persona que me contestó e dijo que ya no gestionaba la casa. Me parece que los nuevos gestores se tendrían que haber movido y haber informado a la gente que teniamos reserva, por lo menos a mí nadie me dijo nada, hasta que pregunté 1 hora antes de llegar.

- Jorgelina (9/5): - Varias habitaciones con baño privado. Camas cómodas. Equipada con todo lo necesario. Estacionamiento privado que cuesta 15€. Cerquita de la playa. Tiene piscina y espacios amplios. La piscina fría para nuestro gusto personal y demasiado profunda en el caso de que vayan con niños.

- Maria Dolores (1/5): - Nada Reserve para el regalo a mi pareja, porque me gustó el sitio y la casa, llamé a las 12 el día de la entrada por si podíamos entrar un poco.antes y no contestó,la entrada era a las 15h, llamé sobre las 14h30 y nada, fuimos a la casa y nada, ni timbre, ni contestar a las llamadas, yo desesperada por la situación, esperando y esperando, llamé a Booking que intentó contactar y tampoco les contestaron . Booking me ofreció otras alternativas, y sobre las 17h pudimos ir a un hotel a dejar las cosas y poder relajarnos. Nunca más, ninguna seriedad, nos dejaron tirados a mi y mi pareja, ni nos han llamado , ni nada, vaya regalo!! No vayais nunca!!! Un 10 a Booking por todo el trámite y ofrecerme alternativas.

- maria (5/5): - Nos encantó la piscina con agua a 28 grados , y la tranquilidad No me gustó,que el anfitrión o anfitriona no hablen mi idioma y hubo un problema de que no había agua en los grifos dos días, intentamos comunicarnos con ellos por llamada ,wassat y mensajes ,no hubo respuesta en ningún momento Poca responsabilidad no solucionar ese problema ,o almenos comunicarse con migo y dar alguna explicación

- Natasha (4/5): Ok for the price, not as advertised - The pool and location was good It's advertised as a private property but it's just a room and ensuite, everything else is shared. Staff were at the property late afternoon and early before checkout so it felt awkward to use the kitchen/pool. Lots of dust and noise from the building site next door. Lots of Ants on the kitchen counter.

- Anna (1/5): Awful stay & misold it is a small room in a shared villa with strangers - This is a room in a villa not an entire villa. The room was very small & the hairdryer didn’t work but when I contacted the host she was going to sort it out the next day. Never heard anything again so I purchased one. Happy to post the receipt & packaging. Ants in the kitchen, thick dust in some parts of the villa, I have photos of the rust in the bathroom too. Room lock was also unsafe & how you enter the property lacks security.

- Javier (5/5): Instalaciones buenas pero no tuve agua caliente ni televisión en la hab. - Me gustaron las instalaciones y la habitación aunque las camas tampoco eran la bomba. No me gustó que no tuve agua caliente, no sé si es que no había o se había agotado por el resto de huéspedes. Eso es básico e imperdonable. Por otro lado no pude sintonizar la televisión del cuarto y mira que estuve rato intentándolo al igual que esperando el agua caliente en la ducha.

- Shane (10/5): Lovely villa - The location was perfect for us two 18 year olds 39 and two oldies 😂 over 60 lol the villa is lovely the staff are there cleaning the garden always helpful the owner fast response on a inquiry defo recommend Mmm couldn't fault it oh no kettle in our kitchen but one in the communal one witch we didn't find 🙈 so boiled in a pan lol .... Oh and the work men doing a new hotel up rite next door 😞 but wasn't a problem for us was our alarm to get up 😂

Hay cocina disponible pero al ir por trabajo no iba preparado con lo necesario Al estar alejado del centro tienes que desplazarte en coche si no conoces bien el transporte público. Aún así lo volveré a repetir Hay algo que me preocupó mucho. La cama sin sabana superior. De verdad lavan el cobertor en cada ocasión?

- Ruben (8/5): Casa proxima a playa Poniente en zona muy tranquila con piscina y bien comunicada. - La casa es grande y esta muy limpia, tanto zonas comunes como la habitacion y el baño que me fueron asignados. La piscina es un buen coplemento porque el agua esta templada y se puede nadar a gusto. La cocina ordenada con todos los electrodomesticos y pequeños aparatos que puedes necesitar, asi como menaje y cuberteria. Buenas terrazas, zona exterior bien equipada y espacio tranquilo y seguro por la videovigilancia. Muy cerca de la playa de Poniente y con el bus 3 a cuatro pasos en una calle sin apenas trafico. Tatiana, la anfitriona, comunicativa y amable via WA. Facilisimo encontrar las llaves y demas. Te dejan un hervidor, tazas y botellas de agua en la habitacion. El baño limpio y las toallas correctas, asi como las sabanas. Cama comoda y muy grande, con armario empotrado inmenso y una TV plana de 45" con todos los servicios de streaming. Nada, creo que todo estuvo conforme a lo esperado.

Accesorios del baño viejos. Cuando llegamos estaban las ventanas abiertas y la habitación llena de hormigas.

- Noelia (8/5): - La casa es muy bonita en general, y también está en un buen sitio. La parcela del chalet me parece que es un espacio muy pequeño para alquilar a tantos grupos. No hay intimidad, si este chalet se coge entre un grupo de amigos pues es perfecto, pero si nosotros vamos como familia y los demás grupos van en plan fiesta pues el plan no es muy agradable. Es una casa para coger con amigos pero no en familia.

- rakelruizdearbulo (6/5): Demasiado caro para como está gestionado - La casa tiene muchas posibilidades pero en la actualidad tiene mucho q mejorar. Lo que es la habitación a la llegada era lo único que estaba bien limpio. El Mercadona y la playa están a 5 minutos andando y siempre hay sitio para aparcar en las inmediaciones, no hace falta pagar 15 euros de parking al día. No es un apartamento,es una habitación con el resto de zonas comunes, incluida la nevera, a compartir. La cocina no la limpió nadie en una semana q estuvimos, en la habitación tampoco entró nadie a limpiar ni a cambiar las toallas, las mesas comunes de fuera estaban sucias de otros inquilinos que no las limpiaron y para colmo justo pegando a la casa están remodelando totalmente un hotel que además del ruido y polvo de las obras hay que sumar q los obreros empiezan todos los días a las 8 de la mañana como un reloj, no hace falta despertador.

- Quijada Cortez (10/5): Familia feliz 😄 - La verdad, que nos gusto mucho todo en la casa, las instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias la piscina muy bien pues la verdad estuvimos muy cómodos y Tatiana siempre pendiente y respondiendo cualquier consulta. - MARGARITA (9/5): - Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la playa. El espacio exterior muy agradable. Las camas muy cómodas.
- Montece (10/5): sitio perfecto para pasar las vacaciones en Benidorm - Nos encanto el sitio, tenia todo lo que necesitabamos y el lugar es exactamente como esta descrito en las fotos. Tatiana nos recibio y fue muy amable con nosotras. lo unico que podria decir es que habia un poco de arena y hormigas pero es normal por el clima
- Alejandro (1/5): COGE EL DINERO Y CORRE - Dentro de la habitación se oía algo menos los ruidos de la obra del hotel del al lado, era una media demolición!!! Estaban reformando, con demolición de tabiques incluso un hotel que hay al lado, por supuesto, TATIANA no dijo nada, de hecho no te recepcionan, las llaves en un cajetin y comunicas por WhatsApp Lo peor fue que el espacio compartido me atacó un perro muy agresivo de otros huéspedes y me provocó ir a fisioterapia varios días. TATIANA echa la culpa al dueño y el dueño a TATIANA...por no avisarles de que no era un espacio compartido. NADIE SE RESPONSABILIZA. LAMENTABLE
