• Eva (8/5): - En cuanto a situación, el barrio es tranquilo y seguro. Algo ruidoso, aunque creo que lo normal en una ciudad con tanta vida como Roma. Cada habitación tiene su baño y eso facilita la convivencia en el grupo. Puedes llegar al apartamento andando desde Termini. Las habitaciones son amplias y tienen todo lo necesario. La comunicación con el dueño ha sido excelente. Ibamos con la idea de aprovechar el apartamento para hacer el desayuno fuerte antes de salir a recorrer la ciudad, pero el apartamento no esta tan preparado para eso. Lo solucionamos muy bien porque el dueño nos recomendó un par de cafeterías cercanas en las que tenían un café excelente y unos cornetos buenísimos.

• Elran123 (10/5): - It is a divided apartment with four very large suites, each including a bathroom and shower. I guess they rent the rooms out separately, too, and I don't know how that works out, but we were a couple with our 3 adult kids and their spouses. Couldn't think of a better accommodation for that configuration. All together, with 100% privacy for each couple. Location is perfect, right smack in the middle of rome, price was amazing for such parameters. Everything was clean, tidy and working. Would definitely stay there again! Nothing

Lokalizacja jest rewelacyjna - blisko do centrum - nieograniczony dostęp do zabytków i atrakcji. Łóżka były wygodne. Ładnie wystrojone pokoje. W każdym pokoju 50" Smart TV. W lodówce czekała na nas schłodzona woda. Do użytku dostępny aneks kuchenny, w każdym pokoju była lodówka.

• Florencia (5/5): Nice room but prefer a true hotel - Our host, Pino was great, super nice and friendly and reached out in advance of our travel to ensure smooth check in. The bedroom was ample, nice and clean. The building is old and the elevator doesn't stop on every floor so you have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment - for us it was inconvenient a we were with our 3 year old son and a stroller - and it was not clarified in the description, otherwise I would have not booked this room. . Also, w e were unlucky as we got Apt #1 with the smallest bathroom and a tiny L-shape shower, again with a small kid it was not very comfortable. All in all for us it was not good value for the money unfortunately
• Stephen (8/5): We had an excellent stay and we would recommend this unit - Excellant location - 15 minutes to Colosseum and Forum. Shops and restaurants nearby. The host was vey friendly and responsive. This unit is part of a larger apartment that has been subdivided into smaller units - so not very large. The description says "luxury room" - I think "adequate" would more likely describe it. Only one window overlooking an alley so no view. The description says it includes a wet bar - but did not see this. Could use a couple of wine or water glasses.

• Antoniette (7/5): Overall, it’s okay. - It’s in excellent location. The bed is comfortable. I don’t know if he is the owner but he was the one that let us in to the apartment building and helped carry our luggage’s up the stairs. He was very helpful. The book inside the room contains instructions about checking in and out and recommendations of where to eat and what to see. Always remember in mind, if you’re in Europe don’t expect standard. Anyways, first day- we got there but we were standing outside with our luggage’s because we need the key to get in the apartment building. I don’t know if he was the owner but someone finally open the door and let us in. However, as soon as he opened the door to the apartment building, you have to carry your luggage’s up the stairs to access the elevator then carry it down to open the apartment unit. You need to open the door to get in the apartment unit. So that’s the second key. Then as you get in, you need a third key to open your room. So yes, you need to have 3 keys to be able to get in or else you’ll find yourself being locked out. FYI, the keys were very tricky to use also. Another thing is there’s a loud noise everytime you used water, shower, flushing the toilet etc. it creates a loud sound.

Bathroom is tiny, difficult to open doors and if you’re in Room 1 you’ll hear everyone attempting to get into the main apartment door and struggling for a very long time. Said extra towels are available in the hall but cupboard is locked so cannot access.

• Corinna (8/5): Great location, quiet, better for three than four. - Great location with good restaurants next to it and short walks to Colosseum, Forum romanum etc. Apt is quiet and clean. And owner was very responsive and helpful. Only slight issue was that the second queen size bed is really a sofa and the part that is usually the back of the couch is very hard and so not very comfortable to sleep on. The other side (usually seat of sofa) was ok to sleep on.

We were able to visit almost everything by foot, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was nice and clean, with a lovely modern shower. Our host was also very accommodating with check in, and the set up of the room. Also the elevator was very appreciated! It would be nice if there was a shelf in the shower to put toiletries.

• Hanna (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend this place. The location is very convenient, easily accessible to all the main attractions and the Termini station. There are a few restaurants and a great breakfast cafe nearby. The host was a very friendly and helpful person, always swift to response to make our stay more comfortable. The room was super clean and new. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.
• Hanin (10/5): Excellent! Wonderful location and host! - The location is excellent! It’s very central, with two restaurants, cafes and mini markets to the left and right of the property. The Colosseum is a 10 mns walking distance from there, most hotspots (spanish steps, trevi fountain, villa Borghese are all within walkable distance (20 mns and less). The room and toilet are very clean, the building is historical which was nice. Guiseppe, the host, is a wonderful person, he was very helpful to carry our luggage, give us tips and was very accommodating to arrange for us to leave our luggage securely in the room until we went to the airport. Highly recommend staying there.
