Guest Reviews
- Stephanie (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (7/5): Good -
- Rocio (8/5): Very good -
- Liliya (10/5): Perfect apartment. Great Location. - The apartment is spacious; nice bathroom and excellent kitchen. The bed is comfortable. The location is excellent. nothing comes to mind
- Alex (7/5): Good - 1. The location is superb - 5 mins to the entrance to Palazzo Pitti and 50 m away from undergound parking (Garage Fosi; BOOK IN ADVACE, 33 EUR per day, INCLUDING PAYMENT FOR ZTL; ZTL is free every day from 8 pm to 7 am; getting out of ZTL is also free).
2. The apartment is VERY quiet and spacious.
3. Easy and quick check-in&out.
4. Garbage collection is nearby.
5. Laundry is 3 doors away (4 EUR per wash in a 16-kg machine, 1 EUR for a drying cycle, 1 EUR per a sachet of washing liquid; open from early in the mornming to 10 pm).
6. compfy sofa in the dining area that is good for two (we had kids of 17 and 8 there).
7. groceries around near-by with a good selection of heat&eat foods (there's a microwave)
8. the design is great.
9. the dining table is VERY wide.
10. enough of wardrobes for the family of four.
11. different pillows that are good.
12. good sound insulation
13. new kitchen cabinet
14. good matrasses.
15. warm (we were in early January when it was +5C outside at night).
16. Ponte Vecchio is 10 mins afoot. 1. we found a live cockroach on the bathroom floor on our day 3 of our 5-day stay.
2. the floor is VERY dusty despite a cleaning fee of 90EUR for any stay - the socks will be black - bring your slippers.
3. The cooking panel is of an induction type (which is great) but half of the kitchenware is NOT, so you cannot use it at all.
4. no dishwasher.
5. no washing machine (there's a laundry place next door though)
6. the bed is super narrow for two (140 cm)
7. the window from the bedroom faces a WC ventillation canal (a ventillation well), meaning you cannot open the window to get fresh air - better NOT to open it at all as you will get sewerage smell instead.
8. No natural light in the bedroom.
9. two flights of stairs to get to the apt (so skip if you have SEVERAL heavy suitcases - we had one and two men to carry it up so it was OK).
10. none of the capsules for the coffee machine in the kitchen match it. ASK the host for the brand of the machine before coming if you depend on morning coffee. We didn't know that so didn't ask in advace and then we didn't have the time to scount for the right type of coffee pods.
- Masahito (6/5): Average value - Room is nice. Check in was not available.
Room cleaning was not good.
There were many hairs on the floor.
- Jenny (9/5): It was a lovely accommodation space, I would recommended it. - It was in a great location, it was highly spacious and very well kept. The sofa bed bedding was rather uncomfortable.
- Maria (7/5): beautiful apartment, but a bit expensive. - beautiful, new, had everything that we needed. too dark, there were cockroaches.
- Piyathida (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment, great location, convenient, full of facilities 1
- Strahinja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (6/5): Likely would stay somewhere else on next visit to Rome. - The location was good it is about a 10 minute straight walk to the Ponte Vecchio. We found the location central. Lots of highly recommended restaurants within 10 minute walk as well. The place was not cleaned to our standards, there was visible layers of dirt on baseboards, the bed douvet was stained, on two occasions we had to remove bugs.
- Petros (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely , cozy and well decorated apartment very close to the Boboli gardens in a nice & quiet area of Florence, not far from the major sites of the city.
The communication with the manager was very smooth, highly responsive and we've being offered a rather flexible check-in and check-out!
- Sarah (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE -- COCKROACHES - The apartment was beautiful but definitely not worth staying here considering the price and all the issues we faced during our stay I never feel compelled to write reviews until this place - AWFUL - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
First and foremost, the bathroom and entrance baseboards are full of cockroaches. We notified the property manager, they not only did not seem surprised they did absolutely nothing to fix it which tells me the situation is likely worse.
The property manager here is HORRENDOUS, I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude. A part from the cockroaches we also had the glass shower panel fall on one of us. Luckily we were handy so were able to temporarily hook it back to the track to be able to leave the shower. When we asked for a repair the property manager blamed every single issue on us despite our understanding and kindness and pictures.
We could have looked past some of the other issues and the property manager's rudeness but the cockroaches and lack of care is really where we drew the line.
awful awful awful experience
- Katerina (10/5): great stay for a small family - It was really close to the centre but it was quiet! we felt like it was our home! the communication with the owner was satisfying. nothing.
- Karlis (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic apartment, next to a nice restaurant, good wine bars and a beautiful park. Away from the crowds of the center, but still within walking distance.
