• RAFAILA ELENI (9/5): Θα το ξανά προτιμούσα αν ξαναερχόμουν στη Ρώμη. - Πολύ ωραίο καθαρό κατάλυμα με ησυχία στο κέντρο της Ρώμης , εύκολο να το βρεις. Ευχάριστο το γεγονός ότι είχε καθαρές πετσέτες, σεντόνια, σίδερο και κάψουλες για ιταλικό εσπρέσο. θα μπορούσε να γίνει ακόμη καλύτερο σε κάποιες λεπτομέρειες οπως ότι έλειπε το χαρτί υγείας , χαρτοπετσέτες, σφουγγάρι για τα πιάτα, ένα νεράκι επίσης για τους επισκέπτες θα βοηθούσε.

• TATYANA (10/5): Awesome spot for sightseeing Rome on foot ! - Very practical, perfectly located, very well organised appart. We couldn’t wish for more . Perfect spot for few days( 2 adults 2 kids). Not very big, but had everything and especially the terrace is huge plus to get coffee in the morning or wine in the evening, loved it! Location is top, can’t wish for better. Owner super responsive and accommodating Very correct price /quality ratio We are entirely satisfied and can recommend! Nothing to say

• Andrea (9/5): Great location, comfortable stay, and perfect for exploring Rome on foot. - The apartment is very close to the Spanish Steps, which made it easy to walk to many of the main attractions in Rome. The location is definitely the strongest point of the property and very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, it was a good stay and practical for a short trip.

• MENGYA (7/5): - The apartment is spacious and in a great location — very close to the main attractions. Communication before arrival was disappointing. I asked about the self check-in twice and was told the information would be sent a few days before, but I never received any reply after that. I had to make an international call the day before my flight to finally get the instructions. Once I received them, everything went smoothly, and the apartment itself was nice. The bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant smell and the shower was quite small. Overall, it was a convenient stay, though for my dates it was quite expensive (over €1300 for 5 nights including city tax). I believe the price may be lower at other times.

Чисто, автентично, є все необхідне для не довгострокового перебування. Дуже мала душова кабіна, якщо людина має велику вагу - то там нереально буде помитися. Санвузол сміжний з однією з кімнат, тобто одна спальня - прохідна.
• Jessica (9/5): Comfortable and convenient - Great location. Closed to the Spanish steps and easy walking distance to other places. Good food options nearby. The property was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen area had everything we needed for our short stay and the patio area was a get addition (we spent time drinking wine and playing cards outside at night to unwind) The host was easy to speak to and allowed us to enjoy the property without bothering us. The shower is a bit small and the wooden window frame particularly in the bathroom need refinishing. The only other thing which is probably on me but I couldn’t get anything to work on the smart TV. The one call out is the stairs to the property. They are steep and look medieval (spiral). My partner fell down them after it had rained a lot because they were very slippery.

• Kristine (2/5): No words - The location was awesome I’m leaving the tourist tax in the kitchen table. But your place is bad!!!!!! Here are three photos of what I mean, first, I cannot believe you think a couch should look like garbage and your walls are damaged plus the smell of the place is mouldy smell of dampness, the only good thing is the location! I had to cover the couch with a sheet to sleep on top of it, gods!

• Gallivan (9/5): Quaint apartment in a great location with all of the comforts of home. - The host was very accommodating when we requested to check in early to drop off our bags and when we requested a late checkout on our last day. Great location, cute apartment. It had everything we needed. There wasn't much not to like... not that this was an issue for us, but the shower was smaller than we are used to back home.

• Lara (10/5): Perfect Location and a Lovely Stay in Rome - The apartment was in a very central location, we basically walked everywhere!! Our host kindly accepted a small request we had at check-in which we really appreciated. The place was spotlessly clean and spacious enough for our group of three. We also spent time in the terrace which was lovely. If we come back to Rome, we would definitely love to stay here again The shower cabin was a bit narrow

• Minseok (10/5): Convenient and nice place - This apartment is very close to many popular places in Rome like Spanish steps and Fountain of Trevi. Host is very nice and fast in response to guest. I recommend this place if you plan to visit Rome.
• Hayley (8/5): Top location and Responsive staff - Great location. Really responsive staff when we needed them. Clear instructions for check in. Plenty of space. Beds were soft, if you like soft you will enjoy but if you need a firm bed it may be a bit uncomfortable. We didn't run out of hot water with 3 people. We did have an issue with the hot water on the first night not working BUT they were so responsive and helpful and got someone out first thing in the morning to fix this issue. The plant in the room attracts little sand flies which we found annoying but no a major problem. Also no tea towel to be able to dry the dishes we washed.

There was left few coffe tablets at time of our arrival, and that was very nice to have nice coffe after long travel Great wi-fi internet in appartment Host easy to contact and always quick in response to our massages. My and my family have great time here, all recomendation Everithing was perfect
• Daisy (8/5): For short stay in Rome this can work - Location is good, it was on a busting street close to Spanish square yet inside of the building it is pretty quiet for the most part and secure Maybe 5 mins walk from bus and metros 8-10 mins from Tigre supermarket With 2 layers of doors and the apt door We did have some incidents but were able to resolve them with a bit of help from the host later on (not always immediately ) For anyone from outside of Europe , brush in research on how to use European electric stove , we had a hard time bc the YouTube we found were in Hindi's but we kind of got it figure out It is not super big and especially the shower , it is about 2x2 It has a small frig , kettle , salt I really like the big bowls and plates , wish we would have more than just 3 spoons etc and cups would be bigger size Hair dryer was a plug though after y finish use , unplug or make sure u do not have heat on, heat dryer on and running the kettle or you will be in darkness for a bit and trying to figure out where is the fuse box Make sure you bring your own hair conditioners Wish the shower would be a bit bigger Kept hitting my head with that soap holder and there is no way to bend down
