• Tomás (10/5): - La limpieza del apartamento y su situación cerca del centro de la ciudad Había Había humedad en la escalera, no en el apartamento
• Angel (8/5): - La ubicación del apartamento. Muy cerca del centro. Zona con servicios y buenos restaurantes. El ruido por las noches. Es una calle de muchos bares para tomar copas. Nosotros hemos estado en Semana Santa. En la habitación interior no se oía mucho, pero en la habitación que daba a la calle no se podía evitar. Tuvimos días mejores y otros peores.
• Angeles (7/5): Mis comentarios - Las camas tenían sabanas y aparte el nórdico con fundas y los utensilios de la cocina eran nuevos El olor de los baños y las ratas que habia en el patio donde daban las ventanas de la cocina y de un dormitorio y no podíamos abrir las ventanas tambien la entrada a la finca era un poco cutre
• Jorge (7/5): Cómodo y aceptable. - Bastante cómodo y bien situado - las duchas no tenían buena presión de agua - faltaba alguna sartén para cocinar - mal olor en todas las escaleras del edificio. - la mesa del salón estaba demasiado floja. - las mesitas de noche de la habitación principal estaban que se caían. - si dejaba la ventana abierta entraban mosquitos. - en las fotos parece mucho más luminoso y por ende mucho más grande.

• Ben (9/5): Piso comodo y paractico en super buena ubicacion - Muy buena ubicacion. Piso simple y bueno. La ducha un poco pequeña. Puede ser ruidoso por los bares de abajo
• Alba (8/5): - El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades posibles y está totalmente equipado. La ubicación para pasear por el centro es muy buena y el anfitrión se mostró muy atento y accesible en todo momento. Lo más complicado es aparcar si vas en coche. Otro de los puntos negativos es el ruido que puede haber en la calle por la noche si es fin de semana o día festivo, ya que hay varios pubs cerca.

• Natali (8/5): - The location, 2 bathrooms. It’s as you see it in the photos The apartment is on the first floor and downstairs there are some bars, people get on the street to drink and talk. We had to open the windows because there is no air conditioning and you could hear everything, they stayed until 4:00 am.

• Currie (7/5): Good - Price, nearness to social area. Although the apartment was listed as having parking (the main reason we chose it), it did NOT. 3 days in the car park for 3 motorcycles brought the overall cost of our stay to the same as if we booked into a hotel. The area was quite seedy, and the bar below was still noisy at 09.00 am. So we got little sleep. There were several electric sockets loose, and neither of the shower doors closed properly. The main shower clamp was not fixed to the wall, so it couldn't be used.
• Jana (8/5): Very good - The apartment is located in the very centre of the city, so we could feel the pulse of the city and easily access the sights. Parking is possible in a garage 300 metres from the apartment for an extra charge (not too expensive). The furnishings are nice and the pictures show a realistic image. The apartment and the rooms are small but large enough to move around comfortably, and you can rest in the living room.

• Sasha (1/5): Would not stay again unfortunately due to smell and noise. - The decor is nice and it’s on the first floor. The property smelt of smoke and so did the bed sheets and towels. I was told there wasn’t enough time for ventilation yet the instructions say no smoking. It was not pleasant to sleep in. The bars play music until 5am making sleeping impossible and we had an early flight the next day. The music sounds like it’s in your apartment. There is no aircon or fan in the apartment and outside the bedroom window smelt of strong sewage so we were not able to open the window.
• Aman (9/5): Great stay. Host was attentive. Thanks. - Clean. Spacious. Close to city centre. Our purpose of this trip was for work as we are looking to invest in property within Santander, we’ve travelled here over 7 times now. Nothing we did not like, apart from the very tiny bathroom in the living area. However, you get an en suite bathroom in the master bedroom which is big enough so it doesn’t really matter.
• Joseph (6/5): "Cosy" but central - It was centrally located and within easy walking distance. All the residents seemed to be using our buzzer to get into the building. The apartment and common areas were smelly. The bathrooms were quite small and the ensuite bathroom had one missing shower door. The kitchen table was extremely unstable. We could not get the stove top to work despite assistance from the owner. Being in the centre of town, it can be noisy at night.
• Ruth (7/5): If you are going to need to use the front bedroom and are in Santander in good weather, we can only recommend this prope - The apartment was clean and well appointed, if a little small( especially the “main” shower room). The kitchen, in particular, seemed to have been recently renovated/kitted out. Very centrally located Lots of noise from the street. The apartment is located on a street where there are several busy bars, which are open until the early hours of the morning ( at least one is open until 04:30). In warm weather the party spills out onto the street and the noise is very intrusive, particularly in the twin room which is on the street side of the property. Even at closing time, the bar clientele take some time to disperse and we were regularly kept awake until 5am.

• Kitti (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was super clean and it has nice facilities. Location is very good. It’s close to bars, restaurants, shops, bus lines. (Only 15 mins walk from the main bus station ~the airport 15 mins by bus, 3 mins walk from the supermarket). Carlos, the host very kind, helpful. He replied very quick, when we had any query. Everything was fine.
