• Getlin (6/5): 20 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel keskväljakust - Puhas ja korralik voodipesu, abivalmis töötajad, andsid lisavõtme kui küsisime ja saime ka nõusid ning veiniavaja peremehe köögist lisaks. Dušipõrand haises uriini järgi, eriti kui see veega märjaks sai. Öösel tänaval inimesed lärmasid ja see kostus läbi akende. Internet oli aeglane ja tv pilt oli halb. Olime kolmekesi, aga toas oli kaks kahvlit :)

• Pablo (7/5): A place with reasonable prices and full of Middle Eastern restaurants - The location was very good, close to the center of the city and the station. The atention was also remarcable, with a person during the day on the front desk. They have a special elevator for people with disabilities. It's a bit small. The bathroom wasn't properly equipped for people with disabilities.

• Kitti (6/5): Szép berendezésű, tágas, de gondozatlan, takarítatlan lakás. - Szép, tágas lakás. Mindkét szobához külön fürdőszobával. Az ágyak kifejezetten kényelmesek Elég koszos, takarítatlan volt a lakás. Az előző vendég szemete a kukában, a távirányító ragadt a kosztól, a padló és a szőnyeg, koszos, poros. Az ágy fejvégén vastagon állt a por, a szekrényekben szintén. A zuhanykabin vastagon vízköves. A tv alatti polc félig lógott, le volt szakadva, a függönyök mindenhol le voltak futva a sínről. A főzésre szánt lábasok, serpenyők kopottak, koszosak és nem is jók indukciós főzőlaphoz, így használni nem lehetett őket.

• Cristina (4/5): Could have been a good stay, if it weren’t for the bedbugs - The apartment had two rooms: one with a sofa bed and a kitchen, and another with two beds. The bathroom was very spacious, as were the rooms. There wasn’t a hair dryer at first, but we asked the receptionist and he quickly brought us one, which was very nice. The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from the central station. I didn’t feel unsafe in the neighbourhood, and there are supermarkets very close by. It was not as clean as advertised (even without the bedbugs, I would have given it a 6.5). There were bedbugs in one of the beds. We informed the staff, but they only changed the bedsheets, which is completely ineffective. After three days, I had around 25–30 bites. This also caused a lot of stress, as we were worried about bringing the bedbugs home. They did not offer to change our room, provide a discount, or offer any compensation. They acknowledged the problem, but did nothing to properly address it. I wouldn't come back.

• Iryna (6/5): - Good location within 20 min walk to the old town. However, the apartment is located on a street that can get very loud during the evening/night. Supermarkets and public transport are close by and it is very close to the main train station. The apartment was clean, however, there was something off with the bathroom because it had a very bad smell (probably due to the drain). We only stayed for 2 days and were out most of the time, so it didn't bother us too much, but it is something to be considered. Also, the apartment had a smell that felt like cigarettes, but it could be fixed by opening the windows. A bit difficult to get in touch with the hotel, we wanted to leave the bags at the reception upon check out, but no one was there and no one picked the phone. We ended up looking for an alternative place to leave the bags.

• Tania (9/5): - We stayed for one night and overall were very satisfied. The apartment is spacious, which immediately creates a comfortable feeling. The location is excellent — close to the city center and convenient for reaching the main places in the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and everything went quickly and smoothly. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. The apartment has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, as well as a washing machine, which is very convenient even for a short stay. The only small downside was that the room was quite noisy because of the road nearby. However, overall we had a very good impression and would happily stay here again.

As portas do chuveiro não fechavam bem. O botão do autoclismo já estava meio estragado quando chegamos, tendo mesmo acabado por ficar de uma forma que impossibilitava as descargas.

• STEFANIA (7/5): Le camere erano pulite ma il tappeto del soggiorno era pieno di briciole e capelli. - Tanti letti: nessuno ha dormito su un divano letto. Ampi spazi comuni. L'angolo cucina era pratico e funzionale. La posizione dell'appartamento era strategia per la visita della città. Pulizia e manutenzione: le camere erano pulite ma il tappeto del soggiorno era pieno di briciole e capelli; i vetri del box doccia inguardabili; mancavano scopa, paletta, zerbino all'ingresso e i saponi e strumenti per la pulizia. I termosifoni si riempivano a metà e alcune manutenzioni (mobile bagno, scarico doccia) discutibili.

• Pauline (8/5): Good size apartment, walking distance to nearest train station. Overall pleasant stay. - Entire apartment had 3 rooms, spacious with a working kitchen. Heating was working well in most parts of the apartment. 5-10 mins walk to nearest train station. Felt that floors were not that clean (sticky feeling) when we first stepped into the apartment and there were some faint smell but we got used to it. One of the room's light wasn't working well (flickering) so ended up using another room (there were only 4 of us occpuying 2 rooms).

• Roland (8/5): Fijn verblijft, tegen het centrum van munchen aan. - Mooie centrale ligging, op 7min wandelen van het station en 10min richting de binnenstad. Gebroken glas nachtkastje, spinnenwebben zichtbaar in woonkamer lamp. Badkamer zijn de kitranden lelijk, en sporen van kalk.

O apartamento não estava muito limpo e esteve sempre a cheirar a tabaco ou algo do género. Desligamos aquecedores, deixamos janelas abertas mas ainda assim o cheiro mau estilo tabaco não saía.

• Ildikó (9/5): Remek ár-érték arány, központi elhelyezkedés - Központi elhelyezkedésű, mindenhez nagyon közel található. A lakásban tágas terek, kényelmes, szépen kialakított szobák, az apartman két fürdőszobával rendelkezik, ami 5 fő esetén hatalmas előny. A recepciós úr és a takarító hölgy nagyon kedvesek, készségesek. Tea, instant kávé és ásványvíz is volt bekészítve. :) A környéken ugyan sok építkezés zajlik, de az ablakok jól kizárják a zajt, és a szomszédos lakásokból sem hallatszik át semmi. Egyes részletei elhasználtság érzetét keltik, a napi takarítás szuper, de a karbantartásra (villogó LED, lógó polc) és a nagyobb takarítási munkákra (ablakpucolás, vízkőtelenítés, kanapé kárpitjának tisztítása, stb) nagyobb hangsúlyt lehetne fektetni.
