• Anastasia (7/5): Overall, it served its purpose, though not without issues. - Everything was as stated, easy access, easy check in There was a strong and unpleasant smell in the apartment, which seemed to be coming through the hydraulic system. It was noticeable from the beginning and persisted throughout our stay, significantly affecting the overall experience. As we were attending a trade show, we did not have the time to report the issue on the first day or arrange alternative accommodation. On a positive note, the apartment layout was convenient for our group of four, with four separate rooms and bathrooms, which we appreciated. However, we were only provided with one key and had to rely on a key box for access, which did not feel very secure. Unfortunately, the property was unable to provide an additional set of keys.
• Adam (10/5): - Apartment was clean, modern, spacious, excellent facilities. All rooms and bathrooms were excellent, well equipped and clean. The whole appartme t was excellent in it's layout and facilities with great touches such as WiFi a fridge per room, god air conditioning, spacious bathrooms, great kitchen facilities, lots of plug sockets, great communal areas. The support from the apartment owner and his communication and friendliness was exemplary, kind helpful and supportive before and during our stay. Just perfect all round, made our stay perfect. I would visit again and would highly recommend t anyone to book this apartment for your stay, it was perfect. Thank you Nothing, just perfect for us.
• Shutica (9/5): - The apartment was spacious, clean, well positioned and comfortable. We were expecting shower gel and shampoo as per the site but on contacting the host, we were informed that was not the case.
• LORENCA (9/5): - The accommodation was ideal for us 4 couples. The apartment features four bedrooms, all of which are en suite", some are a little smaller than others. The kitchen with the table served us well, it was used for a joint meal. The location is great, the metro is very close as well as the supermarket. The host David is kind and responds very quickly. The apartment is located on the ground floor, so it is a little inconvenient when the blinds are raised because you are exposed to the view from the street.

• LAURENCE (10/5): Un beau weekend - Belle maison pour 8 personnes. Très bien aménagé et très propre. Nous avons passé un bon weekend et David était à l'écoute, facile à joindre et très réactif.

• Sharon (10/5): Overall we had a really good stay and the neighbourhood felt safe even at late hours. - It was very nice for a big group of people, as we had 4 bathrooms, connected to each of the 4 rooms, so it was an ideal setup for us. we also had 4 fridges and the appliances were and things provided were very satisfactory. It really good for what we needed. The host was very nice and attentive to our requests which was great. The bathrooms are not very wide but it does the job. Location is a bit far from center but you have multiple transportation methods close to get there fast.

• Mar (9/5): Apartamento amplio y cómodo cerca de IFEMA - Apartamento amplio y muy limpio, cerca de IFEMA. Las habitaciones cómodas, cada una con su baño y la cocina genial también. Sugiero dejar alguna llave más y cambiar las “almohadas” que son más bien como cojines por almohadas de cama.
• Michael (8/5): Worth considering if you’re staying in Madrid and want flexibility. - Location was good with plenty of room. Apartment was clean when we arrived. El Carmen metro stop was just up the street. Grocery store was near by making it easy to get items we needed for the stay. Overall we had a positive stay. The apartment A/C could have worked better. The apartment was a bit warm at night when we slept. I also wasn’t a fan of how the main door could only be locked with a key. Felt a bit unsafe if we had to exit in case of an emergency.

• Madalina (8/5): Very good - The 4-room apartment is well configured, having an en-suite bathroom in every room is really helpful. Nicely furnished, good quality amenities, close to metro station and various shops should you want to have something for breakfast or a quick dinner. Quiet street. Excellent heating/cooling system which proved handy since it was freezing in Madrid the time we visited it. Main issue is that shutters were closed and thus there was practically no natural light. Being located on the ground floor, with door and windows on the street means that you have to keep shutters on and it gets a bit suffocating after a few days. Also, there is no lounge area, only a galley kitchen to spend time together, therefore, take this under consideration should you plan an evening at the "house".
