Heidi (8/5): - das Zimmer war sehr gut, sauber, schöne Küche und Einrichtung. Wir haben als Fussgänger (also nicht via Tiefgarage wie die Autofahrer) den Eingang nicht gefunden. Das könnte besser beschriftet werden.
Raphael (9/5): - Modern und hochwertig ausgestattetes Appartement. Grosse Zimmer. Im Gebäude hat es Fitness und Spa sowie Restaurants (nicht inbegriffen). Online Checkin etc. hat alles funktioniert. Küchenausstattung nur das äusserste Minimum. Smarthotel ohne Rezeption, funktioniert nur mit Handy. Kein klassischer Zimmerschlüssel bzw. Keycard. Für manche Besucher evtl. etwas herausfordernd.
Maaike (9/5): Volgende keer kom ik hier weer op weg naar Italië. - Ruim, schoon, nieuw, goed bed, pizzaria en osteria in het pand, vlak bij de snelweg, stil en een Tesla Supercharger. Het was even zoeken hoe we op de vierde verdieping kwamen, want dat stond niet aangegeven. Alle deuren werken met je mobiel, maar dan moet je wel bereik hebben.
Claire (6/5): Un concept séduisant mais une réalité très décevante : passez votre chemin! - Chambre très spacieuse et propre, lits confortables. Possibilité de charger la voiture sur le parking. Expérience très mitigée : aucun personnel présent sur place, pas de surprise de ce côté -là, et du coup ambiance futuriste glaciale. Les instructions pour le self checking ne sont pas claires (en plus, elles ne sont arrivées qu’à 17h30 pour un checking possible à 15h…) et la procédure est trop compliquée (et full english, visiblement la technologie s’arrête là , bizarre). Pourtant, nous sommes de adeptes de nouvelles technologies et habitués de la dématérialisation, mais là, on s’est retrouvés avec tous nos sacs devant une porte close, fatigués de nos 600 km du jour, à essayer de trouver le moyen de regagner notre chambre pendant 15 minutes, c’était pathétique. Et 0 aide possible… Pour la restauration, possibilité de prendre un dîner à l’Osteria au rez de chaussée, totalement indépendante de l’hôtel : ça a été le seul moment sympa pour nous. Quant au petit déjeuner, les clients sont orientés vers un bar assez sordide, tenu par une femme si désagréable qu’on a décampé avant de tester le petit dej à 20 CHF… Bref, on a été très déçus de cet hôtel désert, vraiment pas accueillant et et on n’y reviendra pas, surtout à ce tarif

Saskia (4/5): Ziel leider verfehlt. - Es war alles schön und sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, so dass es im Zimmer sehr heiß war und wir kaum schlafen konnten. Dadurch, dass es kein Personal gibt, konnten wir das auch nicht beanstanden. Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp für die Fahrt aus den Urlaub gebucht. Die Weiterfahrt am nächsten Tag war dann leider extrem anstrengend , weil wir so übernächtigt waren.

Jessica (4/5): Wouldn't recommend - I liked the size of the room. First, it was late and we couldn't find the entrance. We had the keys activated but there are no signs where the rooms are located. Of note, we didn't have a car but got dropped off at the bus station. When we got to location, we called and emailed with no luck of a response. We climbed the steep driveway and found the entrance. BUT WAIT. Once we used the key to get in, in order to unlock our door to the room, we needed the key. We had no service in the building and no access to the WiFi. We chase down other guests to share the WiFi. There was hair in the bed and no peep hold so you couldn't look out of anyone knocked.

Ulrike (5/5): Zu teuer für das was geboten wird. - Das elektronische System zum Eincheuund Tuerenoeffnen funktionierte sehr gut und problemlos. Das Badezimmer war sehr modern und sauber. Das Bett war ein Sofabett! Bei dem Preis würde man wirklich ein komfortables normales Bett erwarten und kein ausgeklapptes Bett! Es gab daher auch keine Nachttischlampen, keine Beleuchtung am Bett. Man musste das Licht löschen und dann seinen Weg ins Bett finden. Auf diesem Uebernachtungspreislevel wirklich erstaunlich! Das Zimmer wirkte auch sehr steril - keine Bilder, nur nackte Wände.

Christian (7/5): Gutes Hotel mit Potential zur Verbesserung der Leistungen SPA und Fitness - Ich hatte kein Frühstück Es ist sehr kompliziert, bis man endlich den Zugangscode bekommt. Es gibt sehr viele Mail, bis man endlich den def. Code für den Zugang hat. Die Kosten für das Spa und Fitness sind enorm teuer. Ich wünschte mir einen spezialpreis als Hotelbenutzer.

Hatten eine Suite zu dritt und mehr als genug Platz die Umgebung ist ein Industriegebiet, nicht relevant, wenn man wie wir nur auf der Durchreise ist, ansonsten aber evtl. ja schon.

On a eu un petit soucis avec un des climatiseurs qui coulait, du coup comme tout est informatisé on ne savait pas trop qui contacté. Il n'y a pas du tout de nettoyage de chambre, changement de linge, etc... sur 1 semaine.

Ricca di servizi molto utili e accessibili, lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi ora, ESSENDO UN HOTEL SMART, la comodità maggiore è che puoi gestirti tutto tu tramite il proprio smartphone e non si necessita della persona fisica, infatti non vi è una reception e il check-in lo esegui in autonomia! COMODO E VELOCE, online!
Gemma (8/5): Fabulous rooms just be tech savvy! - The rooms were fantastic spacious and had wonderful facilities.. finally realised the sofa bed was a pull down one.. great quality fixtures and fittings.. very enjoyable stay.. My phone had no signal and so I couldn’t access my keys! I couldn’t get on the WiFi as couldn’t access it in room.. wouldn’t want to leave the room without phone and risk being locked out! The rooms are technology savvy yet there’s no usb sockets and our standard adapters didn’t fit the plugs, only one in the kitchen!

Het is belangrijk om vooraf in te checken (meestal kan dit ’s ochtends op de dag van aankomst), zodat je de code ontvangt om binnen te komen. Leonid (9/5): Ruhiger Aufenthalt in Arbedo-Castione - Die Lage ist ruhig, das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet Die Ortsangabe ist falsch und irreführend! Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht in Bellinzona, sondern in Arbedo-Castione. Das Problem verschärft sich dadurch, dass es in Bellinzona auch eine Straße mit dem gleichen Namen Via S. Gottardo gibt, etwa 5 Fahrminuten von der tatsächlichen Adresse entfernt. Erst nach dem Telefonat mit dem Gastgeber wurde das Missverständnis geklärt. Alles andere verlief reibungslos

Marilyn (5/5): Hadden veel meer verwacht voor de hoge prijs van de kamer. - Mogelijkheid om samen met de kinderen op een kamer te slapen en zelf eten te kunnen koken. Het appartement was erg strak en mooi ingericht. Ondanks dat we aan Booking.com al toeristenbelasting betaald hadden moesten we dit nog een keer doen bij de deur en anders konden we niet naar binnen. Met twee zeer vermoeide kinderen hebben we maar nog een keer betaald maar dit was een extreem vervelende situatie om zo onder druk gezet te worden. Het appartement was erg mooi, maar het was ons vooraf niet duidelijk dat er voor de faciliteiten zoals het zwembad en fitness nog extra betaald moest worden. In de kamer is een grote keuken, maar geen basis dingen zoals olie/suiker/peper/thee etc. Er waren een minimaal aantal borden/bestek etc. en geen dingen zoals een vergiet, spatel, knoflookpers etc. Het was erg houtje/touwtje om een maaltijd in elkaar te zetten. Overall vonden wij het een mooi appartement maar het geld niet waard.
