• Sophie (1/5): MOLD - Disgusting mold, zero help — ruined my entire trip This place was an absolute nightmare. The bathroom was covered in mold, and when I complained, they had the nerve to tell me to splash BLEACH on the walls myself — are you kidding me? That’s not just disgusting, it’s dangerous. I have a severe sensitivity to mold, and their complete lack of care left me bed bound for three days. I couldn’t explore the place I traveled all that way to see. My entire trip was ruined because they couldn’t be bothered to maintain basic hygiene or take responsibility. The shower was unusable — it felt toxic to even be in the room — so I had to pay for a public shower just to stay clean. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place like the plague — or at least like the black mold they refuse to deal with.
• James (7/5): Good, cute place! - It had a really nice location and was cute and comfortable. There are no windows to the outside and we had issues with the shower, including that it would flood the whole bathroom each use.

• Barbara (1/5): Gross Smell and VERY small and misleading pictures - The Location is in the center of town The pictures are very deceiving. They used a wide angle lense and made it look like you have a window and a french door with light behind them. The french door opens to a dirty closet with mops, brooms and a neighbors AC unit. The window opens to a dark inner corridor where slop buckets were thrown in the 1600's. There is no where to open a suitcase except for the one kitchen counter, if you have 2 suitcases good luck. Now number one problem THE SMELL the minute you walk in you are hit with a smell of mold and sewer fumes. The owner left 2 plug in deodorant air fresheners, but like everything with this apartment when you plug them in the small deodorant disk falls out on the floor. The owner obviously knows there is a problem. I rented this for 1 night waiting for another place down the street to be available for my following 4 days The Varrenzzo Apartment it was 5 times the size beautiful and less money then this rip off. I felt taken advantage of by this place when I saw what less money got me a block away.
