• Luca Corbellini (8/5): Comfortable two bedroom apartment amazingly located - Two rooms with private bathrooms, very well located. Nothing major, but the place is rather humid, and the kitchen lacked essentials.
• ÇİFTÇİ (9/5): - Merkeze yakın,son derece temiz bir otel.Arkadaslar sağolsun check in saatinden önce bagaj bırakmamız müsaade etti anlayışlılar. Wifi cekim gücü düşüktü kopmalar oluyordu. Bina girişinde rahatsız edici koku çoktu.
• JOHNNY (5/5): Would not stay there again for any reason. - could not find location number. had restaurant staff go out and find apartment. it had plywood in front of front door blocking address from street. very poorly marked and would not stay there agfain as it has too many stairs for for seniors.
• Jenny (8/5): Lägenhet med bra läge - Mycket bra läge nära San Lorenzokyrkan där trevliga liveband spelade nästan varje kväll och mycket nära saluhallen där vi köpte fint kött och färska grönsaker. Ren och fräsch lägenhet med bra sängar. Enkelt att komma in i lägenheten när vi kom på kvällstid. Praktiskt för oss att bo mitt i Gamla stan så att vi lätt kunde gå hem och vila ibland efter alla intryck. Diskborste, disktrasa och diskhandduk saknades. Lite snålt med toalettpapper. Sådana enkla saker skulle förbättra semesterupplevelsen om det hade funnits gott om dessa saker. Man vill inte behöva springa ut och handla sådant direkt på semestern. Ett förslag är att ställa några extra rullar och disktrasor i städskrubben. Någon bekväm sittplats som en fåtölj i köket saknades också.

• jean marc (8/5): Petit appartement, calme et emplacement central. - Emplacement central, en arrière cour donc au calme de la rue et du marché. Deux chambres indépendantes avec chacune une petite salle d’eau avec wc. La literie confortable. La propreté et la climatisation dans chaque pièce. Petit appartement un peu exigu, une table de cuisine, pas de salon. Salles d’eau très petites. Manque une cafetière d’une dimension suffisante pour quatre.

• Georg (8/5): - Das Appartement in hervorragender Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs und mitten in der Altstadt von Florenz wo viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen sind, war perfekt für unseren Kurzbesuch. Die Wohnung ist mit zwei Schlafzimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad und einer Küche ausgestattet und es war sehr sauber. Wir waren mit vier Personen im Appartement und es war groß genug für uns.

The common room has only a dining table and chairs. There is no furniture for more comfortable sitting and relaxing. Bedrooms are oriented only to lightwells.

• Sergio Ferraris (10/5): El placer de estar en Florencia - El apartamento tiene dos habitaciones lindas con baño privado cada uno y tienen ventanas al exterior interno. Tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción por radiadores por caldera. La cocina conedor es amplia. Tiene hornallas eléctricas, lava vajillas, heladera grande, microondas y todas las vajillas, cubiertos, tazas, platos, ollas sartenes y todo para cocinar y comer en el apartamento. Esta en un punto estratégico, a unas cuadras caminando de la estación Snta Maria Novella. A unas cuatro cuadras del Duomo. Estas en.pleno centro de Florencia. Supermercado tranquila la zona aunque sea en el medio del centro comercial del Mercato . A media cuadra esta el mercado que es el lugar para hacer compras como carnicería, verdulera etc. En todo momento Zalinda Apartament estuvo comunicados con nosotros. El check-in y el check-out es facilitamos y práctico.

• Chiara (7/5): Un weekend in pieno centro di Firenze - La posizione centralissima. La pulizia dell' appartamento,la cucina nuova,i bagni anch'essi nuovi. Per due coppie è perfetta come soluzione Le scale, è un secondo piano senza ascensore e con il passeggino fare sali e scendi non è stato comodo. Poi piccolo suggerimento metterei un divano in cucina,sarebbe proprio il top!

• Patric (10/5): - Tudo muito limpo e organizado, tem tudo de utensílios de cozinha super completo, localização excelente foi uma ótima estadia, super recomendo, Só o checkout que precisava de um pouco mais tarde e isso não foi atendido, de resto perfeito. Poderia ter estendido o checkout, como estava escrito antes de finalizar a compra... depois de estar já no apartamento mudou a regra.

• Modom (10/5): Court séjour - Emplacement idéal ! Près de tout, c'était parfait. Deux chambres, deux salles de bain, l'idéal ! L'appartement est situé sur la place du marché mais est très calme car sur cour. Self check in, très pratique et flexible. Cuisine pratique et tout équipée. Service hyper réactif et arrangeant. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Une douche fuit un peu si on ne fait pas attention. Manque peut-être un petit canapé pour se poser. Escalier pour accéder au 2e étage, un peu étroit si on a une valise lourde

• Bruno Iannaccone (7/5): Ho avuto problemi avendo necessità di utilizzare internet - Ottima la posizione. Appartamento ben organizzato e Con molte comodità e ben attrezzato. Internet e TV il primo giorno non funzionavano. Il secondo giorno un tecnico è venuto a sistemare il tutto na comunque internet era lento e la TV era senza antenna per il digitale terrestre per cui in streaming si bloccava ogni momento per la lentezza della connessione. Da migliorare.

• Chirila (9/5): Locatie excelenta, curatenie, aer conditionat, restaurante in apropiere. - 2 dormitoare cu bai propri. Centrala era oprita, in prima seara tarziu am facut baie cu apa rece. A doua zi am cautat centrala si am vazut ca era oprita.

• Noora (8/5): Vacation - We stayed in apartment for 3 nights, and it was perfect size for 4 girls. Also there was many mirrors! Apartment included everything we needed, was clean and comfy. It was nearby many restaurants, markets and only short walk to sights. Beds were ok. Most important there was coolers in every room, so the temperature was comfy.

• Marshall (7/5): We enjoyed our stay as the Apt. was central to many main sites of interest. - Location was good. Breakfasts were not provided. The log in of information was a bit cumbersome and contact with the hosts was unsure. In one of the bedrooms the glass door to the bathroom hung awkwardly and precariously. Scraping the floor and it needed to be adjusted and the main drain to the sink leaked a lot causing concern.

• Chris (6/5): Not much too say a bit disappointed in the apartment - Great location close to restaurants and transport. Too many stairs, very small bathroom no hot water in the shower and the internet is better in 3rd world countries.
• Yi-yi (10/5): Location location location - Clean and comfortable apartment, each room has its own en-suite. Great location - walking distance to train station, attractions, markets and many restaurants nearby including the must-eat-at Trattoria ZaZa next door!! We didn’t use the kitchen but it seems sufficient. Only thing missing was a couch but our family didn’t require as we were out exploring most of the time. Probably the stairs as no lifts. It is a short climb up to level 2 but could still be a hassle if you have large luggage. Luckily we traveled with small luggage only.

• Lynnette (5/5): Great location No WiFi - The location is great. Just a few steps from great restaurants and the big Central Market. If we knew the wifi didn’t work, we would not have booked this. Should have paid attention to previous reviews. Big disappointment and management plays the game of acting like they don’t know that the wifi isn’t working. Lack of any kind of communal space was uncomfortable. It’s 2 bedrooms flanking a kitchen. Not designed to hang out and watch tv. Lack of microwave. Very disappointed that management refused to refund us a small portion of the booking for the lack of wifi.

• Elton (10/5): Central stay very lovely. - Location is perfect, right at the central market, and 4 min from the basilica. Could you be more close than that? Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and shiny. All the amenities were in place and to have two bathrooms is a great deal in Firenze. All good. Just be aware that you will climb the stairs to reach the apartment, and they are a bit narrow for big suitcases. There is no elevator, so only for some people might be an issue, for us was not.

• Coakley (9/5): Great 2 bed/ bath in a central Florence location. - Great location I had specifically looked for a stay with air conditioning. The AC in the one bedroom did not cool or even move air sufficiently. There was only one fan in the 2 bedroom apt. It got very stuffy.
• O'brien (6/5): not sure I would stay here again - the location was GREAT! apartment was clean Registration & check in were a nightmare. No communication from host. It was very stressful. The apartment is very utilitarian! The only place to sit was on uncomfortable dining chairs.
