Guest Reviews
- Gergana B. (9/5): - The room is small but practical and with a very beautifu terrace. The room is near to two important metro lines and there are some local cafes near it.
- Alba (8/5): -
- Freya (10/5): - Alessandra was an incredible host. When I had some personal issues on the trip she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. I loved the convenient location and the amazing views from the terrace. If I come back to Naples I would absolutely stay again.
- Rafael (8/5): All good - Everything was good
- Aljoscha (9/5): -
- Katryna (10/5): - This place was exactly what I expected: it wasn't very big (but I'm used to staying in small apartments), great for a solo traveler, kitchen is outside (but there are plenty places to eat cheaply near by), there is a lift but you need to walk maybe 12 more steps to your room. Even though the city is very noisy, but I found that it was pretty quiet in the room. A lot tiny grocery shops around. Wonderful view from the terrace. Alessandra was very helpful and quick to respond. I asked if she had an iron, and even though it wasn't part of facilities, she got me one. She even helped me with my suitcase! She met me at the door and showed and explained everything. One thing that bothered me a bit was a kitchen's sink faucet. Maybe because it was quite high, whenever I washed my dishes I would get all wet from splashing water.
- Orsolya (9/5): Highly reccommended - Tiny but cosy apartment on the top floor with a view of mount Vesuv. The apartment was equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee machine and a microwave. A gas hob, sink and all the basic kitchen utensils were in the outdoor kitchen on the terrace, accessible via the stairwell.
- Aleksandra (9/5): Comfy place - beautiful view - The place is very nice - it is on the roof floor of the building, after the elevator one needs to to go also upstairs a bit. The view from the terrace is wonderful - you can see Vesuvius from there. In the room the was coffee machine, electric kettle, small fridge, some cups and glasses. To get to the terrace you need to exit the flat and make just 2 steps forward. At the terrace there was almost fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a place to seat and to enjoy the view.
The host is also very nice and friendly
The location is good, not far from the metro station, about 35-40 minutes walk to the port, near the city center There are some things, that didn't affect my stay too much, but could be important for someone else:
1. The entrance to the shower is directly from the room, one needs to undress in the room. That's why I would suggest the place only for 1 person, not for 2..
2. During the first day of my stay wifi didn't work. I had mobile data (very limited, though) to communicate with the host and to search for the info for the next day, however sometimes it might happen that someone doesn't have any internet at all in the first day of stay, this might cause problems.. Next day the host fixed everything
3. The AC is right above the bed, so it's probably better to sleep with the AC off..
- Katherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christoph (10/5): A characteristic unforgettable Neapolitan experience bang in the middle of town - This accommodation is perfect for a single traveller who is really interested in Naples. It is not only almost next to the Museo Archeologico, but the vicinity offers plenty of the wonderful scenes that make this city so special, including many Sri Lankan restaurants. No Neapolitan would set a foot into these places, and few people seem to do this either. But they offer what appears to be very authentic meals for a sizeable community.
Back to the room: set in a quintessential Neapolitan palazzo, access is via an open staircase or a lift, then a (more or less private) stair to the top floor. The room is small, but efficiently furnished for one person. Alessandra (the very kind lady who awaits you on arrival and helps with everything along the way) told me that the dehumidifier is better left on, indicating that there may be problems at times. But I found no evidence. There is a fridge, a kettle and a microwave - even though the space is limited and you have to find or create surfaces for whatever may be involved in using these devices. The bed is good for one, I could not really image using the extra mattress, as space is limited.
These limitations are, however, more than compensated for by the 2 roof terraces: a lower one, with a cooker (if you wish to engage with a propane gas bottle), which is sheltered and my be hot in summer; and an upper one, with a truly magnificent view over the roofs and across the areals of Naples, onto the roof of the museum and beyond, towards Vesuvius. All this is extremely atmospheric, and I found it a good place to work or read. So all in all a beautiful experience and I would go again. The mattress is soft and you feel a bit like sleeping in hammock. I was not inconvenienced at all by the small size of the space, but anyone with a larger than average body size might be.
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Great location – close to the metro and buses, and just a short walk to the historic center. The room is rather small, but it’s fully equipped and perfect for a week-long stay. The standard is maybe not typically hotel-like, but it has an authentic Neapolitan vibe - I absolutely loved it! The biggest highlight is the amazing rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the entire city and Vesuvio. The host is very kind and helpful - we were in touch via WhatsApp during my stay.
- Ralph (10/5): Exceptional - a great value with superb service the room is perfect quiet clean comfortable strong wifi.its location is central right near metro and the main street to all the sites.
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - The outdoor spaces were amazing. The apartment was everything I needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The mattress could be a little more comfortable, but I slept well.
- Matjaž (9/5): Amazing location in heart of Naples - I loved the view from the terrace. Nice place where you can relax and enjoy your time. Alessandra was really helpful with giving us guides to the city and where to eat good food. Room a little small but still suitable for your needs.
- Nina (10/5): amazing! - the host was super nice and helped us with a lot of things. the roof terrace was amazing and super big. the stove was outside which we actually really liked. the room was small but it was nice and had everything we needed. the only thing is that the room gets hot very fast but luckily there is air conditioning!
- Agáta (10/5): Exceptional - This accomodation was very comfortable and even though the room was quite small there was everything we needed. Also the terrace is very pretty and cozy.
Location was ideal in the city center.
Alessandra was super nice and caring.
We definitely have to recommend it. :)
- Murris (10/5): Central Naples: ideal for solo travellers - A relatively small room, but it includes everything you need as a solo traveller (which includes air-conditioning, crucial for Naples in summer). A large balcony (two balconies even), that I didn't use much myself, but definitely is an asset. The host Alessandra was very friendly and involved if you needed her. But overall my stay was really private, which is exactly what I was looking for.
- Christine (9/5): Superb - Perfect location for exploring Naples! Within minutes of the archaeological museum and many other sites. Very quiet with a wonderful view of the City and the Vesuvio from the terrace. Alessandra was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with, she was alway quick to answer any rerquest!

The balcony on top was the best part.
