- Jody (9/5): Would stay again. - Great location with easy access to trams Couldn’t check in until 3pm and we arrived in Melbourne at 8am. Cost for early checking is extortionate. No storage for luggage was annoying but Bounce storage was good.

The Room (described as an apartment) was dated and you are charged a $25 damage waiver (non refundable) so you are being charged for all guests before you and the damage they cause.
They use words like Spectacular, sensational, exceptional, memorable and an abundance of natural light! yep they don't mention that is 24/7 natural light or should say unnatural light from the Melbourne skyline entering the Room because the blinds don't work as they are plugged into fresh air and not power?
All surfaces of the room have wear and tear marks, Stains (walls, furniture, etc) Broken picture frames, filthy windows, door in bathroom with thick dust on it obviously never cleaned in months and 21 written on the bathroom wall behind the same door, maybe that was the last time it was cleaned?
Very disappointed as could have stayed at a hotel for half the price with functioning blinds, unstained furniture and generally an nicer room to stay in with value for the hard earned money you part with.
