Important Information

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The rooftop swimming pool and wading pool will be closed from 08/09/25 to 12/09/25 due to maintenance improvement. A refundable security deposit of RM500 per unit is required to be paid upon check-in. Please note that a physical credit or debit card is required for card payment at the reception. Virtual cards are not supported. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Late checkout (4–5 годин) коштував дорожче ніж оренда номера на додаткову добу, що виглядає трохи дивно і схоже на спробу дододкового заробітку.

Chistian (3/5): Very disappointing stay - Apartments is spacious. Great location and close to all interesting spots. Nice view from rooftop Just very few kitchen utensils but not even enough to properly cook. The pool could not be used for over half of our stay. On top we only got informed once we had booked and no option to cancel. Communication was really bad and not helpful. Gym is not in great shape, some machines not working and overall poorly equipped. All the staff seemed unfriendly and not really welcoming.

Pritish (7/5): Not as expected and not worth the pay - The location was great and near to many prominent places. 1. One of the room was not arranged with all toiletries. We have to call multiple times for the same. 2. Vessels were just 2. Not sure without glass and bowls how was it mentioned that the facilities were all available. 3. We had lots of mosquitoes in the room. 4. Many patches of damp walls were there leading to dampness smell during the stay. We asked for change in the room but was not entertained.
Cedric (7/5): The stay in Kuala Lumpur was memorable, good people, food, transport and entertainment. - The apartment was very clean, a couple of minor issues, kettle not working and was promptly replaced. Location was convenient for shopping, transport and restaurants. Road noise at night until about 4.30am was disturbingly loud (street racing I believe).

John (9/5): Great value for money, clean, big, great location - The apartment was clean, large, great bathroom and air conditioning. Great roof top bar. The pool was out of order and the gym lacked good strength machines, best one was out of order.
Rick (6/5): - De locatie was goed. Het appartement was ruim opgezet en de bedden sliepen goed. Zwembad was dicht gedurende ons verblijf, pas bij doorvragen of we konden annuleren kregen we het aanbod om bij het pand er naast te gaan zwemmen. Dit was fijn, maar onhandig met spullen. Bij de check in vond ik de mevrouw niet heel vriendelijk en welcoming. Je moet eerst inchecken alvorens je de parkeergarage in kan rijden, maar ondertussen mag je je auto niet parkeren voor de deur. Dus kun je niet inchecken. Zeer onhandig geregeld. Tip: geef vooraf je kenteken door en laat iemand gelijk de parkeergarage in. Dan is het voor de deur ook een stuk minder druk. Daarnaast was het appartement zeker niet schoon en proper. De bank had brandplekken van een strijkijzer en brandplekken van sigaretten. Er was weinig servies aanwezig. Er was geen droogrek, wat handig was geweest.

Rody (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf voor een eerlijke prijs. We zouden er zo weer terugkomen. - Zeer vriendelijk, servicegericht en flexibel personeel. Het appartemengt was ruim en goed te koelen met meerdere aironditioners. Voldoende kastruimte, schoon en in goede staat. Fantastisch zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. Echt heerlijk op vakantie op zo'n plek. Er had iets meer keukengerei kunnen zijn om zelf te kunnen koken. Pannen, borden, bestek, glazen, het is allemaal wat beperkt. Aan de andere kant kun je in KL zeer goedkoop en goed uit eten dus het was geen erg groot gemis.

Communication was inconvenient and unresponsive, which made everything more difficult than it should have been. The room did not match the photos at all. It was poorly maintained — the sofa was broken, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable (dusty and dirty). This felt very misleading compared to what was advertised. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It honestly felt like a scam.

Anna (4/5): Lage top, Unterkunft leider stark renovierungsbedürftig; nicht empfehlenswert - Gute Lage Der einzige positive Punkt an dieser Unterkunft war die Lage. Leider war der restliche Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Bereits bei der Ankunft waren überall Ameisen in der Wohnung, besonders im Bereich des aufgequollenen Parketts, wo zudem eine Stolperstelle bestand. Insgesamt wirkte die Unterkunft ungepflegt, heruntergekommen und teilweise unhygienisch. Die Ausstattung war unzureichend: In Küche und Bad waren die Stöpsel defekt, Hand- und Geschirrtücher fehlten, ebenso Töpfe. Es waren anfangs nur zwei Gläser vorhanden – erst nach Nachfrage wurden drei Tassen gebracht. Ein Föhn fehlte ebenfalls zunächst und wurde erst später nachgereicht. Auch ein Reinigungsset für die Küche bzw. Spüle war nicht vorhanden. Besonders enttäuschend waren die Betten: Die Matratzen waren komplett durchgelegen, sodass die Federn deutlich spürbar waren. Erholsamer Schlaf war kaum möglich. Dazu kam, dass die Unterkunft praktisch keine Schallisolierung hatte – nachts war der Verkehrslärm durch die nahegelegene Autobahn sehr deutlich zu hören. Zusätzlich war die Türklinke im Schlafzimmer defekt. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft leider in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen. Aufgrund des Zustands würden wir sie nicht weiterempfehlen.

Maria Cristina (7/5): Bien, pero caro para KL (y el servicio que ofrecen) - Está bien ubicado, cerca del distrito financiero y zonas de interés turístico. Cuando se solicitaba algo (agua, toallas, jabón) lo traían sin problema. Mi habitación tenía lavadora (lo que facilita mucho lavar en un clima en el que se suda mucho). Tenía plancha y tabla de planchar (lo cual también se agradece). Dejaron pantuflas descartables y cepillos de dientes con pasta. Las camas eran viejas y duras (se podía sentir los resortes). Las almohadas olían muy raro (como abombado). Uno de los AC de la habitación no funcionaba. Los ascensores tardaban muchísimo en subir y bajar (en una oportunidad estuve 17 minutos esperando para bajar). Las fotos parecen mejor de lo que es (se encuentra un poco anticuado y algo descuidado).

Even teaspoons were not available and bed was just a spring mattress which was very uncomfortable to sleep. Bathroom has no electric plug so you have to use hair dryer outside the bathroom with no mirror

Laila (2/5): Geen leuke ervaring om zo ons verblijf in Kuala Lumper te beginnen - Het zwembad en de locatie Het appartement was gedateerd. Onder de appartementen zijn minimaal 5 verdiepingen van een parkeergarage, hierdoor is de overlast maximaal. We hebben amper geslapen. De kamerdeur dient met sleutel geopend te worden, de sleutel brak gelijk af. We moesten hiervoor 10 ringgit betalen. We hebben geklaagd bij de balie maar met onze klachten werd niets gedaan.

LAURICE GIOIA (6/5): NON DEL TUTTO SUFFICIENTE - L'Aria condizionata. Il cambio biancheria e asciugamani e ripristino bottigliette d'acqua. La piscina me l'aspettavo piu scenografica, ma comunque bella. Vi era un centro commerciale nei dintorni raggiungibile a piedi. Ma i semafori pedonali ti facevano aspettare tanti minuti per l'attraversamento. Per il prezzo che ho pagato valido il posto, ma onestamente non ci ritornerei per il servizio ricevuto non all'altezza delle mie aspettative, troppo lento e freddo. La non disponibilita' dello staff ad aiutarci con le valigie considerando che avevamo 3 bimbi piccoli. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto e ci hanno dato l'impossibilita' se non a pagamento. Io ero davvero scioccata. L'obbglito di dare il deposito si 500k ringit in contatanti che se pero' effetutati con carta li avrebbero ridati indietro, dopo verifiche delle buone condizioni di come è stato lasciato l'appartamento, con attesa di 6-8 mesi. Appena siamo entrati in stanza ci hanno dato il benvenuto due lucertole che son poi riuscite ad uscire dalla porta d'ingresso. La rispota tramite whats app lasciava passare tanto tempo, cosa che se dovessere capitare un urgenza rimanevi sotto stress. La pulizia non aveva orari fissi. Poteva passare fino le ore 21. Se richiedi orario fisso, non sarebbe venuto per quell'ora. L'appartamento specialmente in cucina che in bagno della camera padronale era piena di formiche sulle superfici anche seppur disinfettato quotidianamente. La zona molto trafficata soprattutto nell'ora di punta. La piscina, forse l'unico punto forte, aveva pochi sdrai / lettini. Ogni volta che passava qualcuno camminando mentre si era sdraiati si sentiva una sensazione di terremoto, perche' le piastrelle non erano ben saldate sulla pavimentazione.
