Emad (7/5): - Room size was good. I checked-in as I got messages from the property that if I am late I can loose the room. I checked in and made full payment but didnt take the room key as I went out and told them that I will be back in evening. The staff member agreed but when I came back in evening the other staff member who was at the desk was rude and declined that they have any room for me. I showed them my booking and he still insisted that its not in this building. After a lot of argument he checked with the other staff member and agreed in the end that I am correct. Waist of time and unecessary argument. No customer service.
