• Vanda (9/5): Pobyt sme si užili a celkový dojem s ubytovania bol naozaj dobrý. Určite odporúčam. 😊 - Skvelá lokalita, veľký pekný priestranný byt v blízkosti metra. Bezproblémové parkovanie. Nefunkčný kávovar, vypálené svetlo vo vstupnej chodbe a zvláštne zásuvky, ktoré fungovali len s redukciou, ktorú sme si museli stále vymieňať podľa toho, ktorú zasuvku sme chceli použiť - keďže sme boli 4, bolo to občas náročné si nabiť telefón a oprať veci (naraz) 😊

• Nadine (8/5): - Nah an der Metro gelegen, wir konnten eine Woche lang Rom wunderbar erkunden. Die Betten waren bequem und der Platz in der Wohnung für uns fünf wunderbar. Die Vermieter reagierten sofort, wenn es Fragen gab. Der kostenlose Parkplatz war für uns sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns eine Wochenfahrkarte gekauft und sind super durch die gesamte Stadt gekommen. Es war unfassbar laut. Gefühlt wurde im Schlafzimmer gefeiert - teilweise bis in die Morgenstunden.

• Jessica (5/5): unpleasant - The apartment was nice and clean, but the location is for someone who goes sightseeing. Very far from everything, the only thing nearby is the metro station. Additionally, the area is very dirty, the streets are full of garbage. I really don't recommend the location. I add that the kitchen is poorly equipped The location
• Fuqu (3/5): Poor - The only good thing about this stay is that it’s close to metro. The apartment is in a huge old residential building( but maybe that’s normal in a big city like Rome). The kitchen facilities are basic and the stoves are ancient. The dryer is super dusty with giant dust balls inside, impossible to use. The room looks clean but it is really not. As I was going to sleep on the first night, I was cut on the arm by a super tiny sharp thing on the bedsheet! The light was already off so I didn’t really see what was that, but I assumed it was something like a glass shard. I didn’t put belongings on the bed earlier and I don’t know how something super tiny and sharp could possibly be carried to the bed.
• Bridgette (8/5): A comfortable convenient place to stay for a small group visiting Rome. - The host was very helpful and addressed any queries. The apartment was 5 mins walk to the metro station . The bedrooms rooms were comfortable and spacious. There was a lift which was needed as it was on the 7th floor. The kitchen was adequate for a short stay. If you were staying longer and wished to cook, you would need more equipment. The apartment lacked a lounge but had spacious bedrooms and bathroom.
• Arunas (8/5): Very good - Not far away from metro station. As well big shoppong mall near away. I general good facilities to stay with family.
• Antonio (10/5): Comfortable stay - Location to metro and Incantum - Harry Potter restaurant- only 8 minutes by car. Shops aren’t too close, about a 10 minute walk. But the cafe is a few minutes walk away, coffee /cakes good, they also sell water and milk.

• Drago (9/5): Great 2 bedroom flat near the subway. - Clean, a lot of appliances. Aircoditions were too body due to some malfunction.

In the same distance, there are supermarket, local market hall with large offer of excellent breads, good fruits, vegetables, cheeses and other foods, pizzeria and kebab. Parking in the backyard. Online checkin page: 2 - terrible, user unfriendly. No direct input of dates. only combo boxes. 3 selections of country with no automatic pre-set the next two after first choice etc.
