- Davor (7/5): Decent accommodation - Narrow and tight bathroom, not enough hangers and shelf. Mattress is too soft, uncomfortable.

Pas d'info sur la "Scudo Verde". Cette ZTL a été activée pendant notre séjour. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps et fait beaucoup de km en trop pour tenter d'éviter cette zone qui inclut le logement... Une info du propriétaire aurait été la bienvenue.
- Jan (5/5): The bed was comfortable. - The location was fine. The apartment was extremely dark. It was not possible to be in it without turning on a light. Getting into the building and finding the keys was also troublesome thanks to terrible lighting. Only one set of keys. Wi-fi info out of date.
- Malcolm (10/5): Great unit for a Florence visit - Good unit for short or long stay. Fully equipped. Nice outside patio and washer facilities. Good location just outside ZTL traffic zone with secure parking. Bus to town center was easy. Hosts were highly responsive to an issue and it was quickly resolved.
