• Aïnhoa (9/5): Très bien - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement, qui permet d’être proche du cœur de Florence, le tout à pied. Il est spacieux et confortable, bien équipé, conforme aux photos et l’équipe permet aussi de la souplesse pour le dépôt des bagages si besoin. Nous n’avons pas utiliser la terrasse en raison du temps mais celle-ci avait l’air agréable. Rien à signaler - en effet il faut s’habituer à la logistique des prises et quelques nuisances sonores venant de la rue mais cela ne provient pas de l’appartement

• Juan Pablo (10/5): - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, tiene una muy buena distribución de los ambientes y todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable, en una zona muy tranquila de florencia y cercana al casco histórico. Buena iluminación, un estar cómodo y todas las herramientas para cocinar. Además las camas super cómodas y un guardarropas muy útil para estadías prolongadas. Posee un patio para disfrutar de las tardes y una plaza muy linda a una cuadra
• GBC23 (5/5): Insoddisfacente - Buona la posizione Televisore guasto e non riparato/sostituito durante il periodo del soggiorno. I divani letto molto scomodi, soprattutto quello matrimoniale che non ha un materasso (si dorme proprio sul divano) e che rende quindi la casa molto scomoda per 5 persone. La casa era sporca, polvere ovunque. Nel salone, su 3 termosifoni ne funzionava bene solo uno, il secondo solo parzialmente ed il terzo completamente congelato. Quest'ultimo non è stato riparato nemmeno dopo due interventi da parte dei tecnici. La casa è invasa da un cattivo odore di fogna che proviene da una porta situata di fronte la porta d'ingresso.

Nous avons moins apprécié dans l appartement : pour 5 personnes un manque d intimité car il n y a qu une seule ( mais belle !) Chambre, le manque de prises adaptatives pour l'electro- ménager, une chasse d eau qui fonctionne moyennement et un extérieur beaucoup moins joli que sur la photo ...

Literie confortable, idéale pour un bon repos. Climatisation bienvenue durant les fortes chaleurs. Wi-Fi fonctionnel. Quartier paisible, mais stationnement limité en raison des restrictions dans la zone où se situe l’appartement. La terrasse n’est pas aménagée et une chaise est cassée, ce qui la rend peu agréable à utiliser. Dommage.
• Bruno (8/5): - Nuestra estadía en Mamo Florence - Geordie Apartment fue muy agradable. El departamento estaba limpio, bien ubicado y en una zona tranquila pero cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena, atentos y disponibles para ayudarnos. Ideal para recorrer Florencia a pie y disfrutar de su ambiente local. A tener en cuenta, hay una cama matrimonial, un sofa cama de dos y uno individual (este ultimo no es para nada comodo). Otro inconveniente que tuvimos fue que no nos respondieron rapido para poder realizar el late check out, por lo cual desistimos de esto. Más allá de estas dos circunstancias, el apartamento esta muy bien, lo recomiendo.

The location is great, just a 15 minute walk from the city center and its highlights. The apartment was spacious and clean. I would recommend this place! The beds were a little bit hard, but this was no problem for us.

• Andrei (7/5): Good - The apartment is located nearby the center of the city. You can get all the main attraction by walking. Communication with the host was ok. The apartment has one bedroom and two additional sofas in the main room. Up to 5 people can stay here. Kitchen has some kitchenware, enough to prepare simple food. Facilities are not new, but can be used without problem. Heating worked well except one accident when the kettle turned off due to low water pressure. I contacted the host, they proposed their help, but I solved the issue myself. The apartment located in Limited Traffic Zone of the city (ZTL). You cannot enter this zone during the day without special permission. But even if you entered, you cannot park there. NO parking space at all. Everything is filled with cars. We have to pay 140EUR for 4 nights of parking. The apartment is a little bit old with signs of that. Kitchenware is basic. The window of the bedroom opens to a noisy street. If you are light sleeper, take your earplugs with you.
