Valeriya (7/5): Has the potential to be good but there is a lot to improve - Spacious apartment, good location, base facilities available, balcony, late check out was possible. - Not very well cleaned, the balcony and bathroom were dirty. - Not very well equipped, only two glasses, two cups, two forks, knives.. not enough to properly use the kitchen for a 10 day stay. No extra kitchen towel or any cleaning gear. Utensils are a bit old school. - There is a problem in the bathroom pipes so it smells bad. - Communication was not perfect. Calls and questions were not answered in a timely manner, only some automated messages provided the basic information for check in and out.
Irena (8/5): Very good - Comfortable bed Not enough basic condiments. No soap for shower, keys front door of building hard to open. Did not have a welcoming atmosphere as I gave seated in a number of apartments in Varna now
