• Sara (10/5): Fantastic!!! - The location could not be better! The 4 flights of stairs, doable for us but I could see that being an issue for some. Especially with lots of luggage.
• Diane (9/5): An enjoyable stay. It was a lovely apartment, I just would have been better prepared if the above points had been clear - Lovely apartment in a perfect location. Actually had more than I needed. Good communication ahead of visit and with entry instructions the day before. I didn’t realise the apartment was on the third floor without a lift. I think this should have been stated in the listing. The sockets in the bedroom were Italian and not the usual 2 pin European ones for which I had an adapter. As the apartment specifically listed sockets near the bed I think this should have been made clear or an adapter provided. I had to charge my phone in the hallway. The shower was very small which may be a problem for some.

• Toby (10/5): Perfect base for my time in Florence - The location of this apartment can’t be beat. Right next to the Duomo and writhing 10-15minutes walk to most of Florence Very little. For those on the chunkier side you might have some issues with the shower

• Jiaming (4/5): - The location is great, very central. Located on the 3rd floor and no lift. If you have a lot of luggage or not in great shape, you might want to reconsider. The air con was very loud and we had to sleep with the loud noise. The coffee machine is also not working that well. The shower is tiny. Overall, it's a very old apartment with a lack of maintenance. A lot of things are barely working. If I come back to Florence in the future, I will not stay here again.

• Anonymous (7/5): Great location, but noisy when trying to sleep and lots of cleaning oversights for our stay. - Very central location to the main sights of Florence. You could not ask for a better location. The apartment is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils. The host is fast to respond to any queries. FYI for anyone who has injuries or accessibility issues- not necessarily negative but this apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. There is mould in the silicone of the washing machine. We couldn't use the coffee pod machine because it was overfilled with used pods. We had to clean before using, the base was slimy and smelly. To apologise, the host stated the coffee pods at the accomodation would be free of charge for us (usually 30 cents each) but there was only 7 coffee pods at the accomodation for our 6 night stay for 2 people. Percolator had old brown water and floaties in it. Had to empty and clean before using it. Microwave has food splatter from the previous guests. It seems all the previous reviews have great comments for cleanliness so this might be a once-off. Bring your own shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We were only provided two tiny bottles of shower gel for two people staying 6 nights. It is noisy at night when trying to sleep so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Booking.com advertised the tourist tax as 5,50euro per person per night, as does the information booklet at the accomodation. The tax has increased to 6euro per person per night starting 1st Feb 2025 and our stay was 17th May 2025. This is not a big deal but frustrating when we had the correct amount of cash with us.

• Олена (10/5): Absolutely recommend! You can’t get a more central location than this. - It seems impossible to find an apartment more central, unless you live in a cathedral. Very clean, beautiful apartment with all the amenities. Easy check-in and check-out. A very pleasant host. We liked everything.
• Conghui (10/5): Very good - The apartment is in a very good location and is clean and well-equipped. The host is nice and responsive, making communication easy. However, be aware that there might be some noise at night from people walking by, which happened almost every night but didn’t last long. Additionally, guests need to climb to the third floor via narrow stairs, so those with large suitcases should consider this. The laundry machine is available, but remember to bring or purchase detergent yourself.
• Ismar (10/5): Superb and cozy location seeing the greatest Dome on planet earth! - The location was probably the best bang for your buck you can ask for. Florence is a highly walkable city, but with this particular location, you could see the dunmo, buy souvenirs and run back inside! Not to mention, the location is close to over 5 restaurants in just two minutes of walking time! Nothing. Everything was great!
• Rob (7/5): Comfortable accommodation but bring your own supplies. - Location was excellent. A bit of street noise, surprisingly, but not really that much of a problem. Host was quick to respond to questions. Coffee or tea. An American-style drip coffee maker was provide, but no coffee filters. A pod-style coffee maker was provided, but no coffee pods. I asked which pods I should get and the host provided an image. When this image was shown at the market I was given the wrong pods (right brand, wrong size); unable to return since it was opened to try the pods. A kettle was provided but no tea bags. A kitchen knife was provided but no cutting board. A shower was provided but no soap or shampoo.

• Bori (10/5): Exceptional - Gabriela is a very helpful host, the newly renovated appartment is situated on the third floor of a house, in the very heart of the city center. We have just reached everything, including museums, shops, bars within a couple of minutes. Firenze itself is unique, has beautiful bildings, a special atmosphere. The crowded streets are clean. We just loved this city. We are going to come back definately once more. -
