Apartment needs repairs. - 10 minutes from KLCC (Petronas Towers), 2 train stations away from bukit bintang (shopping district). basically clean. bed is firm. pillows are better than "normal" hotel pillows. paying with credit card has 3% fee. the room is showing its age (floor damage, stains). house cleaning is only possible during a certain time (9 am to 4 pm). house cleaning is only possible, if you are in the room. house cleaning is not automatic (toilet paper, towels etc. has to be ordered).

• Tamara (7/5): Great for exploring the city or staying in - The bed was comfortable. The couch was a plus. The bathroom was well equipped. There was minimal noise or activity in the hallway. The room is large. The shower temperature was great with good water pressure. There is adequate closet space. The building has security and traffic control. It is reasonably close to public transit monorail. The kitchen has a large refrigerator and built-in cooktop. The washer/dryer combo was useful. There was no hot water in kitchen faucet. The shower door was too heavy for the frame and kept coming off track. There was moisture damage on bathroom door with unsightly repair work. The tile in bathroom needs grout repair. The hallway from the elevator to the room has smelly, musty odor. The street noise echoes between the buildings making it a little noisy from the outside.

• Sven (8/5): Very good - When we had problems with the bed we innediatly got a new room. Other problems were solved in minutes. The place is very central. Some apartments have great view. At the entrance there are rotten tables with trash. The main door is blocked. 4 checks to your tower, 2 don't work, 5 lifts, 3 work.

• Nigel (10/5): Exceptional - Loved it. Gorgeous restful experience. POOL! These suites are owned by different owners but managed by same company. The first suite I had was infested by bedbugs......not so much reflective of the company but the individual owner. They set me up with another suite and it was totally amazing.
• T. (8/5): Very good - It is in a very central location within walking distance of KLCC, Bukit Bintang and Chinatown. Two train stations are within 5 minute's walk. It has a great view from the balcony and the bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment was clean. The host was friendly, easy to reach and very accommodating. The sofa was a bit hard and not very comfortable.

• Beverly (9/5): Great stay - Comfortable and very spacious for a studio. Drying rack and towel rack provided. Check in and out was smooth. The lobby area also provided nice amenities, like a café, beauty salon, ATM, 7 Eleven, and grocery store. Cash only. There were also additional taxes not listed in the final price. The room was mostly clean, but there was some residue in the bathroom. Not too close to restaurants either.

• Iqra (10/5): Great place and staff. - The location is great. Just 5-10mins walk to KLCC. This place have everything inside, convenience store, cafe and even money changer. The staff also fast response and the check in process very smooth. I will come back for sure. Nothing
• Mihaela (8/5): Very good - The hotel is well located, near multiple street food/local restaurants and also close to the metro station. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The room was nice, big, with all the facilities needed. There is also a pool and a gym which are nice as well. In the builduing there is also a minimarket and some other places to buy snacks which was really convenient! I highly recommend!
