- carole (1/5): Left after one nite - Location. The room had a strong artificial scent, visible dust from ongoing work on every floor, which caused eye irritation. Cats were in the common areas. The stairs were steep and not suitable for guests with mobility or balance concerns. I left after one night. No refund was offered; only a room at another property was proposed, which I declined

- Cezar (8/5): Ótima localização em Cuenca - A localização, na Calle grande, é otima. O café é simples mas bom, e a decoração do hotel é um charme. Fora os gatinhos que fazem parte do hotel. O wifi era instavel, o quarto era bem pequeno e com janelas viradas para o lado interno. O travesseiro e a cama de solteiro eram piores que a cama de casal que estava no mesmo quarto.

In our room was dirty floor, dirty pillows (with no pillowcases on it), bedsheets were with dirty spots on it and someone’s hair. The room is very cold, to warm up we asked for an additional blanket and it was dirty and old too, with wholes. Balcony door doesn’t close fully so at night it feels like you’re sleeping outside, because of noise from streets. It gets quite after midnight or 1 am, but noise comes back around 5 am already. At time of breakfast, we were taking coffee and noticed that few cups had spots of coffee grounds inside, which means that on kitchen they don’t wash dishes. Then, after breakfast, when we barely left our seats, one of cats jumped on chair and started to lick a plate…

Además, unas horas antes me escribieron por WhatsApp preguntando a qué hora llegaría, lo cual me da a entender que estaban al tanto de mi llegada.

Está en una calle cerca de restaurantes, bares y museos. El personal del hotel es fantástico. Son todos muy amables y listos para ayudar. Gracias a Joaquín, Arturo y Sebastián por todos los datos y recomendaciones. La habitación es perfecta para descansar y siempre está limpia. La cama y almohada son muy cómodas también. Hay agua filtradas de cortesía cada día y uno puede tomar té o café ilimitado al lado de recepción también. Los desayunos están incluidos; hasta vienen con pancake y huevos. Hay tres gatitos hermosos que son adorables. :)

La relación precio-beneficio es excelente - Excelente ubicación, a 4 cuadras del centro histórico, en el trayecto existen varios cafés y lugares de comida. La habitación daba a la calle con un balcón, fue muy agradable y cálida, hasta diría instagrameable. El lobby y estancia para comer es adorable, y tienen unos gatitos juguetones. El sector es relativamente tranquilo, solo un poco de ruido de los vehículos en horario diurno y muy poco por la noche. No tuve problemas para descansar, pero si tiene sueño ligero, debe considerar tomar una habitación interior

We were very close to the central plaza and the price was exceptional. The bed was so close to the wall that I had to climb the bed from the bottom. We had to ask for extra pillows as there were only the two with shams and we were nor sure if the shams were washed or not.

El pan integral tenia moho y aunque me dieron una explicación rara para mi tenia moho. Porque servir algo "bueno" que parece que tiene moho. No lo sé. Yo creo que tienen potencial de mejorar el desayuno o mejor que lo obvien.

Mucho ruido de las personas de otras habitaciones, se escucha todo. En algún lugar había un fumador y todo el olor se filtraba por nuestro baño, no le dimos importancia pero que lo tengan en cuenta. La iluminación de la habitación muy pobre y no tenía ventana al exterior sino a un .. no sé qué es (ver foto) pero que lo tengan en cuenta porque se percibe olor a humedad quizás por la falta de ventilación
