• Tobias (9/5): Beautiful stay in central location - Great location, central to everything. Just a 10-minute walk to Rialto Bridge. The supermarket is less than a 1-minute walk from the apartment. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Beautifully furnished, clean and spacious. A staff member came to greet us at Rialto and escorted us to the apartment. If you are booking over Booking.com you have to pay a security depot of 500 Euros.

• Randal (10/5): Gorgeous, comfy and conveniently located Venetian apartment! - I highy recommend this apartment! This vacation rental is at the top of our list (we've stayed in 40+ all over the world). The apartment is very clean, spacious, beautifully laid out and absolutely lovely. It has a classic Venetian design, with beautiful decor and furnishings. The beds and pillows are very comfy and the bedlinens are high quality. The kitchen is large and separate from the rest of the apartment, with a working gas stove, oven, larger fridge, plenty of seating, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinner and drinkware, etc. (which is not the norm with a short term rental). Charming and helpful Silvio, who lives in Venice, met us to show us to the apartment and check in was a breeze. He gave us a map with specific directions to where we wanted to go and the best way to get there. We LOVED Venice. An easy 10 out of 10 experience! Really cannot think of anything we didn't like.
• Natalie (9/5): Spacious and quiet Venetian apartment. - Great location. 10 minutes stroll to St Mark's Square or Rialto Bridge. Supermarket 1 minute walk from the apartment. Many restaurants and bars close by. Very quiet and spacious apartment. Lovely furnishings. Well appointed kitchen, we cooked and ate in for some nights. Great to have a washing machine and dryer to use. We loved our stay here. Very helpful staff, organising a boat transfer from the airport, purchasing groceries for us and answering all questions. Thankyou. The rubbish removal was a bit complicated.

• Andreas (10/5): Ganz toll; jederzeit gerne wieder! - Ein wirklich tolles Appartement! Sehr sauber, perfekt ausgestattet - wir haben uns mit 4 Erwachsenen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist top: Gut sortierter Supermarkt in 50 Metern Entfernung, Rialto in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und Markusplatz in ca. 15 Minuten. Vaporetto Station S. Angelo nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Das Appartement liegt in einen renovierten Haus etwas abseits der Touristenströme in ersten Stock. Tolle originale Holzdecke im Wohnzimmer und Terrazzo in der ganzen Wohnung. Die Schlafzimmer / Bäder dagegen modern eingerichtet - sehr guter Mix aus alt und neu und nicht so überladen. Auch die Betreuung durch den Betreiber war außergewöhnlich gut. Bereits im Vorfeld gab es viele hilfreiche Informationen, ein Wassertaxi vom / zum Flughafen wurde organisiert, am Dock wurden wir persönlich abgeholt und die Wohnung wurde detailliert erklärt. Besonders gut war auch die Möglichkeit am letzten Tag das Gepäck im Büro des Vermittlers lagern zu können (Abendflug).

The beds were very comfortable. Full kitchen and the place had plenty of room. Two rolls of toilet paper for four people to last three days.

• Jencasler (10/5): Wonderful Stay in a Stylish Apartment in Venice - This apartment was perfect for four of us! It was well-located near all of the main tourist sites but out of the way in a quieter street - I was travelling with my two friends and my son and the rooms were perfect - a queen room for my friends and two twin beds for me and my son. The apartment was very stylish and there was plenty of room to relax in the living room, plan our day on our laptops from the dining area, or share cheese and meats from the local grocery just steps away from our apartment.

Loved the apartment, the layout, design and facilities were amazing!! Although a recent and modern renovation it still captures the feeling of Venezia. Quiet location (street) and only a few hundred meters walk to the lively Rialto Bridge and Central Canal restaurants, shops and nightlife. The hosts were beyond amazing. Fantastic communication before, during and after our stay. No request or demand was too hard. Extremely friendly and hospitable which added to the enjoyment of our stay!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

She helped arrange water taxi on the day and was very helpful in getting us to the apartment easily. She met us on arrival and showed us personally to the apartment. • Amanda (10/5): Great comfortable flat next to St.Mark’s. - The flat was great. Lots of room great air conditioning, close to st.mark’s. It was great to have washer dryer and fridge. The only bad things were the showers: the stall shower didn’t drain very well and that was after we took a chunk or 2 off hair out, and the bath shower only had half a shower door so it got water everywhere. But it was easy to deal with.

• Stepan (10/5): fantastic stay! - Really large 2 x bedroom + 2 x bathroom flat with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer, etc, etc. And free PROSECCO bottle in the fridge! :)) Located in very center - near the RIALTO bridge and RIALTO boat docks. In the next door is DE-SPAR supermarket, another good food shop is COOP, located at Grand Canal (geo 45.436645, 12.334271). Hosts are very helpful and hospitable - answers in Whatsapp immediately, Caterina - thank you very much! They met us at the canal to lead us to the house through the narrow streets of Venice. So we were completaly happy to stay there! No view of the canal from the window :(
