De manière générale, le personnel est agréable. La chambre devait être équipée d’une kitchenette - tel que mentionné, mais nous avons seulement eu un frigo et des tasses. Aussi, il est indiqué que l’établissement propose une location de voitures et de vélos, en réalité, il n’en est rien. Nous avons été déçues par l’état du linge de lit, nous pensons qu’il n’avait pas été lavé.

• Margaret (6/5): Was pleasant, but could have been better. - Very generous sized apartment. Comfortable beds. Air con and fan good. There was a full kitchen without a pot, pan, sharp knife, chopping board. No dish cloth or tea towel.
• Nayacalevu-masi (6/5): Pleasant - The host was wonderful. The fridge in our room was wobbly, and the room just needed some touch ups. It would be nice to have plates for eating in the room as well.

• Alanieta (6/5): A weeks stay. - David was amazing, super helpful. Any time we needed something we would ask him. Always up early greeting everyone. Price was amazing for a whole weeks stay. Chilli chicken was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size. Potential for greatness. We stayed for a week, if we made a mess or spilt something we had nothing to clean it with. Our kettle stopped working after we used it once. The staff did replace it with theirs, but I had to physically take the broken one out. The website states that it has all these things, like the blow dryer and a shared kitchen. We were looking forward to cooking for ourselves, but no electric frying pan, toaster not even a microwave. There are no dishes in there other than 2 tea cups, 2 saucers, and 2 spoons, and we weren't given any cleaning supplies to wash them. We were staying for a week. The shower head and shower itself needs a deep clean. The website needs to be updated big time. Don't lie to the customers. It felt like an air BNB minus the cooking stuff and utensils or cleaning supplies. The room cleaned once while we were there, something I probably could have just done it myself if they had spare sheets and towels in the room and cleaning supplies. There is no real restaurant, there is a food place but not much variety. It's the same dishes for all meals. Bikes were good, although the village kids have better bikes than what we were using, and that's saying something, considering we paid $5 each bike. Tires weren't pumped, so we needed to find someone who could pump the tyres ourselves, no pump on site, bikes need serious maintenance. They don't give you an emergency kit for incase something happens to the bike, no bike lock for if you want to browse in stores or get off and explore. A note to the owner, if you're having over seas guests stay for more than a day, make sure they have everything they need in their rooms. The price was great, but after two days things needed to be wiped down or swept, we are on holidays we don't want to nag the staff for things that should be accessible in the rooms at all times. The place also needs a really good deep clean and a lot of maintenance on the electronics.

• Jodi (6/5): Pleasant - The staff were wonderful. We enjoyed getting to know them a little bit. They were very helpful in helping us find activities and even arranged to do our laundry. We enjoyed not being cocooned in a traditional resort and therefore had the opportunity to see more of the local restaurants. The accommodation is old and needs lots of maintenance. They do have some new rooms to be available soon and I noted that plenty of maintenance is being carried out on the older rooms. The internal stairs were very steep (not applicable to us as we were travelling with teenagers but they would be a worry for me when my children were younger).
• Roneel (6/5): Overall it was good. - I really like the pleasant customer service provided by the guy who handed over the key.It was almost after 9pm when U arrived there.That Fijian guy I forgot his name got excellent customer service skills and I was been meeting him now and then while staying at the property.His attitude made us feel so welcoming. The room should have few more basic stuffs like toaster ,a pot etc. Restaurant was fullu closed.Didnt get a chance visit.

• Veresa (9/5): Ideal location for the weekend and friendly staff was big plus. - I liked the location because it was convenient and easy to get to Sigatoka town, and it was also closer to where we had the function. Overall, I appreciate the friendly staff, and my nephew would easily go to reception if he needed someone. No comment.

• Lin&jiang (3/5): Poor - Staff are nice. Room is spacious with balconies on both front and back. Very good privacy with the stairs leading only to our room. The location is good, quiet and convenient. There are bedbugs! We have to move the mattress to the floor to avoid attacks from bedbugs. Very dirty. The bathroom is disgusting. If the owner make an effort to make the room nice and clean, it would have been a very good hotel.
