- Izabel (4/5): - Wir haben die Ferienwohnung insgesamt mit gemischten Gefühlen erlebt.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft sauber war und modern eingerichtet ist. Die Betten waren bequem, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten, und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet – alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch braucht, war vorhanden. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung insgesamt mit gemischten Gefühlen erlebt.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft sauber war und modern eingerichtet ist. Die Betten waren bequem, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten, und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet – alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch braucht, war vorhanden.
Leider gab es aber auch einige deutliche Kritikpunkte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreuer vor Ort war schwierig. Er sprach kein Deutsch und hat seine Nachrichten offenbar automatisch übersetzt, was dazu führte, dass sie teilweise unhöflich oder sogar frech wirkten.
Die Wohnung selbst kam uns stellenweise wie eine Mogelpackung vor. Besonders enttäuschend war die Terrasse: Sie gehört nicht direkt zur Wohnung. Da sich die Wohnung im ersten Stock befindet, muss man erst die Treppe hinunter und in den Innenhof gehen, um sie zu erreichen. Zudem war sie ungepflegt und voller Unkraut, sodass wir sie letztlich gar nicht genutzt haben.
Auch die Waschmaschine war nicht wie erwartet privat nutzbar, sondern wurde von allen Hausbewohnern verwendet. Wir mussten sie vor der Nutzung erst reinigen, und die vorhandenen Wäscheständer waren stark verrostet.
Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung – man konnte die Nachbarn deutlich hören. Besonders unangenehm war der Zustand des Badezimmers: Dort wuchsen tatsächlich Schirmpilze, was wir als sehr unhygienisch empfanden. Wir haben die Dusche selbst mit Chlor gereinigt. Zudem war die Badezimmertür defekt und ließ sich nicht schließen.
Außerdem hat sich die Parkplatzsuche als sehr schwierig erwiesen, da in der Nähe Regierungsgebäude sind und ei Angestellten dort überall parken.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung zwar einige gute Ansätze, aber die genannten Mängel haben unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.

- Arnold Kuijpers (9/5): We had a nice stay, in a comfortabel apartment, good bed and a kind and client oriented host. - The apartment is well designed and nice, and looked exactly as on the pictures, which is always very appreciated. Everything was very clean, comfortable bed, good bedlinnen, towels and a big bathroom. The location is great. A quiet area. Sometimes we experienced a bit of noise from the street but not a real issue. Neighbours (also apartment rent) were very quiet, but you could, at some occasions, hear them. What made our stay great, was the host, Alvaro. A professional and kind host, very responsive and client oriented. At arrival, we received a bottle of wine, there was a bottle of water and all the necessary for the first day / day after, like coffee cups and thee. Close to the apartment there are good supermarkets, all easy walkable. We stayed for ca 9 days. In case of a longer stay, having a set of extra bedlinnen in the apartment would be welcome. However they changed towels and bedlinnen after a week, which was appreciated. Also for us, and if we would have stayed for a longer time then 9 days, a more comfortabel sofa and a regular diner table would have been better. But this is our personal opinion.

- donadios leon (9/5): Repetiría estancia - Lo que más me gustó es que estaba todo súper limpio, además estaba relativamente cerca de los sitios de donde estaba situado. Quizás por decir algo del alojamiento puede ser la ducha, pues la puerta no funcionaba demasiado bien, pero vamos la verdad que fue estupenda la casa y la experiencia

- Wilhelmus (8/5): We had a great time staying in this apartment, perfect location between the old and new Las Palmas. - Plenty of space, excellent location, clean and public transport as well as a breakfast/lunch/diner location at the corner The shower was a kind of problem, the water gets cold after 30 seconds. The host tried to fix it but without solving the problem.
If this problem is solved the rating would be excellent! And I am sure it will be fixed by the host.

- Elizabeth (10/5): A great stay! 5 stars for cleanliness and a very warm welcome. - The property was super clean. Looked just like on the photos. Nice and spacious. We had access to a shared washing machine on the ground floor, which was really handy, as we were there for 10 days. The apartment was cleaned mi-stay and linen/towels were changed, which was much appreciated. Good place to eat right next door more or less. Spar supermarket only 5 minutes' walk away. 5 stars to Alvaro who met us with the keys and looked after us during our stay. Very kind and patient. Arranged taxis for us to/from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for him. If we return, we will definitely stay here again. The only negative was the noise at night from the road nearby. But this was a small detail. Otherwise, a great stay.
- Pauline (9/5): Lovely place to stay in Las Palmas - The apartment is situated in Ciudad Jardín, 3km north of the historical centre of Vegueta & Triana and 2.5 km south of Playa de las Canteras so both are an easy walk or bus ride away. The apartment is on the first floor, it is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen area, lounge, bedroom and large bathroom with high tech shower. There is a washing machine, dryer and drying racks downstairs for communal use, detergent is provided. There is a tassimo coffee maker and filter machine, kettle, toaster, hob and large fridge freezer, TV, a socket on each side of the bed, complimentary shower gel, shampoo and moisturiser, as well as plenty of towels, and hairdryer.
