L'emplacement est parfaite Le séjour était parfait donc je dois chercher pour trouver des choses à améliorer. Les portes pour la salle de bain. Toujours une dans une autre il aurait fallu des pentures qui permet d'ouvrir des 2 côtés. Le coût du stationnement 45$ +tx.

Adorei a mini cozinha no quarto, super válida para pequenas refeições. A localização também é muito boa, consegue ver todos os principais pontos da cidade a pé. Gostei de tudo.

- Eric (9/5): Séjour parfait cependant je souligne mon désagrément en lien avec la caution qui à eté maintenu pour un délais inattendu - Emplacement et propreté La caution que l’hôtel avait prélevé pour la chambre n’a été libéré q’après 12 jours ce qui fait n non sens. L’hôtel m’a répondu très rapidement dans un 1er temps que le problème émerge de ma banque et non pas d’eux. Ma banque me dit le contraire… j’en ai informé l’hôtel et ils n’ont jamais fait suite à mon questionnement jusqu’à présent soit après 72hrs après ma 2e communication.

While beautifully decorated, it needs some simple things like more hooks in the bathroom; a room telephone; and a light over the small table. Mattress too soft, but was rectified after a visit to the front desk. I know we are in the age of iPhones, but as a senior, being told to speak on "WhatsApp" when you have a problem did affect my rating. You should at least provide a phone number for the front desk.

- William (9/5): A lovely stay in a great location. - The hotel is in a great location, close to all that you need and easy to find. Our room was comfortable and the bed was too. The greeting at reception was very nice and we didn't have to wait too long for our room upon arrival. There are a couple of seating areas but no bar or cafe service until later in the day which seems to be the norm in Quebec which we don't understand so we went across the road to the Irish Bar until our room was ready. Nothing to dislike, all went well for us, thank you.

There was pleny of places to store our clothing and there was even a little kitchenette. The king bed was very comfortable. The corner chair was perfect for reading while looking out onto the street. The staff was amazing! There really wasn't much not to like. The double doors to the bathroom were pretty, but narrow. We had to open both to comfortably pass through but the bathroom itself was beautiful. The hallways were a little dark, but the ceiling looked like a sky with little stars.

We were 2-10 minutes walk from all the places we wanted to visit. Good breakfast and dinner at their own restaurant. Wonderful, friendly staff. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family. There was nothing I didn't like.
