• Gal (7/5): - The apartment was big and with many windows. Location was nice, not in the center but in a walking distance to almost everything. Washing machine and dryer were a nice surprise. First, It was not clean. Second, we expected high quality of interior for its price, but it was IKEA styled apartment very poorly maintained, with cheap towels, missing some basic things like blankets covers.
• PAULO (9/5): Safe and comfortable haven in Rome - Our stay in Rome was great. The apartment was comfortable, with good beds, linens, and towels. The bathrooms were very nice. The building had an elevator and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Loredana welcomed us efficiently and gave us helpful tips. We'll be back. We missed 4 pillows per bed. The number of wine glasses was not compatible with 4 guests.
• Lorna (8/5): Great location, spacious apartment perfect for a family. - We loved the space, the location and the cleanliness. The air con was very noisy - we wiped the outside unit down and this reduced the noise a lot. The lift got blocked a few times while we were there.
• Mandy (2/5): Disappointing for the price you pay. - Location & size of the apartment It was dirty from floor to walls. The mattress protectors, duvet covers & sheets where disgustingly dirty they hadn’t been changed or cleaned at all for awhile. Even the floors and showers where still dirty after the company offered a cleaner to come back in for an extra clean because the apartment was dirty. We even had to mention to the company of a water leak, tap coming loose, mould on the chopping board and the water pressure in one of the bathrooms this should all have been picked up at the previous vacate property clean.

• Megan (10/5): Excellent apartment, excellent location - Excellent location, the apartment was clean and a great size. The only think I would say could be improved was there was 4 of us so we ran out of toilet roll on our last day. But everything else was great.

Details could be improved - Very close to Colosseum Moder house Washing machine Dry machine Kitchen No self check in No bottle of water (this would be a must especially if you arrive after a long trip, it costs 1€ a bottle of water, instead I had to go and buy it in the evening) No much shower gel. We were 3 persons for 2 nights and was only given a small amount. Also here I had to go and buy it

• Maria (10/5): amazing accommodation!! - everything was perfect. modern, spacious appartement. location is amazing, literally 10 min walk to Colosseo. grocery shops very close by, nice family Cafe next doors, not only for coffee and pastry but also for dinner. liked everything
• Cem (9/5): Good - The apartment was quiet big and clean, location was good. The only thing is that we were going back on a Monday and my friend’s flight was a bit late. We asked if we could check out afew hours late, but the employee directly said “no” on the phone because the cleaning lady was on her way and new clients would come. Eventually, my friend left three hours after the checkout time and there was no cleaning lady. So simply they just said “no” to late check out without checking. I think it was easier for them to say no instead of checking. So bare in my mind that if you have a late flight they won’t allow you to check out late and thelr office is far so it’s not possible to drop your luggage. You are on your own
• Zenko (10/5): Excellent apartment, great location - Absolutely amazing apartment ,amazing host. Raoni was meeting us at check in and everything was smooth.Location is great Colosseum very close by and public transportation from the Colosseum is very easy. The apartment is very comfortable for 6 people with air conditioning, kitchen w.dishwasher and washer and dryer is very convenient. Internet works great. Everything was great
• Gloria (8/5): I really recommend this place ;) - Everything was great! The apartment is big and convinient, fully equipped; iron, hair dryer, wasching machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine. The location is perfect. Wifi connection very poor.
• Karina (8/5): Very good - The location was amazing, few hundred meters from the colosseum. There are also a wide variety of markets, cafes, and restaurants in the vicinity. One bus runs down the street with many more bus options within short walking distance. The apartment was spacious and quite well equipped, was surprised to find out it even had washer and dryer. The best part was that there were 2 full bathrooms. The toiletries provided were not enough for our 5 day stay, but it was not much of an issue to visit a local market and buy some. Not supplying enough toilet paper however was a little more disappointing. Luckily we noticed in advance that the poor quality toilet paper wouldn't last, so we bought more. Toilet paper costs next to nothing compared to the satisfaction supplying enough higher quality toilet paper will provide your guests. There are soap dispensers in the bathroom which were left empty. Again, costs next to nothing to provide hand soap. Solid hand soap was provided in little toiletry packets, so the pump should be removed from the bathroom. Another improvement to invest in would be a toiletry rack in showers. It would be beneficial to add a few well placed power strips as the sockets around the apartment are mostly inconvenient to use.

• Shetty (7/5): Central stay for families at Rome - Central location and clean Recently renovated with good decor Spacious and common area great Well equipped with facilities Plenty options for food and dining nearby Apartment block getting renovated with works so lots of noise from early morning, lift was out of service for nearly a day with no response even after reporting Stairs covered with plastic sheets made it hazard!! WiFi was not working for last 2 days no response even after reporting. We informed the checkin time and train number / timing as requested but had to wait outside in rain with kids / bags to get soaked for rep to arrive.
