Guest Reviews
- Liao (9/5): Pleasant stay in downtown Toronto - Decent size for a couple, very good location, quite well equipped for a short stay. There is paid parking that can be accessed via the building elevators The property requires some maintenance, walls are a bit dirty, needing some fresh paint.
- Kayy (9/5): Superb - It was clean. The host was very Accommodating The unit did not look anything as the pictures very plain, Not a lot of linen no extra blanket
- Ayomide (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maximilian (9/5): Superb -
- Elnaz (4/5): I don’t recommend this place as long as they don’t fix the problems. It wasn’t like the pictures at all. - The matters sheets were smelly , as if a heavy smoker lied down there before. There was no extra sheets, no extra blanket, no extra pillow.
It was different from the pictures, no plants, no rug, no small side lamp next to the bed, even not a new air freshener in the washroom . The duvet and table next to the bed was completely different and nothing was as luxurious as it seems in the pictures. The chandelier was very dusty.
The owner set the temperature on 19 degrees in winter ( the outside temperature was -25 ) and when I told them it’s cold, they said it’s because of the windows and they can’t do anything. And we didn’t even have any extra blanket or any heater. They said there is a heater at the unit but it was just a fan .
- Charles (9/5): Nice location - The Host was very responsive, both calls and text. Excellent!
- Roger (10/5): Exceptional -

- Leanne (6/5): Basic but good for the cost - Location
- Katie (8/5): Very good -
- Optical (9/5): Superb - Great location, supermarkets nearby, Streetcar stop just a few steps away. Bedroom was very tight for space difficult to gor around the bed to the other side., no side table on one side.
Kitchen equipment very basic, for example no baking trays for the oven.
- Venus (10/5): Overall it was a comfortable stay, convenient to where I have to go place look fancy you just need to read the instructi - Clean, quiet, walking distance to Eaton Centre I can’t figure out the tv volume too loud remote or speaker need to be check.
- Pankaj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (3/5): Never again. - Nothing You have to get the key from a convenience store two blocks away, even though there is an attendant in the foyer. Okay for young people with backpacks. Not okay for elderly or families with young kids and a bunch of suitcases and strollers.
Elevator and service sucks. Ten minutes from foyer to room on day one, 12-14 minutes on day two.
Bed too big for room; can barely fit between right corner and wall.
Very poor value for the price.
- Dave (7/5): Good - Should have been better linen and towels
- Dane (8/5): Very good -
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elias (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luna (8/5): The photos made the space look so much bigger, I was quite disappointed to see how small a penthouse suite was. - The view was nice and the bed was comfortable Stay away from the parking lot across the street. Slumlord, greedy POS. Sadly this is the only convenient lot to park in. 10/10 would never book this building again SOLELY because of the man that owns the lot.
