- David (10/5): Great appartment would stay again - Lovely 2 bed apartment in a good location
- Aileen (9/5): Great - Layout of property and facilities
- Sandra (10/5): Alan was an excellent host very helpful throughout the stay. -
- Vesna (10/5): Best - The location was nice, we could get almost anywhere by foot, the apartment was clean and neat and the owner was super nice. Everything was perfect.
- Christine (4/5): - Comfortable bed, nice little sitting room and kitchen.
Heating came on quickly creating a cosy room Some items in the kitchen need to be replaced e.g chipped crockery, cafeteria, kettle, toaster
No functioning TV
Shower and sink in the bathroom needs to be regrouted
The garden at the front and back of the property is unsightly and poorly maintained
- Coral (7/5): -
- FCBGabor (10/5): - The owner was very responsive in communication, both in writing and on the phone, he explained everything well and even sent some helpful material on WhatsApp, which is useful if someone was in the city for the first time.
The accommodation was next to a busy road, but this was not audible during the night, the two rooms were sufficiently separated from each other, and the kitchen was surprisingly large and well equipped. The electrical network once knocked out the power to the shower in the bathroom, so we had to find it in the fuse box, but otherwise there were no problems.
- McDermott (9/5): Great comfy stay in central Dublin. - Location, comfy, value, welcoming host, good facilities Nothing to note

- Shona (7/5): Convenient for visiting Dublin and good value - Ideal location to be able to walk easily into central Dublin, with free car parking just outside the apartment.
Alan had very kindly left supplies in the fridge and gave us a friendly welcome. Communication was great- very helpful host. The mattress in the front room wasn’t the most comfortable and the couch had seen better days.
- Gonzalo (10/5): Alan is a great host - Alan was super flexible with us, we arrived super late and he had no problem with that. Also my mother was sick and he allowed us to stay a couple of extra hours after the check out time. Amazing host!
- Melissa (8/5): It was nice and we appreciated how attentive the host was. - Loved the fact that there were 2 bedrooms and a couch. Also there was some kitchen staples stocked already, which was nice. Beds were super comfortable. I didn’t like that the bathroom was technically “in” the apartment upstairs.
- Linda (10/5): Alan was a terrific host. His property was most comfortable and an easy walk to the main action in Dublin. Breakfast w - Extremely comfortable and close to everything.
- Peter (10/5): Lovely host. Nice accommodation - We had self catering .. so it was lovely making breakfast when we wanted it .. we were situated just out of town. .. but it was easy to have a taxi to take us in .. We didn’t dislike anything about the apartment .. I it was clean and comfortable .. it was just what we needed .
- Anna (10/5): Kindess and welcoming - -the host is very kind and available

- Mustafa (10/5): Excellent - The location of the house is very good. You can reach the center by walking or by a short bus ride. Everything you need is available. The host Alan is a wonderful person. He helped with everything. He left fresh milk, eggs and bread for us. Thank you very much.
- Alexandre (10/5): Ideally, located to be within walking reach of the city center, but far enough to be able to experience the true Dublin - Host is charming and made check in a breeze.
Recommendations on local restaurants were spot on and away from the tourist hotspots.
Flat is comfortable and well renovated One of the two bedrooms faces the street so think about bringing earplugs if you’re a sensitive sleeper
- Saskia (9/5): Comfortable and convenient location - Very clean and comfortable flat, about 15-20 mins walk to the centre. Alan, the host, was very welcoming and helpful, and the flat was well equipped for our needs.

- Stella (8/5): It was a very nice experience - the house is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes from the center of Dublin by foot. In a very close distance there are supermarkets, bakeries, etc.
We were welcomed by the kind Mr. Alan. I would like more attention to cleanliness.
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional - A group of 4 stayed here for a Croke Park concert. The host was lovely and was very friendly. We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again

- Timothée (10/5): Very nice apartment - Alan was very kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.
- Brendan (10/5): Exceptional - Alan was a great host, he couldn't have done more for us. The flat had everything we required and more. The check in process was made very easy using the key box and Alan had provided milk, bread, eggs, sausage and coffee/tea. The location of the flat was perfect, 15mins walk from O'Connor street in Mountjoy. I'd definitely recommend the place and happily stay again. Nothing
- Rufula (10/5): Like being at home ♡ - A nice and cosy red bricks Victorian house in the northside of Dublin. lt was like being at home!
Alan, the landlord, embodies the proverbial kindness and courtesy of the Irish people. A very kind person attentive to the needs of his guests.
The house was clean and comfortable, near Dublin city centre (ten minutes walk). Connoly station very close too. When I'll be back in Dublin I will stay again in the cosy, red bricks house. Like home ♡ Nothing at all!
- Catherine (8/5): Very good - Alan was a helpful and friendly host, the apartment was clean and well equipped for a short stay in Dublin, and the location is within easy walking distance of the city centre.
- Sophie (10/5): Would highly recommend the property, Alan was a wonderful host and ensured we had a great stay! - Lovely welcome, extremely helpful host and perfect set up for a quick weekend away!
- Michael (8/5): Very good - The landlord provided water bread milk eggs and biscuits along with tea and coffee to make us feel welcome The shower needs looking at ASAP. Its basic settings either were to hot or freezing cold and the pressure coming through didnt help matters.
- Jérémy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thais (10/5): Great place, awsome host! - Alan was a perfect host! He was communicating to us all the time, apartment was very clean, is located near bus/train (easy to go around) and it has everything you need (and more!) for a stay! Actually, after a delayed and late flight, we were received with some food and fruit! I recommend 100% -
No complaints.
- Chantelle (10/5): Perfect apartment for a weekend in Dublin - The apartment had everything we needed and more.Alan provided the necessities for our stay included food items for breakfast which was very thoughtful. The location was perfect, a 20 minute walk into the centre of Dublin and situated not far from the bike rental stands.Inside the apartment were some leaflets/books about the local history. nothing
- Erika (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment near the city centre. Nothing, our host was exceptional
- Carmen (10/5): Cosy apartment close to city centre - We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was very comfortable. It was well equipped and Alan, our host, even left us some basic food essentials for breakfast the following morning. It was located a 20 minute walk from Dublin city centre in a nice quiet neighbourhood and there were a few small supermarkets close by. We would highly recommend it for a family of four. The apartment was located up a small flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Nothing not to like. The bathroom was separate to the main apartment, across the landing but was still private, this is just an observation not a complaint.
- Manuela (9/5): Superb - The place was big, nice and clean and provided with anything we might need. The owner, Alan, was extraemely kind, friendly and helpful. The place is not far from center, the parking in front of the house is free and often available. We had great time there! We suggest to put some hangers in the bathroom to hang towels.
- Aisling (10/5): Exceptional -
- Terry (9/5): Superb -
- Nurit (8/5): a very nice and generous host in an appartment that needs small improvements - Alan is a very warm and kind man, that obviously does a big effort to make the stay in his appartement as comfortable as possible. the place is quite large, and well equiped and Alan generously left us milk, bread and many more goodies in the kitchen.
Walking to center of town takes 12-15 minutes and there's a bus behind the corner. The place needs some small improvements, let's say a touch of a "woman" attention
- Mandy (7/5): Good -
- Molly (10/5): Our stay was amazing, the location was great and the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. - Everything - the location was great, the apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable.
Alan the owner gave us directions, and transport tips for our trip as well as tea, coffee, milk and food! we absolutely loved staying here and if we return to Dublin, this will definitely be our accommodation.
