• Teichert (9/5): - Super top Lage, man geht über die Straße und ist am Strand. Nachts viele Location und gute Restaurants auch fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel sollte Neue Kühlschränke anschaffen mit etwas mehr Volumen. Man bekommt wenig rein und es ist für längere Aufenthalt dann nicht zweckmäßig.

• Ilan (9/5): מיקום מעולה. מומלץ לקחת חדר עם נוף לים, רצוי בקומה גבוהה, כדי להקטין את הרעש מהרחוב. - המיקום מאד מרכזי, ממש מוצלח. קו ראשון נוף מעולה לים. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטריה. השרות מצוין. מסעדות רבות בקרבת מקום. הקרבה למרכז העניינים כרוכה ברעש מהרחוב, מהטיילת שבה זמרי רחוב ומוסיקה קולנית כל ערב עד שעה מאוחרת - בפרט בסופ"ש. המקלחת צפופה. יש להיזהר לא להיתקל כשמתקלחים.

Bathroom is tiny but shower good and comfortable. Was a good stay mostly due to location and views from balcony. Breakfast was good as well! Hotel needs a bit of refurbishment, a little Old and shows its age.
• CALANIT (9/5): Great value for money - We stayed 4 nights with 2 kids in April. Great location, you have the beach right in front, and a big play zone for kids right outside the hotel. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. We had a problem with the TV and washing machine, and thanks to Marius they were both solved quickly. We highly appreciate the great effort and kind attention!! Staff was always willing to help. Room was not so clean.

• Sanikidze (7/5): - ლოკაცია ძალიან კარგია, რესტორანი ზღვის ხედით, სუფთა და მისი პერსონალიც ძალიან თბილია, განსაკუთრებით ქალბატონი ლიანა საუზმე სტანდარტული. ჩვენ აღებული გვქონდა ორი 3 ადგილიანი ნომერი, 3 ცალკე საწოლით და ოთახი იმდენად პატარა იყო ჭირდა გადაადგილება. ძალიან პატარაა აბაზანა , დუშკაბინაში მოზრდილი მამაკაცი ალბათ ვერც იბანავებს ნორმალურად. ჩვენი ნომერი მე-6 სართულზე დალაგებული იყო ჩესტებიც დაგვახვედრეს. ჩვენი მეგობრების ნომერი კი არ იყო სუფთა, არ იყო გამოცვლილი თეთრეულო და არც ჩუსტები დაუხვედრებიათ. საყვედურის შემდეგ დაულაგეს და გამოუცვალეს თეთრეული. იმედია გააკონტროლებენ, რომ ახალ შესულ სტუმარს ოთახი მოწესრიგებული დაახვედრონ.და კიდევ ერთი რაც არ .მომეწონა, საწოლთან ჩვენთვის შეუძლებელი იყო ტელეფონის დამუხტვა. ახალი ანდროიდის კაბელი არ ერთდებოდა და მაგიდასთანაც მხოლოდ ორი როზეტი იყო, იმასაც გადამყვანი სჭირდებოდა.

• Kanval (1/5): Hotel staff have secret competition = who is the most miserable? - Just the location DO NOT STAY HERE From the day we got to the hotel, members of staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Only two members of staff would say hello/good morning with a smile. The older blonde lady (kitchen staff) made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable and was hostile towards us. She would purposely walk near us and look at us with suspicion and made it very obvious. She once had not said good morning/hello to us since staying there, even when we had greeted her we got a stern look back. She was jovial towards other Eastern European guests, and I believe it was it was because of the skin colour of me and my friend. When my bed sheets had stains, I followed it up with Reception whereby they were changed but there was no apology. (Pictures attached). When I pointed out the hotel was being advertised as a ‘luxury and boutique’ hotel, her response was ‘we are two stars’. I repeated my question three times for her to understand my point without being rude. I have raised this with Booking.com too as it is misleading towards customers and false advertisement, which is against the law in Cyprus. She then told me bed streets are changed on the third day, which it was the third day, so her point was irrelevant. The floor in our bedroom was not broomed or mopped one day. They did however, help to get a cab to the airport. I would not recommend staying here at all, it seemed the two stars was an excuse for lack of proper hotel and human etiquette. Interestingly, I could not find their star ratings on booking.com P.s the coffee at breakfast was terrible.

• Sylwia (7/5): Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i tylko to. - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja hotelu. Bardzo miły personel. Plus za codzienne, choć pobieżne sprzątanie pokoi i wymianę ręczników. Monotonne śniadania. Codziennie to samo. Po dwóch dniach nie dało się już patrzeć na jedzenie.... do tego jajecznica z proszku i soki z koncentratu. Otrzymaliśmy dwa pokoje przy windzie. Nie dało się spać przy hałasującym mechanizmie windy. Łazienka upomina się o remont: pleśń, wypadająca klamka, nieszczelna bateria umywalkowa. Cisna kabina prysznicowa może stanowić problem dla osób z większymi gabarytami. Na balkonie ruszająca się barierka zabezpieczająca. Brak lunch boxów dla osób wyjeżdżających rano na lotnisko.

Под окнами номера ресторан в старом здании, очень шумно, я так понимаю вытяжка на кухне.Если хотите отдохнуть днем при открытом балконе, у вас это не получится.

Der Reinigungs- und Zimmerservice benötigt deutlich mehr Sorgfalt und Professionalität. Die Betten sehen ungemacht aus, und es muss mehr Sorgfalt auf Sauberkeit gelegt werden.
