Martha (8/5): - Schöne Wohnlage und sehr gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Es wäre schön noch einen zusätzlichen Spiegel im Schlafzimmer zu haben und ein Kehrfeger in der Küche:)
Enrico (1/5): - Die Bettwäsche war frisch Küche Backofen das Rost war mit weißen Saum überzogen Spülmaschine war noch vom Vorgänger dreckiges Geschirr Bad Fenster wurde mit einen Winkel gesichert da es kaputt ist Gästezimmer vorsichtig öffnen, Tür fällt demnächst aus den Scharnier Wohnzimmer Ausziehcouch war extrem fusselig haarig, wer weiß wann da mal einer sauber gemacht hatte. Wohnzimmer Rollo defekt deswegen ist Rollo Dauer unten. In der Küche dreckiger Backofen und Herd mit leider dreckiges Kochset vorhanden. Wer sich traut kann damit auch kochen. Die Bilder stimmen nicht mehr überein.

Alicja (8/5): Pleasant stay out of the city center :) - Very well equpied kitchen :) You could eat one meal and didin’t have to do the dishes to eat the next one ;)
Cedric (7/5): Gute Wohnung, Check-In-Prozess leider sehr unserös. - Große Wohnung für maximal 4 Leute. Sauber & komfortabel. Küche hatte alles Wesentliche für 2 Tage. Sehr gute Lage, unter 5 Minuten zur Tram, Supermärkte usw. in der Nähe. Frühstücksempfehlung: Lilien-Café. Leider viel Chaos vor und bei Code-Übergabe. Es gibt sehr viel Spam von Homaris (Der Plattform über die, die Gästedaten verwaltet werden.) - Ich wurde mehrfach aufgefordert Meldeschein und Kreditkarte anzugeben, trotzt Bezahlung vorab. Wahrscheinlich nur technische Fehler und kein Betrugsversuch, trotzdem sehr unseriös. Beim Ankommen hat der Türcode nicht funktioniert. Konnte am Telefon gefixed werden. Trotz des "Parkings" im Titel muss man sagen, dass es quasi keine Parkplätze in den Straßen rund um die Unterkunft gibt.

Rebecca (9/5): Sehr schön, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten - Eine schöne Wohnung, die trotz sehr guter Lage ruhig gelegen ist. Die Straßenbahn Richtung Alexanderplatz ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Späti, Edeka, Bäckereien) Die Wohnung war auch für 5 Personen wirklich geräumig, in der kleinen Küche ist alles vorhanden (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Besteck, Geschirr…) Am Esstisch finden bis zu 7 Personen Platz. Die Betten waren sauber und bequem. Stauraum für Klamotten war ausreichend vorhanden. Was wir vermisst haben, wäre ein zweiter Spiegel gewesen. Wir sind mit 5 Personen gereist und der einzigste Spiegel hing im Bad.
