• Anita (1/5): Die gebuchte Ferienwohnung war zum großen Teil eine Baustelle! - Die Ersatzwohnung war sehr schön. Als wir die Tür zum Appartment öffneten, roch es durchdringend nach Farbe. Ein Großteil der Wohnung war eine Baustelle: Abdeckfolie über Möbeln, Malervlies auf dem Boden, Leiter, Werkzeuge, Material, Eimer ... Das Wohnzimmer inklusive dem zweiten Bett war nicht nutzbar. Ich hatte in meiner Buchung ausdrücklich darum gebeten, dass das Bett im Wohnzimmer hergerichtet wird. Ganz offensichtlich ist man meiner Bitte nicht nachgekommen, denn spätestens da hätte man merken müssen, dass die Wohnung nicht vermietbar ist! Es dauerte eine Weile, bis ich vom Vermieter zurückgerufen wurde. Inzwischen hatte ich mein Problem bereits Booking.com gemeldet. Der Vermieter reagierte zunächst ungläubig, ich musste ihm erläutern, was ich unter einer "Baustelle" verstehe! Außerdem möchte ich nach einem langen Tag keine Erklärungen über Handwerker hören oder dass ich das Appartment kurzfristig (10 Stunden vorher?!) gebucht habe, sondern einen Lösungsvorschlag und evtl. eine Entschuldigung bekommen. Die Lösung bestand in einer Ersatzwohnung in einem anderen Teil des Gebäudes. Die Ersatzwohnung war sehr groß und schön. Aber ich fand es angesichts der Umstände doch befremdlich, dass mir das Ganze als "kostenloses Upgrade" vermittelt wurde und wir angewiesen (?!) wurden, nur zwei Schlafzimmer zu belegen. Kurz: Da konnte auch die schöne Ersatzwohnung nichts mehr retten. Es blieb für uns eine negative Erfahrung!

• Johan Romero (10/5): The Perfect getaway for a romantic Weekend - The Building, the bathtub, the furniture, the bigs rooms, all the hanging lamps, the good equipped and modern kitchen, the wardrobe To compensate with the style of the old building and the rest of the Mobiliar and furniture; the curtains in the bedroom maybe need a a change or a little bit love, and just in my opinion, I would put the TV on the living room away (there is not TV needed)

• Dana (10/5): - Super schöne Ferienwohnung :) Die Möbel , wunderschön 🤩 Die Betten waren sehr bequem ,wir haben königlich geschlafen. Sehr ruhig und abgelegen, dennoch ist man schnell in der nächsten Stadt. Wir waren noch nie in einer so gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Leider waren wir nur einen Tag da . Wir würden defintiv wieder kommen :) Uns hat alles gefallen. Keine Beanstandung

Räumlichkeiten sowie das kleine Schlossgelände rundeten den Aufenthalt als optisches Gesamtpaket ab. Selten eine so gut ausgestattete Küche mit kleinen inklusiven Aufmerksamkeiten gesehen. Kommen gerne wieder...
