Unit needs thorough cleaning. - Location handy to reason we were in Sydney Advertised as 2 car parking capability but one of the allocated spaces was occupied for the entire stay by another persons vehicle ( black Mercedes rego DH 38 PH ) which meant we were forced to park out on the street s9me distance from the apartment. Very limited crockery available ( one dessert bowl) 1 saucepan. Proximity to freeway with incessant noise all hours.

• Connie (9/5): Superb - Comfortable unit, good supply of coffee and tea. Insufficient pillows. Pillows were too soft and only 3 available in master bedroom. Most definitely need to replace the pillows.

• Samantha (7/5): Good - The location was excellent! On site parking was great. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the kitchen not stocked with enough bowls for 4 people and very limited utensils. There was mould in the showers, cobwebs in the kitchen, and tiles were dusty. Not enough pillows for 4 people, lounge was very uncomfortable, and with limited coverage from the curtains in the lounge room and only air conditioning in the lounge room resulted in 2 very warm bedrooms. The pedestal fans provided very limited relief

• Teah (3/5): Disappointing - Great location for events. One aircon in lounge room was great, however no flow into bedrooms. Only provided with portable fans. No kitchenware. We only had cups & mugs. Beds were uncomfortable, sofa was dirty (used as a bed is disgusting) We had an incident where we lost our key (1 key provided) at an event. There was no way of getting any help from the hosts. No additional number we could call for any other sort of help. We were stranded for the night. In addition to this we were being changed $360 for loss of key, however in the booking agreement it clearly states a fee of $200 will be taken which we were willing to pay. Overall very disappointing.

After we check out on 8th Jan, with no damaged reported to us, they text us on 13th Jan and say we broke their TV and deduct our deposits. while we have never touched their TV due to the hygiene of this place . The whole place is mouldy and stinky, pictures on website is at least 3/4 years back. Sofa have black and yellow stain Mattress have yellow stain, one of my friends have bug bites at her leg They lied about air conditioning in the room too
• Lauren (4/5): Disappointing - Location was easy to access. Beds uncomfortable, balcony had no furniture, walls were dirty. No linen provided for 5th guest. Hard to contact manages of property for clarification or assistance when needed.
• Roshan (6/5): Very beautiful and convenient location. - Location , car parking and kitchen facilities are best. We booked the accommodation for six people. While the beds are comfortable, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and dirty. We had to vacuum it before we could sleep on it. There were no extra bed sheets provided as promised, so we had to use the sheets from the other beds for the sofa bed. Additionally, for six people, only four towels were provided.
• Lena (9/5): Value for money. - It was clean and tidy. Communication was excellent, we knew exactly how to get there and get the key. As well as check out instructions. No ceiling fans but they had an air con in lounge and pedestal fans in bedrooms to make it comfortable.

• Davin (9/5): Enjoyed our stay with a great price for the time we had our stay - Location is excellent for what we needed (Close enough to Olympic Stadium), easy self check in process, with good communication from provider. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, ease of parking and elevator access.
• Jordyn (9/5): Radical - I liked that it was close to the Showgrounds for our festival, it’s a very quiet neighbourhood which we liked, the kitchen was so nice & it also had such a nice view with a very spacious layout :) The bed sheets & needs ceiling fans :)

• Helen (7/5): Great location but improved property maintenance and cleaning would go a long way to improving your ratings. - Location was great. Generously sized rooms and beds. There was mould in several spots around the unit. This was not helped by the condensation that accumulated on each window through the night. Each window was dripping with water (condensation) on the inside every morning. Swelling to woodwork namely the front door made accessing the property nigh on impossible at times. Property interior decoration was a little ‘soul-less’. It could use a few more personal touches. One of the pictures wasn’t even hung on the wall, just left leaning up against the wall on the floor. Photos included to show condensation and mould in kitchen above window and a view from the balcony on our last morning.
• Sung (6/5): Reasonable priced apt if you need to be near Sydney Olympic Park or Accor stadium - Great location to Sydney Olympic Park as we were in Sydney for a swim meet. Convenient to drive to Strathfield & Eastwood for excellent Asian food. Basement secured parking 2 bathrooms Washer & dryer Poor quality pillows, not the best mattresses

• Arushi (7/5): Pleasant apartment for short stays - The apartment itself is very nice. It is spacious and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. However the heat is overbearing in the rooms, there is one air con in the living area which does not help the heat in the actual bedrooms. There is one fan provided in the whole apartment, so the rooms were very, very hot during the higher temperature days. The apartment itself is nice but not worth the price for the location, there is no nearby convenience store, no nearby grocery store, the local shops are next to the train station 1 km away. It is not the most ideal place to stay if visiting Sydney for the first couple of times, or for more than a week. We stayed for two weeks. Homebush train station is a stop that is missed multiple times by trains as it is a small suburb. Many times we’ve walked home from Strathfield because trains to Homebush aren’t very consistent. This apartment is good to stay if you are not looking to stay for long or do not have many activities planned. If you have many things to do, it can be a hassle going back and forth.

• Diana (8/5): Convenient for this trip. - Spacious for family of four, in house laundry facilities, close to trains for city access, close to motorway for Blue Mountains and the western corridor. Noise of the motorway as it was hot and no air conditioners in the bedrooms. Problems with wi-fi that meant we had to hotspot most of the time. Owners contacted and gave suggestions but it did not rectify problem.
