• Maurizio (7/5): - Buona posizione e i locali ben sfruttati e approntati. Il check in on line, preventivo, senza il quale non si sarebbe potuto entrare nei locali. Sono stato così costretto a pagare tassa di soggiorno anche per chi non ha pernottato e per questo dovrebbe essermi rimborsata perché non dovuta. Con un addetto "fisico" al check in questa cosa sarebbe stata sistemata al momento. Pessima situazione.

• Molinaro (6/5): - O apartamento é muito bem localizado e tem um espaço ótimo, todos os ambientes são espaçosos e 4 pessoas se hospedam confortavelmente Um problema grave é que a água quente acaba muito rápido e sempre uma das 4 pessoas precisa tomar banho gelado. É possível ver na caixa elétrica do apartamento que há eletricidade para 2 aquecedores mas somente 1 foi instalado e exatamente por isso praticamente só 1 banheiro para 2 pessoas dá conta. Como é vendido que são 2 banheiros geralmente se hospedam 4 pessoas mas a água quente não é suficiente e demora mais de 2 horas para carregar

• Alessandra (2/5): Only good thing is the location. - The only good thing was the location, but ground floor so you here noises from the street (even people talking) at night The very unfriendly, almost offensive staff. The cumbersome check in procedure, nobody to be reached non the telephone, only via chat. Key to the building not working and not being replaced during the whole stay, so that we had to use the phone app (after a member of staff finally called back). No warm water for the whole stay (except that my engineer sister found out how to fix it for two times after realising that there was, repeatedly no warm water. Roller got stuck at the top and nobody came to fix it.

• Nicola (7/5): Not as comfortable as we had hoped and expected - The location was very central and easy to get around from. The property was very clean We booked expecting a double and twin room as it was a family holiday with adult children. We arrived in the evening to find 2 double beds. After informing the host company we were told they would sort it out. But after a day out the beds hadn’t been changed. We had to ask again after the second night (out of 4) but arrived back in the afternoon to find they still hadn’t been changed so chased again. Bedding was dropped off the evening whilst we were out which was too late. We wanted the beds sorted out for us. In addition the day we were due to arrive we were advised the air conditioning wouldn’t e working. We were offered a discount verbally by Franecesso (?) but haven’t heard anything more about this. The apartment got very humid as it was warm and we couldn’t open the windows in the evening as it was too noisy even with the windows closed. All in all we feel let down by Easylife.

• Edith (5/5): Wrong advertisement for accessibility showing the "elevator" sign made our stay a challenge. - The location was very good within walking distance of metro and downtown. The apartment was spacious for 4 people, not so for the 5th one as the sofa bed is really in the kitchen. There is no real living room. The apartment is advertised to be accessible with an elevator. There is an elevator but it starts at the level of the apartment. There are at least 15 steps to get to the apartment. We got that apartment because one person was an adult in a wheelchair and getting in and out was a nightmare as the person and the wheelchair had to be carried up or down the stairs.
• Viki (5/5): Good location, not worth the price. - Location Incorrect access details were provided, unable to enter the apartment based on initial instructions. Not too helpful staff. Very badly equipped place, limited apartment accessories were provided in a very limited volume only, not considering the number of guests (5 in our case) - no knifes to cut bread, bowls to eat cereal from, mugs to drink from, no blankets to use, not enoght dishwasher soup, toilet papers and tiny selective trashes so garbage could not fit in.

• Chang (8/5): An easy and comfortable stay for our family. - The location is really good. The bistro downstairs is excellent. The room is spacious with all the basic. Two bathrooms offer additional convenience. There is only shower gel, but no shampoo/conditioner. The instruction on door opening is wrong. The host were responsive prior to our arrival, but a bit slow in responding to our questions on checkout. It didn’t impact the overall experience, as we figured out in the end by ourselves.

• Ana (8/5): great apartment, comfortable beds and shower - good apartment, spacious, big windows, good shower, responsive host. nice kitchen/living room. beds were comfortable as well. one of the bedrooms had a desk, making it possible for 2 people to work from the dining table and/or from the desk. Good location, at a quiet square. There was some street noise due to it being on the first floor. the apartment was very warm, it was not possible to control the temperature. the host had to come turn off the apartment central heating system. this did not impact the shower boiler, was just the central heating.
• Marekh (9/5): Overall we had a very nice stay, because the rest is perfect - The location is perfect, so is the apartment. Very comfortable and very clean. We had a trouble with the door, however the staff is helpful, we managed to contact them right away and got necessary assistance. Would recommend the property 10/10 Door lock is weird and it’s not easy to open/close. We couldn’t regulate heating, as the valves did not work properly.

• Nina (10/5): We had a great stay! - The location is perfect close to everything - stores, metro stations, sightseeings, markets, restaurants, cafes! You start exploring the city just in 5 minuets after leaving the property! We were allowed to check in earlier, apartment was easy to find, clean and had everything needed for our stay! We were happy with the compliments (water and coffee) we had prepared for us!
• Jamie (10/5): Nice place and great spot - Great place in an excellent location. Very easy to find and access was straight forward. Host was also very responsive and helpful. Do be aware that when booking you do need to provide photo of license or for non EU customers a photo of passport which some people may not be too keen on.

The windows overlook the courtyard, silence at night. I recommend. Bad condition. Very early check-in and check-out. Extension for an additional fee.
• Omar (7/5): Apartment is fine, well located and within the pricerange to be expected. But be aware of the host ! - Location is very good, near Duomo and all the rest. Host of this place is TERRIBLE. Promised pickup by taxi to the airport - didn´t happen. Well, it almost happened, but one day too early. No attempt was made to pick us up at the correct arrival time, despite numerous messages and attempts to get in touch with anyone. When we arrived, very late - after midnight . . . the keybox to the apartment didn´t work. There was no reply from anyone for four hours . . . and we finally got into the apartment at 07:30 in the morning. The keybox was obivously newly installed, since the packaging was laying on the table inside the front door when we finally got in. I´m not sure what happened, but management of this place sucks !
• Luiza (8/5): Great location and comfortable. - The location was great and really easy to find, the apartment was very comfortable with good amenities. The only issue I would say was when we arrived, we were given a password to unlock the electronic door knob, but we couldn’t open it no matter what, so we had to wait 1 hour sitting on the steps of the reception for the apartment manager to show up, all after a long trip by train and lots of suitcases, to then find out that the door was actually locked with a key, so it would never open without the manager coming to the apartment. All that was a bit disappointing.

• Mike (7/5): Recommended for people who want to go out for dinner. - The accommodation is very clean and has good facilities in terms of appliances (iron, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer) and is in a quite and very good location. What we missed, however, were the basics such as sugar, salt, pepper, drying towel, floor towel for the shower, etc. small things and with potential for optimization.

While the location was close to everything, be mindful that it is down a little street which at night can feel a little intimidating.
