• Daniela (4/5): Die als Nichtraucherwohnung angebotene Unterkunft ist aufgrund massiven Zigarettenrauchs aus der Badezimmerlüftung, der - Unkomplizierter Zugang zum Apartment Die Wohnung (Apartmen in der 2. Etage) ist ausdrücklich als Nichtraucherwohnung ausgewiesen. Vor Ort hängen dazu auch mehrfach entsprechende Hinweise und Aufkleber. Trotzdem riecht das Badezimmer massiv nach Zigarettenrauch – offenbar über die Lüftungsanlage. Der Geruch ist so stark, dass er sich aus dem Bad in die gesamte Wohnung ausbreitet und den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt. Wir haben dies bereits direkt bei der Unterkunft gemeldet. Anfangs gingen wir noch davon aus, dass eventuell kurz zuvor geraucht worden sei. Inzwischen ist jedoch klar, dass das Problem dauerhaft besteht und mutmaßlich aus einer anderen Wohnung über die Lüftung übertragen wird. Besonders problematisch ist für uns, dass wir mit Kind reisen und bewusst eine Nichtraucherunterkunft gebucht haben. Unter diesen Umständen empfinden wir den Zustand der Wohnung bei einem Preis von 410 € für zwei Nächte als nicht akzeptabel. Wir können uns zudem kaum vorstellen, dass dieses Problem der Unterkunft bislang unbekannt war. Entsprechend enttäuscht sind wir über die Situation und bitte um Unterstützung.

• Gabriela (10/5): It is a great apartament for a family of 4, good and quite location, kitchen is very well equipped - The location, cleanliness, size. Pillows were not that comfortable for the adults, but this ia a very subjective perspective.

• Anika21 (10/5): Polecam ten ładny apartament oraz cicha i spokojna okolica. Pobyt minął nam super - Cisza, spokój można wypocząć i zwiedzać miasto. W apartamencie jest prawie wszystko dostępne i super ( brak kocy - ale było w miarę ciepło)

Genelde sayıyla koymalarına karşın bolca kapsül konulması kahve sever bir çifti mutlu etti açıkçası. Çocukların yattığı odada tavanda (salondaki yatağın üzeri) karınca ve böcek vardı tüm gece anne diye seslenmeleri sebebiyle çok zorlandık. Yakında bilinen bir market olayı yok malesef bu bizi zorladı. Onun dışında memnunduk

• Sven (7/5): Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung. Unterkunft empfehlenswert. - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und einladend gestaltet. Der Couchbezug war kaputt. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

• Alina (7/5): Good location but past feedback is not taken seriously and issues persist - Really convenient location on the tram line, outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown. The unit is marketed as a two bedroom situation, however there is only one single fan. It was barely the start of summer but it was already quite warm in the apartment, especially the second bedroom/living room. The blinds in the living room bedroom were broken This was pointed out in past reviews as well, so we had hoped it was addressed, but clearly not. The shower is dangerous and broken. The doors do not properly shut, and if you try to force it it will fall off the track. The gaskets also do not actually connect, so you have to make sure you're alert and not getting water out thru the front and onto the floor.
• Aleksei (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is great! The location is 15 minutes from the city center by walk, and there are different tram stops nearby. The apartment windows are above the road where heavy trucks are moving. This makes sleeping a bit difficult. Besides there is an issue with water drainage in the kitchen.

• Viktors (9/5): A nice quiet place to relax after exploring Dresden. - Clean apartment. The kitchen has the necessary equipment for living. There were no problems with parking near the entrance. The cozy main room is for relaxing in the evening. There is a grocery store not far from the house. Quiet area. The shower stall requires renovation. The front door lock is difficult to close/open a second turn. Limited access to electrical outlets near the bed in the main room. Sometimes a helicopter arrives at the hospital at a late time (but these are not flights for fun, so there’s no problem being patient)
• Mario (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean, had everything necessary for long stay, the beds were comfortable. The staff was very polite and they even let us leave our luggage there before the check-in time. There were plenty of parking spaces (free of charge) on the street in front of the apartment. The city centre is about 30min from the apartment (walking). There are also trams and busses passing by next to the apartment, but we walked all the time.
