Mucho cuidado!! - El alojamiento en las fotos de Booking parece moderno pero luego cuando llegas se nota que es un apartamento que tiene tiempo y que lo reformaron pero hace tiempo. Fue una experiencia nefasta. Nos avisaron media hora antes de llegar que no funcionaba la ducha, eso implicaba que no hubiera ni agua caliente ni calefacción, prometieron arreglarlo al dia siguiente, pero...al dia siguiente eran las 23:00 y seguían dos señores intentando arreglarlo (dijeron que vendrían por la mañana y se presentaron a las 19:30), no solo no lo arreglaron sino que además nos dejaron sin luz en todo el edificio durante un buen rato. Hablamos por WhatsApp con el contacto del apartamento y nos dijo que si nos íbamos en ese instante nos reembolsarian de las 5 noches que habíamos reservado 4. Le dije que a esas horas donde pensaba que nos podríamos ir. Nos dijeron que nos regalaban esa noche y que al dia siguiente nos fuéramos y nos reembolsarian esas 4 noches. Al final..pasamos dos noches sin podernos duchar, sin agua caliente y sin calefacción,al dia siguiente nos tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento y tras mucho pelear con ellos tan solo nos han reembolsado de las 5 noches, la mitad. Osea ...unos impresentables . No se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

• Antonella (8/5): Buena relación calidad-precio y ubicación. - El alojamiento tiene una muy buena ubicación. Es tranquilo y está casi todo a 20-25 minutos en transporte público. Estaba todo muy limpio y la propietaria estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. No supimos encontrar la luz de la entrada, al entrar estaba bastante oscuro, sobre todo por la noche. No sabemos si había luz y no la encontrábamos o que directamente no había.

• Renata (6/5): Byt byl čistý, dobře vybavený, celkový dojem trochu kazí vstup do budovy. - Byt jako takový byl příjemný, čistý, celkem dobře vybavený. Čisté ručníky i povlečení. Kousek od ubytování byl obchod, což bylo fajn. Komunikace s majitelkou/provozovatelkou dobrá. Vchod k ubytování byl špinavý, na chodbě byl cítit zápach. Nepůsobilo úplně bezpečným dojmem. V bytě je hodně slyšet dupání z vrchního patra. Až na tyto věci bylo vše v pořádku.
• Erik (6/5): Clean, modern, and well-located, but felt unsafe with tricky door, broken fan, and dirty lobby. - Location was very convenient. Modern furnishings. Clean. The lobby of the building was under construction and filthy. The lock on the door was incredibly difficult to figure out. The door was very old and did not feel safe. I couldn't get the large fan to work and ended up taking a small fan from the other room to circulate some air at night.

• Bruna Gonçalves (5/5): Faltou um banho confortável. - A localidade era impecável, as cama limpas e confortável e o aquecimento da casa estava ótimo. Desagradável chegar em casa em um país frio e não ter capacidade de toma um banho de água quente, estávamos em 2 casal demoramos 2 horas para toma banho, se liga-se a água em outro lugar o chuveiro não caia água por falta de pressão, a máquina de lavar loiça não funciona, situação não muito legal devido o valor que pagamos.

• silke (9/5): Wir kommen wieder 😘 - Zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Einfaches einchecken. Größe der Wohnung super. Spülmaschine hat leider nicht funktioniert. Nur eine Bettdecke für zwei Personen.
• Vivian (7/5): War sauber und zentral - War wirklich sauber und ordentlich und modern eingerichtet. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr zentral (15min entfernt von KingsCross) Das eine Schlafzimmer war sehr eng und hatte kein Fenster. Das Zahlentürschloss hat sich öfters aufgehangen

• Francesca (1/5): Poor quality - The sheets were clean. It wasn't the cleanest and really needs renewing, it was like a run down student house that has been painted white. There were actually parts that were unsafe like plugs not fitted correctly etc. It wasn't a very nice flat and the building is odd. Didn't feel that safe and was very difficult to find as the instructions were on a portal not booking.com. Water pressure non existent. I expected more from the price of it

• Becca (1/5): Didn’t feel safe - construction work late into the evening and forced late check in - Nice modern decor Wasn’t allowed to check in until 1 hour after it was advertised, there was construction going on right outside the flat front door until 7pm and I wasnt warned of this, including a male construction worker who hovered outside my front door for 30 mins in the dark, felt very unsafe as a woman staying alone and ended up leaving.

• Wolfgang (8/5): - Wir waren zwei Pärchen und haben zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer (eins ohne Fenster)und ein Bad mit Badewanne vorgefunden. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Der ""Schlüssel" zur Ferienwohnung war im Türgriff mit Zahlencode (kannte ich noch nicht). Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut. Hinweis für den Vermieter: in der Beschreibung für die Ferienwohnung bitte eine Notiz zum Zahlenschloss im Türgriff .

• Jasefi (8/5): Schöne zentrale Unterkunft mit Potenzial nach oben. - Die Wohnung war sehr zentral und ruhig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In näherer Umgebung Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestellen und U Bahn war auch schnell erreichbar. Die Badewanne war toll und auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war top. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet mit Tellern, Pfannen und Topf und Besteck. Was ich persönlich nicht so ansprechend fand waren die defekten Aufhängung der Gardinen, das wirkte irgendwie so runter gewohnt. Im Abwaschbecken fehlte mir der Stöpsel um Wasser einzulassen Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war mir persönlich zu unbequem, ich hatte jedesmal das Gefühl ich falle aus dem Bett. Die Matratze in dem anderem Raum war super.
• Helen (9/5): - Very well appointed apartment. Easy access, and clear entry instructions. Comfortable beds, great bath and shower. A minor thing was not realising that the door combination lock was integrated in the handle of the door.

• Amy (9/5): Superb - Good location with Tesco round the corner - only a short taxi from central and other main places. Netflix/disney/ prime all on the tv. Clean and modern 😊 Sophie, the host is very friendly and always just a message away for any questions.

• Funk (5/5): Decent for one night but things need fixing - It was a good location and looked nice The oven didn’t work The shower had no pressure, was just a trickle of water out the shower head.
• Samuel (1/5): Bad - There was no hot water throughout the whole stay at the property. I also found it extremely difficult to contact the property owner.
• Shea (3/5): Cheap but not worth the savings. - Location was where we needed it to be. Space was decent for the money. The boiler had no pressure so there was no hot water and no heating for the stay. The mattress on one of the beds was so thin (only a few inches) you could feel the bed base slats. The curtains were hanging off the windows and there were hideous stains on the carpets.

They answered all my questions and were quick to send my the access code to the appartment The cleaning was a mess. The floor had not been vacumed. There were belongings from the previous user of the apartment and some of the bed lining had not been changed. The shower hose is broken so all most all the water does not come out of the shower head but from the faucet

• Natalia (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located in the city center, with easy access to public transportation. The host was super helpful and supportive and helped us with every request. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for our stay. We truly enjoyed it, it was a good value for money.
• Elise (7/5): We had a good stay, but there were a few irritating things. - Spacious and clean. Lovely sitting area with big TV. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Lovely shop on the corner (Tesco). WiFi good. The access was not nice, 3 flights of stairs to drag suitcases up! Nightmarish access lock very difficult to figure out when you arrive in the dark because stairs badly lit. Stained carpet in lounge. Oven not functional, only grill worked.
• Mak1 (8/5): Clean nice flat to stay, could do with TLC - Location and space. Value for money Tea and coffee provided. Towels are very clean. Water pipe noise all night kept up awake. The extractor fan in the bathroom is not working. No mirror in the one bedroom. The owner kindly allowed us to leave the luggage till the next guests arrived.

Tesco’s 2 minutes away was very useful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable living area and main bedroom. The second bedroom was a bit cramped, it doesn’t have a window and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The fixtures and fittings could do with some attention.

• Laura (10/5): Really nice apartment - Really nice apartment just like the pictures, really comfortable and spacious. Host was really nice and helpful to deal with. We got to check in hour before the time as we were meeting family before a concert and there was no issue at all. Details of how get in to the apartment was sent few days before hand. I would definitely stay here again. About 10 min walk from the tube station. Shower wasn’t great, was grand for one night stay but could be better

• Natalie (8/5): Clean and Spacious Apartment - Spacious and clean apartment within 10 minute walk of tube station. Large space for a London stay and good value for money as this was £150 cheaper than our alternative option. Arrival information and specific location/address could have been sent the night before so that we were able to head to the correct place. We arrived slightly early so had to call the host for directions, however they were helpful and we found our way quickly.
• Tara (9/5): Superb - Really central, good bus and tube stations nearby. Apartment was clean, liked that it had umbrellas and an ironing board! No mirror in main bedroom Safelock was difficult to use to get in (maybe needed more detailed instructions) One of the windows in the living room doesn't close and at night it was louder than expected and one of the rooms smelt like paint.
• Nourh (2/5): ‏I do not recommend it to families - The apartment is spacious and the kitchen contains all the necessities. The apartment was good, but there was a bad smell in it, especially the last room without a window. What was bad about the apartment was the location is not safe, there is no reception, and the facade of the building is old and not clean. I do not recommend it to families because the neighborhood is not safe, and we found it difficult to reach the building because the location is not clear. In addition, Therefore, I made a reservation and then my reservation was canceled and I could not get my money back. I contacted the owner of the accommodation and she promised me that she would contact Booking, but I did not receive a response after that.

• Greg (4/5): Scruffy apartment with terrible keypad system and poor comms from the owner! - Good location for Old street or Barbican Horrible experience! Entrance hall is a mess and uninviting. Keypad system on the property is terrible! Key code given to me was wrong and owner would not answer the phone when I called. The additional number went straight to voicemail. I could t get into the apartment and nobody would answer my calls. I finally got a text message asking me to communicate vie text!

• Borislav (9/5): Great stay! - Location was perfect - 10 minutes from Old street underground, 15 min from Farringdon (Elizabeth line), apartment has everything needed even a dishwasher, washing machine and a coffee machine, neighborhood was good, opposite the apartment you have a Tesco store, it was easy to find and to check in/check out. It was perfect! There was an issue with the hot water - first night we didn't had at all, it took some time to hit the right combination on the next day with having hot water at all, however host suggested to come urgently with a plumber, so I'd expect this to be fixed and I would definitely recommend the apartment as this was the only issue we had and besides this - it was perfect!
