• Cuixiao (9/5): Superb - The owner provide very detailed check in and garage information and respond my message always very quicky. The view of the apartment is fantastic, we enjoyed every sun rise and sun set from the living room. The kitchen is not big but well equipped. Except the master bedroom, there is no closet or storage space in the other two bedrooms due to the limited size. As the other guests mentioned, the cleanness can be improved as well.
• Philip (10/5): A comfortable and clean apartment with a superb view of the city. - The apartment was extremely clean and spacious. The furniture was in a new condition and very comfortable. The view is excellent, particularly with the balcony space. The location was decent enough with the underground transport five minutes' walk away. I'm not keen on an automated check-in process. It is a bit awkward having to visit a website on your mobile phone to open a door rather than having a key or key card to swipe. Also, the door could easily be accidentally opened via the website when you're out and about, with no way to close it. I get the idea behind it, but I think it's really quite dangerous. It would have been preferable to have the usual in-person induction by a host or agent to tell us where things are in the apartment, how things are operated, etc., rather than having to figure things out ourselves or send messages to ask questions.
• Jamal (6/5): Not the best place, sorry - The place looks great but it was not clean at all esp the bed sheets, pillows and towels. They had a bad smell. The A/C was not working. The washer/dryer are available but you have to pay for it and the minimum is 20 Euro even I did not use it except couple of times with no refund for my balance

• Tracey (10/5): Wonderful apartment with marvellous views of the city - The view was exceptional. The apartment was comfortable and cosy. Really warm, with a lovely big sofa, and flat screen TV. Great location 5 minutes from the underground station. Also a supermarket on the premises which was great for breakfast and wine! Would definitely stay there again.

• Aden (9/5): Awesome 360 view of Vienna city. - Apartment was clean and comfortable. Suitable for family of six. It is located at the high floor and basically you get a panorama view of the Vienna city with attractions visible from far. Kitchens, living and dining room were clean, spacious and great central heating system. Check in process was seamless and location is great too - convenient access to the Billa supermarket. Covered parking is just few minutes walk opposite the apartment. Host is very nice, providing clear instruction to check in and approachable when we need help. There isn’t a separate shower area unfortunately, you have to step inside the bathtub, so this is something to consider especially if you have elderly or young kids.

• Lelde (8/5): Very good - Apartment has a very good location near the metro line U3. The view from the balcony (17th floor) is breathtaking! All 3 separate bedrooms have comfortable beds. The kitchen is quite well equipped and there is a great Italian restaurant in the same building. The only downside was that the cleaning wasn't done properly - there was hair on the sheets, dust on the floor and fingerprints on the kitchen cabinets and windows.

• Judith (9/5): Modern place to stay when visiting Vienna with 3 to 6 people - The quality of the appartment, new and clean. Swimming pool on the roof to cool off. Supermarkt and metro nearby. Having only 1 pair of keys limits people going out to the store while others go to the swimming pool

• Ivana (10/5): If you need reset from work and usual working routine, Panorama Sky Apartment is the perfect spot for reset! - Panoramic view from the 17th floor of the apartment and 34th floor of the rooftop pool is absolutely amazing- you can see Vienna 360*. The apartment is fully quipped with all neccesary utensils. Whole appartmant is specious and cosy, perfect for 5 adults. We will come back soon! We didn’t have time to find something that we did not like. Iron would be useful.
