• TRACEY (9/5): Great start to our trip in Italy - Location Very close to train, there was lots of restaurants close by, but a restaurant called Grotto De Leo was fantastic 5 minutes walk away. Our room was great even had a little table and chairs in a courtyard to sit out if wanted. N/A

• Barbara (7/5): Needs somewhere to be comfortable besides lying in bed. - Fairly close to train station. I discovered a pretty nice local area behind it. Wish I’d discovered it earlier. 25 minute walk to city centre. Bathroom pretty nice. No where comfortable to sit. Too old for the tiny stool and table. (If you can call it a table. No real window unless you want to open onto a main drag.

• Mariangelica (8/5): Carino e cozy! - Camera carina cozy con tutto il necessario, la hostess che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile dolce e ci ha aspettato anche se siamo arrivati un po' ritardo per via del traffico, inoltre ci ha indicato posti interessati dove andare a visitare e mangiare
• Giorgio (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole, un posto dove tornerei volentieri - Nonostante fosse abbastanza centrale ed al piano terra con affaccio sulla strada, con le finestre chiuse abbiamo dormito nel silenzio. La stanza era climatizzata ed abbastanza ampia così come il bagno (fornito di una grande doccia walk-in). Avrebbero potuto fornire gli asciugamani da bidet, anche se non ho ritenuto il caso di chiederli.

• belotti (9/5): - Molto bella la stanza molto spaziosa e essenziale anche il bagno molto ampio ,tutto molto pulito e molto cordiali e disponibili per ogni necessità,la struttura si trova a 10 minuti dalla stazione e a circa 15 minuti dal centro ,una zona tranquilla e devo dire silenziosa ,siamo stati bene .Grazie 💜 L'unica osservazione per il nostro soggiorno e che dopo la prima notte ,mi aspettavo di trovare al rientro in serata letto rifatto e il cambio degli asciugamani ,non so se facesse parte o meno del servizio del soggiorno ma è la prima volta che mi capita .

• RitDan (8/5): Έτσι κι έτσι - Το σπιτάκι είναι ανακαινισμένο και με έξτρα χρέωση υπάρχει δυνατότητα και για πάρκινγκ. Είναι στο ιστορικό κέντρο, επομένως μπορείς εύκολα να γυρίσεις την πόλη με τα πόδια. Το γεγονός ότι είναι ισόγειο, παλιό σαν κτήριο, με τρομερή υγρασία κάνει τη διαμονή λιγότερη ευχάριστη. Για μια νύχτα που μείναμε εμείς ήταν εντάξει. Για περισσότερες σίγουρα δε θα το επέλεγα ξανά. Όσο και να ζεστάνει τον χώρο το AC η μυρωδιά της υγρασίας και το κρύο δε φεύγουν. Επίσης, η κυρία που διαχειρίζεται το σπίτι δεν είναι ούτε εξυπηρετική, ούτε ιδιαιτέρως ευγενική.
• Marina (10/5): Si volvemos a Florencia, esta será nuestra casa de nuevo! - Perfecto. El chico que nos atendió fue muy simpático y a pesar de no saber su idioma, nos entendimos a la perfección. Teníamos patio, que para mí novio fumador fue un +1! La habitación estaba súper limpia, con todo lo que se necesita. Almohadas de más y mantas de más, por si acaso. Además de calefacción; hasta partes del suelo estaban calentita. Y calentador de toalla también, que eso hacía que se secaran y no tuviesemos que pedir de repuesto. La ubicación está a 5 minutos de La estación SMN, así que está genial. Aunque nosotros hicimos prácticamente todo andando, estaba cerquita. Si volvemos a Florencia, volveremos a este lugar.

• Annabella (10/5): Tutto Perfetto - Ottimo!Tutto perfetto come da descrizione, a pochi passi dalla stazione, il centro raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti e per chi come noi decide di raggiungere Firenze in macchina questa struttura offre la possibilità di lasciarla nel garage di fianco con un prezzo giornaliero più adeguato. Siamo stati accolti da una ragazza super gentile che ci ha lasciato una lista con tutti i ristoranti, supermercati,bar e musei da visitare. Stanza molto confortevole e grande, dotata di tutto il necessario che può servire per un soggiorno. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo se mai dovessimo ritrovarci a Firenze😊 Nulla

• Yevhen (10/5): PERFECT ! - I spent 3 sweet and absolutely magic 3 days in this lovely and remarkable mini-hotel in Florence .I immediately decided to come back to this marvellous place in future and let me tell you why… I was treated by the team of the hotel as a welcome family member .All my previous expectations in terms of the condition in the room were completely full filled.The location of the place is fantastic - the main station is practically around the corner ..Whole the area is very,very safe.The room was super clear and tidy.Total silence in a night time - good possibility to rest for people who have a sensitive sleeping. My parcel that I ordered was mistakenly sent to other town of Toscana and when the owner of the hotel found out about it he decided to drive there and collect my parcel for me !! That’s been so very touching ,pure gentlemanly and classy to gesture. In the hotel I was given a list of the best restaurants in the city - special thanks for that! I will definitely come back to this marvellous place one day! -

Purtroppo il bagno, nonostante molto bello e ampio, era davvero congelato. Lo scalda salviette al muro non riusciva a riscaldarlo nella maniera adeguata

I přes naše zamítnutí úklidu vzhledem k délce pobytu došlo k úklidu pokoje, kdy bylo zároveň manipulováno i s našimi osobními věcmi , což pro nás bylo dosti nekomfortní.

Podczas czterodniowego pobytu, po drugim noclegu pokój został posprzątany a ręczniki wymienione. Lokalizacja blisko centrum. Ładna i zadbana łazienka pokój był dość chłodny, co pewnie świetnie sprawdza się latem, ale niekoniecznie w październiku
