• Vanessa (6/5): Is a nice apartment, in a nice building and location, but need to improve the administration - The infra-structure of the apartment in general is good, complete with air conditioned, washing machine, structure of the building, location (except traffic jam in the area), majority of the service provided for parking, locker for the clothes, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, microwave. The registration system in the building that we are able to enter with automatic + tag in the car is very convenient and efficient, when works. 1) Delay to deliver the apartment by more than 1 hour after check-in time. Even with the delay, the apartment was terrible dirty (see photos). After complaining and getting the cleaning person to clean again it was still dirty and we needed to clean ourselves after buying cleaning products in the local supermarket. 2) There were ants in the apartment and we needed to use poison to ants that we bought it to stop them from coming. 3) Our registration got lost 2 times during our stay and then we were locked outside, needed to call the "Meu Anfitriao" urgently to ask them to fix the registration and allow us to enter again. Not sure if this was from the building's administration or "Meu Anfitriao" gave wrong information. 4) Maintenance of some items in the apartment could be better, for instance: mattress was a little bit too used and gave us back pain, refrigerator door kept opening from time to time, fix the toilet paper mounting.
• Fernando (9/5): Superb - Good location,, great facilities in the building, big comfortable room There is no proper curtains, so the entire room is bright as soon as the sun rises. Too many steps to go through before check in

• Fernando (8/5): Comfortable - location, cleanliness, well equipped, modern and new no blackout curtains so it gets bright early in the morning. plus, there’s a lot of formalities to book it
