• Rami Zajicek (8/5): - A very nice apartment on the Camino, comfortable dining table are area, coffee machine with capsules, washing machine. There us salt and pepper, and oil, which is very helpfull. The kitchen is adequately equipped. Nothing missing, but basic. We slept perfect, but there are noises from the street. Was not a problem for us, but if you are very sensitive, you might use the provided ear plugs.

• Bojana (10/5): End of March in Santurtzi - The apartment was how we imagined it based on the photos and other reviews, yet it ended up exceeding our expectations. The entrance to the building and lobby are welcoming, clean and smell nicely. So does the apartment. The mattress that is used for sofa is very comfortable. The objects and posters make a nice difference. Also, it was great that we could spend time in Santurtzi and Portugalete by walking, as well as go to Bilbao centre and other places in Basque country by excellent public transport. The sounds could be heard from the street and within the building. This is to be expected and it wasn't causing problems.
• MARIA DOLORES (9/5): Me gustó la estancia - Muy limpio y acogedor. Con mini electrodomésticos para hacer mejor la estancia. Y la comunicación muy buena con El anfitrión Se escucha la vivienda de al lado. No sé si eran inquilinos fijos o temporales pero se les escuchaba todo. Y las terrazas muy juntas si salimos todos ( aunque eso no es problema de nadie)

• Beverley (10/5): Great location, great host will definitely book again, loved it. - We managed to book this beautiful place last minute and we were not disappointed, from the communication with Maria, which was very helpful, she sent us a video of the apartment and how to get in and everything we needed to enjoy us stay. The sofa bed was comfortable and the bedroom was a good size, the shower was amazing, close to shops and places to eat. We loved it so much we stayed for an extra day. Would definitely book again 💕 We were left ear plugs but heard no noise in the morning, only the sounds of a city waking up. Amazing place, amazing service. There was nothing to dislike.

• Antony Sheath (10/5): A piece of heaven near Bilbao - This stunning apartment is perfectly located for the coast and public transport into Bilbao. It is safe to say that every possible need has been catered for in this luxurious apartment and the host was prompt and attentive in all communication. The bed was comfortable, heating and cooling was perfect and top quality. The dining area and lounge was perfectly set up for comfort and all mod cons supplied. The kitchen, while compact, had everything you need and nothing you don't (note there is no conventional oven, but a microwave is included and a two zone hob). Santurtzi is a lovely place to spend time, more peaceful than central Bilbao with some terrific award winning restaurants and bars that we took full advantage of. The metro and train are just minutes away on foot and the Parking Santurtzi underground car park is well lit, safe and patrolled by staff at all hours. My wife and I give the whole apartment experience an easy 10/10 and we hope to return many times in the future. Book with complete confidence!

• Beatriz (7/5): Cómoda pero las fotos que aparecen en el anuncio no se corresponden con la realidad. Y ojo si tienes sueño ligero porque - Esta bien ubicado Es muy pequeña y antigua la cocina aunque bien equipada El apartamento en general es pequeño. El agua de la ducha sale con poca fuerza
• Maria (9/5): Buen apartamento para visitar Bilbao y alrededores - La cercanía con Bilbao, tanto en metro como en tren. La disponibilidad de poder aparcar en un parking público a un precio razonable. El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros. Las explicaciones para poder acceder son claras y permiten entrar al apartamento de forma autónoma. En las cercanías hay supermercados y varios restaurantes, si bien en el interior del apartamento no se oían ruidos del exterior. Internet funcionaba muy bien y la TV era grande, con cuenta de Netflix incluida. La cocina es un poco pequeña, pero para un par de día te apañas bien. La ducha es de hidromasaje, y al principio puede parecer confuso cómo usar las distintas funcionalidades.

• MARIA PILAR (8/5): Bien ubicado, cómodo y anfitriona siempre pendiente - Es cómodo para una pareja, no mucho más. El sillón del salón muy bueno. La cocina no pretendas cocinar nada, calentar en microondas. La tv espectacular. Aunque tiene radiadores nos pusieron unas estufas eléctricas, nuevas eso si, pero cuando nos íbamos por precaución las dejábamos apagadas, y tuvimos un tiempo horroroso de frio. No nos gusta este sistema quizás por venir de una ciudad con calefacción habitual en todas llas casas
• Segura (5/5): - El apartamento espectacular, limpio, tal cual las fotos, cerca del metro para estar en 20 minutos en bilbao, en ese sentido espectacular. Que pena que al lado viva un psicópata amargado que siendo una pareja que estábamos todo el día de paseo y por la noche (23/24) llegamos miramos un poco de TV, que de hecho tiene limitado el volumen (ahora entiendo porque) o sea ruido mínimo, le daba puñetazos a la pared como si hubiera una fiesta. Incluso llegó a abordarnos este personaje de nombre Emanuel (lo vimos en su casilla de xorreo) para decirnos que hacíamos ruidos bla bla bla. Que malo que no acepte que tiene un apartamento vacacional y como debe de perjudir a la propietaria. Realmente no volvería. Aunque recalcó que el apartamento genial

• Estelle (10/5): Super séjour. - Appartement confortable, spacieux, très bien équipé. Nous n’avons pas été accueilli en personne mais nous avons reçu beaucoup d’informations par voie numérique: vidéos, explications pour se servir des appareils etc. Les échanges via whatsapp étaient très réactifs. Situation à Santurtzi agréable: très proche de Bilbao en métro (20 minutes) mais en bord de mer avec une balade sur le front de mer très agréable, à environ 30 minutes à pied du pont transbordeur. Pas de problème de stationnement pour nous dans la rue mais c’est peut être un coup de chance. —

Apartment itself was very smart, well furnished with everything we could need. Shower was amazing. The traffic noise in the morning did wake us but we are in a town so to be expected. Hosts provide ear plugs so do all they can.
• Robert (10/5): Excellent property, great value, perfect location - One of the best properties I’ve stayed in on route to Ireland from Bilbao. Very easy entry system all explained on video. Near lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could possibly want. Very modern, beautiful bathroom and comfortable good quality furniture. Even supplied earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. I highly recommend this apartment and the contact with Maria, the owner, was really good and efficient. Parking arranged just around the corner. I wish I had more time to spend there. Rob Couldn’t find anything wrong with the apartment.

Breakfast place right beside apartment to the right - Bar Ametsa lovely food and staff !! Nothing - everything super Just a note - Metro station and train stations in Santurtzi are not in same area - metro last train from city centre 11pm on weekdays 2am on weekends - tickets cheap - buy at station - Moyua and Abando are the city centre stops for Bilbao from Santurtzi stop and Lastly the central Bus Station in Bilbao is called’Bilbao Intermodal’ go in door and downstairs-took us a while to find it on google maps - got bus to San Sebastián- really good value and efficient service
• Lamperini (9/5): Superb - Great flat! Lovely fluffy towels, comfy, big bed, everything that we needed was there. Small but efficient kitchen, good size bathroom with a large shower and washing machine. Very comfortable couch and we enjoyed Netflix on rainy evenings. It was home away from home. Parking underground just around the corner(I think @+-5€ a day) as well as the train station that takes you into Bilbao center in 30 min. Lots of bars and shopping opportunities around the area. Nothing.

• Marcus (8/5): great little apartment! - Great location, super clean apartment, in a great area. The property was advertised as being discounted from around twice the price that we paid for the stay. This meant that we had very high expectations of the property. The price we paid was fair, but the price the apartment was advertised as being discounted FROM was defintely over-inflated, and we would have been very disappointed if we had actually paid what was advertised as the full price. We missed the private message with instructions to enter the property, and had only seen the Property Access information sent to us on booking. As a result, we struggled to get into the apartment for a long time, and were not able to contact the owners with the contact details provided against the general booking. When we realised we had been sent an extra private message and a video about entering the property it was easy - but it is impossible if you don't see this message. Unfortunately, this set our stay off to a bad start.
• Joanna (10/5): We travelled to see friends and it was an excellent base for sleeping. - The property is in an excellent location, two minutes from the train station, and is very luxurious. It was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. Good quality pillows. It has an amazing shower. The building felt very safe and would be great for a solo traveller. The only thing it needs is a mirror in the bedroom. You can hear the neighbours a tiny bit, but that is normal for a flat and to be expected. It was not unreasonably noisy.

• Jose (9/5): Nice apartment in the center of Santurtzi - Very comfortable apartment right at the center of the city and next to the train station. Modern and with good ammenities. The check in and the access to the flat was a bit confusing.
• Kwanchai (10/5): Nice and well decorated apartment. Good for staying several day. - Room and facility It’s hard to have public parking roadside nearby. Need to walk 100m for available parking.
• Terri (10/5): The apt is beautiful, very clean and comfortable! Close to store, restaurants, etc - They sent photos with instructions, which made it easy to access the apartment building as well as the apartment. The keys were right where they said they would be when I walked in and it was easy to leave them right there when I left as well very convenient.
