• Maciej (10/5): Świetne miejsce na turystyczny pobyt w Atenach, 15 minut od Akropolu. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu w spokojnej dzielnicy Koukaki. 3 sklepy w odległości 5 minut. Przystanek autobusowy w odległości 5 minut. Przystanek metra i tramwaju Sygrou-Fix w odległości 10 minut. Wokoło pełno restauracji. Do Akropolu 15 minut. Największą zaletą apartamentu jest bardzo duży balkon pełen kwiatów. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Na powitanie czekała na nas woda i sok w lodówce. Gospodarze mieszkają w sąsiednim mieszkaniu. Klucze przekazali nam osobiście nawet ok. 23 godziny. Przekazali nam też przydatne informacje o komunikacji miejskiej, sklepach, restauracjach. Wcześniej mailowo przysłali dokładną instrukcję dotarcia do apartamentu. Wszystko było w porządku. Polecam ten apartament.

• Rob (7/5): Prima plek voor een paar nachten - Ruime kamers. Vriendelijk ontvangen. AB supermarket aan de overkant. Geen steun voor de douchekop. Bank in woonkamer is op.

• cma82 (10/5): Excelente apartamento - O apartamento tem tudo o que foi descrito. É muito funcional, bonito e espaçoso. Tinha vários itens de comodidades, como sabonete, shampoo, condimentos, sal, açúcar, etc. Tudo funcionando direitinho. A localização também é muito boa, com várias opções de restaurantes. A anfitriã foi super simpática e compreensiva. Estava tudo ótimo. O único defeito é que só tem um banheiro. Mas fora isso o apartamento é excelente.

It was well equipped and the host, Ivi, was super nice and keen on helping us with everything! The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need and there was a huge balcony which had a nice view of the surroundings.

• Irina (10/5): Simply Outstanding - My family and I are extremely glad that we stayed at this apartment. I assess our stay with the maximum "10" and still feel I am under-raking the flat. The apartment is in the center of Athens, a 15min walk or one subway stop from Syntagma square and the Acropolis, to name just a few. The close vicinity is equally charming with a lot of cafeterias, tavernas and shops, and safe to walk at night. There are all possible amenities in the flat for a comfortable stay. The apartment has a very unique and authentic style which brings a calming and timeless ambience. It is something I haven't experienced before, in all honesty. However, the biggest asset of the property are the hosts. I cannot thank Ivi enough for her kindness, care, understanding and helpfulness. Thank you so, so much Ivi, it's been amazing to meet you! Everything was perfect, only regrets that our stay came to an end and I already wish to come back.
• Renate (10/5): It was great, Athens is beautiful! - Charming apartment in Koukaki. Close to all major attractions, also metro station Syngrou-fix in 8 minutes walking distance, several buses right at the corner. Many restaurants and bars close by. —-
• Dutch (10/5): This was so good! - Normally we choose an apartment or room with many 9+ reviews. That is safe. This we tried an apartment with less reviews. Well, we hit the bulls eye ! What a great apartment and what a location. The airplane had a delay but Ivi and Jason waited for us to arrive late at 22:15 hrs. Ivi showed us around and had 2 bottles of water ready in the fridge. Also a map of Athens and a selfmade paper full of information. All rooms were clean and spacious. Bedrooms and living room with powerfull aircos. Hot water came from the suncollectors and was enough for 2 persons to take a good shower. Balcony is fabulous. So wide and long with lots of plants. On the fifth floor, by lift and good beds. Veikou street has no heavy traffic we could sleep very well, even with door opened. Sometimes a barking dog or motor sound, but no drunken or screaming people on the street. 15 minutes walk tot the metro station Syngrou-Fix with vending machine for day ticket all metro lines (4,90 euro, 24 hrs ticket). 15 minutes walk to Acropolis area with museum, Plaka streets area and side entrance of Acropolis hill. And soooo many bars, restaurants in Veikou street itself. Supermarket just opposite the apartment. We could not wish a better place to stay 6 days !
• Dianne (10/5): Fab apartment within walking distance from all the main tourist attractions. - We arrived very late, due to the flight being delayed. We did have trouble finding the right door bell, but once we got in we were welcomed warmly even at midnight. They explained everything. The rooms are all air conditioned and the apartment has all the facilities that you could need. It's 10 minutes walk from the metro station, which makes it so easy to get around Athens, and the tickets for the metro were only 8 euros for 5 days. The apartment was perfect. There wasn't anything that we found to be wrong.
• Frederick (10/5): Excellent appartement in a great location! - The appartement was super comfortable. It had a well equipped kitchen, really good matrasses, nice bathroom and best of all: a really very pleasant and big outside area. The airconditioning was a great bonus as the nights stayed hot during our stay (first week of september 24). The elevator takes you up to the fifth floor, where the appartement is. There is a minimarket opposite the building and a great bakery just 1 minute away. Within five minutes walking distance, you have a wide variety of restaurants and bars! Metro is about 10 minutes on foot and a bus stop is under 1 minute away. Ivi and Jason were great hosts with quick responses and solid advice. You will enjoy your stay here!
