- Jodie (6/5): - Location good, close to South Bank and Restaurants. This property is in need of upgrades, Toilet roll holder hanging off wall, shower drains need cleaning, bath towels old, no dining table, tea towel smelt, no cloth to wipe bench, scourer old. This place just needs a good clean.
- Naomi (6/5): Good. - It was close to crown Hard to get keys if coming by car, instructions to get to car park don’t work if you come from side street. Car in our car park. It wasn’t as clean as I like it. Everything seems worn out. Toilet seat was loose and would fall down on your back when you used it, yuk. It needs a freshen up. The highway is super nosy.

- Great to have the car park and property so close to the Crown end of Southbank (can walk there in less than 5 mins). - We couldn't lock the balcony door with a key which proved stressful with two young boys who could flick the latch and open that door themselves. You need to provide a key for that door if you are offering this as a family friendly property.
- There was some key information missing about opening the garage in the hugely detailed Whats App messages. You need to write which button on the remote people press for the garage to open on entry/exit.
- Having a key in the lockbox that we were requested to return our key into was also a problem. It made checkout take longer and with two small boys that extra time spent trying to get in communication about where to put the keys was actually really annoying. I recommend one lock box per apartment as it just feels really uncomfortable to know multiple people are accessing that when you are supposed to have access to it during that time.

Everything about the apartment was absolutely perfect and everything about the stay exceeded my expectations
- Craig (8/5): - Close to casino and restaurants All the instructions didn't come through how to get into the place so had to have owner come down and show us. couple off seats inside where uncomfortable and only one bed had a top sheet and no doona covers on either bed.

- Carol (8/5): Needs work. - Great communication and assistance from the host. Considering the $185 cleaning fee, the general cleaning and linen left a lot to be desired. We found a false fingernail in one of the bedrooms, and it was quite dusty. The windows showed streaks where they had been wiped over, and the balcony was dirty. The coffee and tea facilities were meagre to say the least and there was no milk. The fridge was covered in tape that could easily be removed with cleaning. There were several broken coat hangers, and the toilet seats were loose. The toilet roll holders need to be tightened. Usually there are wash cloths, tissues and sanitary bags in the bathroom but there were none here.

Owner was extremely helpful, and there were thoughtful inclusions. We had a great stay. Surprisingly quiet despite nearby traffic.

- Betancur (5/5): If you’re looking for an apartment in a great location near the Crown with parking for a weekend getaway or concert trip - The location is really convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The downside was the cleanliness—it was really questionable. The apartment was stinky when we arrived, the pillows and sheets were far from clean, and the shower didn’t seem properly cleaned either.
- Stevenson (10/5): Convenient location, lovely property and beautiful views. - So fresh and clean - comfy bed and check I was made very easy. The view was stunning. 1 room with ensuite and 1 with a deck at each end of the property so very private. 5 min walk from the main strip of crown and an IGA and Woolies within 10 minutes walk. Didn’t like? That I had to leave and go home.

The view was great and the facilities in the apartment were perfect. Beds were very comfortable, showers were nice and hot with good water pressure. Looking for the parking garage.
