• Brianne (8/5): Overall the location was perfect, some things could be updated but we didn’t spend a lot of time there so it was fine. - Check in was easy and location was perfect The shower head is not mounting making showering a little difficult and the beds in the second room were a little rickety so heads up about that.
• P. (8/5): Convenient stay - Apartment is very close to the Acropolis. Big, clean rooms. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which was really convenient for our 2 kids. I didn't like the bed much but my husband slept fine. Just next to the apartment is a hotel. The windows of their buffet room is very close to the bedroom windows. Therefore we kept the shutters mostly closed. The master bedroom has two windows so still plenty of light coming in. The apartment was convenient for our stay.

• catarina (8/5): Localização ótima - Gostamos muito da localização do apartamento. A casa tinha as comodidades necessárias para 4 pessoas e o apartamento era espaçoso. O acesso era simples e era muito proximo de zonas de interesse. O sistema de fixação da Tv n funciona muito bem, parece estar em perigo de queda.. Poucas tomadas electricas pela casa incluindo uma tomada na sala a fazer mau contacto com algum perigo. Apartamento a precisar de alfuma modernização.

Rzut beretem od stacji metra i wejścia na Akropol. W okolicy wiele restauracji i sklepików. Wskazówka dla szukających kluczy do apartamentu (self check in): box z kluczami przymocowany jest do balustrady od strony ulicy.
• Eero (10/5): Really nice and cheap option! - The apartment was great and a breath away from the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis monument! Many bars and cafes in the area! Also everything at the apartment was clean and tidy! The host was responsive too!

For us cleanliness is the most important thing, and this was probably the cleanest apartment we have ever visited on our trips! Also, the host was great, gave us a lot of tips and allowed early check in! Nothing to mention!

Appartamento grande, bello, tranquillo I letti non sono molto comodi, e occorrerebbe migliorare la fornitura di utensili in cucina (una insalatiera, un cavatappi, tovaglia..). En niet te vergeten een geweldige bakker, die al om 7 uur open is!! De badkamer is klein en aan vervanging toe, De matrassen zijn niet heel comfortabel

• Lewis (1/5): Don't stay here. - Not a lot. We didn't like our passports getting stolen from the apartment. No sign of forced entry, 2 locked doors to get through, asked to change apartments before we arrived, very suspicious. Lack of contact when asked for security information and cctv. Avoid at all costs.
• Saben (10/5): Great apartment and a nice host! - The apartment had everything we needed! Comfortable beds and kitchen equipment for coffee and breakfast! It was clean too! The metro station is 2 2-minute walk! We will revisit it for sure!

• ste s (6/5): Peccato per come è tenuto - La posizione è fantastica L' appartamento è vecchio le foto sembrano ritoccate. i letti sono scomodissimi. In particolare uno dei letti singoli e quello matrimoniale sono usurati e fanno rumore ad ogni minimo movimento. Il bagno oltre a non averlo trovato molto pulito è vecchio e si sente molto la puzza di fogna, inoltre non ha una vera finestra da cui poter prendere aria.

• Naor (4/5): - The location is unbeatable. It’s just a two-minute walk from the Acropolis and the charming streets of Plaka, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The host was not very communicative or hospitable, which was disappointing given how friendly and responsive everyone else in Greece had been during our trip. Messages were answered slowly. The kitchen was also poorly equipped, and the water kettle was broken, so we had to boil water in a pan for coffee. I mentioned it to the host, but nothing was done. The unit itself feels quite old and seems to have been quickly converted for tourists, which would be fine if a few small details were addressed—like having a working kettle, some coffee, or even bottled water available. Lastly, because it’s located right by the Acropolis, noise can be an issue, especially since it’s a street-level unit. For a very short visit, it was okay, but something to keep in mind.

• Bensaada (8/5): - L'appartement est idéalement situé près de tous les monuments et musées à visiter. Le quartier est calme et à proximité du métro 2 minutes à pieds. Ceci dit on a pas eu besoin de prendre les transports publiques ou le taxi. On a tout fait à pied.

Do not stay there - There was absolutely no access the this location that had extremely narrow alleys/streets ( our car could not drive through these road) that were full of disgusting gang graffiti and full of homeless and drug users. We couldn’t get out of the area quick enough!! Extremely misleading ad and I feel like this is a scam!!! Please refund my money!! See above
• Stella (9/5): Cercanía de la Acrópolis. - En general todo bien. Limpieza, aire acondicionado, wifi y toallas de sobra para todos. No hay ducha sino bañera y la alcachofa perdía agua.No se podía colgar y era un tanto difícil ducharse.

• Minesh (8/5): Great Location and Stay, with One Important Heads-Up - The apartment was in a fantastic location near the Acropolis, check-in was smooth, and the place was overall well-maintained and in good condition. One thing we didn’t appreciate was only learning at check-in that nothing but human waste could be flushed down the toilet—a common rule in older European buildings, but it would’ve been helpful to know in advance.

• Valerie (5/5): Passable - The location is very close to the museum and metro station. The apartment is spacious and clean. The apartment is very basic, but for the price, it is good value. Bathroom could use some update. The handheld shower does not have a mount on the wall, so it's awkward to use. The main bedroom bed spring made such a noise when we got down to bed that we were concerned that the bed would collapse. But it didn't and it actually wasn't that bad to sleep on. There is an expresso maker and it would have been nice to have some pots that go with it.
• Marcin (8/5): Very nice. - The location was very convenient, quiet, and peaceful — at least during our stay. Most local attractions were within walking distance. Although we couldn't reach the owner by phone, communication via messages was excellent. Be careful not to lock yourself in the bathroom — it can only be opened from the outside! :) The spring mattress is of moderate quality.

• Lazlo (10/5): Happy with our choice! We will be back! - Excellent choice for someone who wants to be close to the city center. There are plenty of cafes and local restaurants. Also the metro station is really close. In 2 minutes walk you under the famous Acropolis hill. The apartment was very clean. The host allowed us to leave our luggage until the apartment is ready. The sheets and towels smelled really nice too! In the kitchen there are a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster! Nothing at all! We suggest it!

Shower head broken. Shower curtain filthy. Mattresses were not comfortable and you could feel Mattress springs. Street and apartment building noise throughout the night.

• Manos (9/5): A little bit or money spent on the apartment would take the property a long way - Location was excellent, close to many bars and restaurants and the metro station was a 2 min walk away. Apartment was very spacious and had more than enough space for a family of four with two young children. TV had Netflix and you tube which was an added bonus. As mentioned in previous reviews there was a major problem with the bathroom floor flooding, my children could not go into the bathroom without wearing shoes and we had to ask the owner for extra towels during our stay as every time we had a shower or used the wash basin the whole bathroom flooded. Only four thin pillows were provided, and the owner would not issue us any others. All furniture is cheapest ikea line and the double bed collapsed in the night as we were sleeping

Pillows are also comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. Also despite the fact that in Greece the internet connection is not strong enough, this apartment provides a high-quality wifi connection. The check-in process is also soft and easy and the host allows us an early check-in. We will prefer it in the future for sure!

Comfortable bed and soft pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped. The host is friendly! The bathroom is a little bit small but there is a window!
• Ian (3/5): Loved Athens - Spacious and clean apartment. The location was great just on the edge of Plaka and close to mini markets and restaurants and fabulous tourist attractions. The owner has done a half measure job of preparing the property for rental and I hope he finds my criticism constructive. It is on the ground floor and without double glazing is extremely noisy from the street. The beds should have mattress protectors and extra pillows and blankets should be available. Instructions regarding wifi and operating the hot water system were not very clear. There is no hairdryer and I don’t think 2 small toilet rolls is enough for 3 adults staying 6 nights!!! Large adult size bath towels are always appreciated. No tea towels or washing up drying rack was supplied. The power point hanging off the wall in the kitchen is very dangerous and I think you know that the toilet is in need of major repair. Some of these things are little grievances but there was a whole lot of little things that made our stay uncomfortable. Yours was our last accommodation in our 3 month trip and to be constantly woken by cars, motorbikes and people talking, especially the night before flying home to Australia, was sad. I am sure you will have no trouble renting your property but I feel a bit more thought to detail would go a long way.
• Tina (3/5): Poor - The location was great. Close to Parthenon, Plaka and transport. The bathroom door did not close, and we suspected the toilet was leaking - smell and there was a cloth near the outlet. There was no toilet brush and there was no chopping board. We could not connect the TV to the internet and got no support from the manager. The beds were really thin, making it feel like we were sleeping on the coils. There were no blankets provided, so we had to use spare towels to keep warm. This property was perfectly located, but little care had been taken to ensure a comfortable stay.

• Bettina (6/5): Bad apartment in good aerea - The neighbourhood is nice. It’s also very near to Plaka and Akropolis. The toilet is leaking, it was ugly. The floor wer all over and sticky! We told the host the first day, he told us on the last day, that there has been a plumber (which we do not believe, because we had put towels around the toilet and they have not been moved!) who said there is no problem… Also the matresses of the beds are unbelievable uncomfortable. New but thin and the cheapest model. It is a corner Appartement with windows closing only untight, therefore it is always noisy.

The host was really friendly and gave us tips about where to go and where to eat which were really helpful since we stayed just for one night and we didn't spend time to search about these!

Located in a reasonably quiet street. The property was as expected. We did not use the kitchen so cannot comment about on this.
