• Matt (6/5): Pleasant - Easy access and great communication in regards to check in A bit out of the way, an average place that had a decent enough price.
• Raymond (9/5): It had everything you needed and in a fantastic location - The location was perfect and had a large balcony over looking the bush also only a short walk to the golf course,bar and restaurant. The shower needs a little work as the shower shelf sits on an angle and everything falls off same as the soap tray.

• Nicole (1/5): Deprived of resort facilities due to this booking platform. A very humiliating experience. - The bed was clean and comfortable. Good bbq. Communication. As we booked through booking. Com and not through Oaks we were locked out of all major facilities on the resort. We had the use of a small, dirty pool in the bush . We paid more than the current rate at Oaks and were penalised to the point of humiliation. The advertising did not reflect the restrictions imposed on visitors not booking through Oaks. The managers of the property repeatedly insisted that their confirmation email to me relayed the above restrictions but that was received by me after I had paid. The matter has not been finalised . Not in 40 years of travel have I been deceived so well. A disgusting situation. Please rectify.
• Denika (1/5): Won’t be staying at Cyoress lakes again-so old. - The grounds of Cypress Lakes is beautiful however the resort and facilities is now old and filthy. The restaurants were dirty with leaves and old food everywhere. The table and chairs are old and stained. Children’s pool was filthy. The Executive villa we stayed in was dated,dirty and not in any way a 4 star resort room. It should be rated as a 2 star motel and not suitable for kids as the staircase to get up to the room is steep. Overall-the room needs to be renovated-desperately. If you need to book a room-do it with the resort and NOT Weekenda. Read their fine prints and if you are booking,be ready to receive instructions on how and what must be done constantly. • Stephen (8/5): HV Vineyards Getaway - Good size room, nice surroundings. Onsite restaurants, courtesy bus/ concierge back to Villa from restaurant No pool we could use
• Allison (8/5): Very good - The blinds didn't completely cover the windows so we were woken up very early by the morning sun shining directly onto us in the bedroom.
• Suzie (5/5): Passable. Not good value for money. - Location. Very tiny kitchenette. Very dated and uncomfortable furniture except for the bed which was comfortable. Very expensive for what you got.
• Kimberly (7/5): Comfortable stay - Clean and neat accommodation Wi-Fi didn’t work, the staff did say they were trying to fix it but didn’t happen while we were there. The soap in the shower looked gross.

• Neill (4/5): Disappointing - The location of Cyprus lakes is perfect. The pools, bar and restaurant are all highly recommended. Having 3 nights was also perfect. We were disappointed in the villa and it wasn't what we had expected . For over $300 a night we expected more than what we got. I have stayed a dozen times at Cyprus lakes, over the last 15 years, so plenty of other villas to compare too. The villas spa bath didn't work. The cooking utensils and cooking pan were dirty and had grease over them. The lounge was old and not comfortable. The lounge pillow covers had broken zippers and the inserts were falling out. No tv instructions so working out how to watch tv was frustrating. And not having a tv in the bedroom was disappointing. The bed had two king singles joined together and typically you would assume that joined beds would have a topper on it as the crack down the middle didn't make it comfortable.

• Noelle (7/5): Lovely stay for great price. - The closeness to the restaurant and facilities , comfortable bedding , nice big verandah, easy to access. Clean and tidy . That the toilet was within the bedroom. Would have liked the toilet outside the bedroom for privacy , also the bathroom door didn't close properly. There was only small kitchen space not alot of bench space, no oven just microwave.

• Beaumont (4/5): Very underwhelming. We wish we had of researched other options. Sadly we would not stay again. - Location was great. The whole villa is outdated, tired and mediocre. It in no way justifies the price. The amenities are very outdated and basic. There is nothing luxurious or top end about it. It is very very average for the price. We have stayed in better roadside motels. Not value for money.
