• Avraham (1/5): - This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had with an apartment rental, and the management company handled it very poorly. We arrived to Málaga with three young children and luggage, and the apartment was simply not accessible. All surrounding streets were blocked due to Semana Santa. We spent over two hours trying to reach the property from multiple directions and failed. Police on site confirmed there was no way to get through. The management company kept repeating that the apartment is accessible “between processions.” This is misleading. In reality, access depends on unpredictable timing, large crowds, and complete uncertainty. That is not a usable accommodation, especially not for a family with children. Instead of taking responsibility, the management company chose to deny the reality on the ground and insisted the apartment was “available.” This is simply not true. An apartment you cannot physically reach is not available. We were forced to pay for alternative accommodation while still being charged in full for this property. No refund was offered. What is most concerning is that this critical issue was never disclosed in advance. They knew very well about the situation and still chose not to inform guests properly. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property and this management company, especially during busy periods. Their communication is misleading and when a real problem happens, they do not take responsibility.

• Kimberly (10/5): The perfect location to explore Malaga! - Excellent in all ways - location, comfort, space, decor, access - our family of four adults could not be happier with our choice for the 4 nights we spent in Malaga. It is located on the edge of the busy Old Town area with lots of shops, restaurants, bars and markets and easy access to SoHo and the waterfront but on a very quiet side street so we weren't bothered by any late night noise. Plus, the management company was so attentive and responsive to our needs throughout our stay including the optional parking we reserved for one night, which was convenient and walkable. We highly recommend the Contemporary Loft!

• Gerald (10/5): Extraordinary stay in Malaga - The luxurious apartment is very spacious, stylish, and looks brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. It looks exactly like in the pictures. The location is unbeatable – right in the city center. The staff was extremely responsive; they reacted very quickly when a small issue (power outage) occurred. Highly recommended and our family loved it!

• Timothy (10/5): Comfortable, clean, and quiet centrally located apartment - This apartment was beautiful! It was very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The windows have shutters that make it quiet and dark for sleeping. The staff were very helpful and prompt to respond via the app. I was there for a conference- a bus stop hub is about a 5 minute walk away making it easy to get to the convention center while still being able to stay in the old town. It even had an iron and ironing board which was helpful for the meeting.

It’s incredibly spacious, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The living room, bathrooms, and all the spaces are wonderfully big, which made my stay so comfortable. The décor is perfect—stylish and thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the cosy sofa, armchairs, and the beautiful kitchen. The large bathtub was a real highlight for relaxation. The windows have traditional wooden shutters, which darken the room perfectly for a restful sleep. Although it’s on the second floor, the lift made access easy and convenient. I truly enjoyed every moment here! The night noise. While the location is fantastic—set in a charming pedestrian-only area with lovely granite streets—this also means deliveries are made using pallet trolleys. Unfortunately, the constant clattering of metal wheels on stone is extremely noisy, especially with so many shops receiving deliveries on foot. There’s absolutely no respect for night hours or residents’ sleep. The noise continues through the night, making it an absolute nightmare if you enjoy sleeping with the windows open for fresh air.

• Martin (9/5): Superb - Large unit with all the needed amenities. The location is perfect. Fast elevator for those who don't want to take the steps. Rooms are quiet and AC works well. Host was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again. Some of the living room furniture could use a cleaning.

Because we were late filling in the legal documents on-line it was a challenge to get the code to get into the property. This was challenging after a 20+ hour flight. But a gorgeous local helped us with finding the REM office and was sorted with ease.

• Jen (10/5): Excellent option in Malaga. - Everything was great, the apartment was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked with tableware and kitchen utensils, the location is wonderful, and the staff is incredibly helpful and prompt. We had an issue with the WiFi the first day and they had someone there to take care of it within 15 minutes. I will definitely recommend them! The only thing we found lacking was outlets in the second bedroom.
• Maria (10/5): ONE OF THE BEST VACATION STSAYS EVER - AMAZING APARTMENT! This was one of the best vacation stays i EVER lived in and belive me I travel a lot. SUPER modern, fresh, STUNNING decor and in fact you feel so at home that you never wanna leave haha. The location in the middle of the center BUT i point out the apartment has so good sound proof windows its SO quiet anyways. SIMPLY THE BEST! Love Maria from Sweden The only thing is that i wish there was a hand shower its only a roof shower. But thats a bagatelle.
