• Madalina (8/5): Multumitor - Zona linistita accesibila in câteva minute la metrou Pat confortabil Nu am putut beneficia de internet wifi.. iar asta m a costat 50€ de rooming foarte lent Caloriferele nu erau aerisite si casa nu se încălzea unde era necesitatea mai mare .. dar le a pus in funcțione iubitul meu Necesar de lăsat in apartament matura si foras... nu m am complicat sa le car pe avion Un fund de taiat ar fi de apreciat.. copilul nu are mereu rabdare sa meargă in oras pentru a manca. Ambele televizoare fara cablu TV.. deci nu aveai la ce te uita in caz ca ploua si vrei sa ti petreci seara la un film Ușile camerelor de reparat. Nu se inchideau

• Guest (1/5): Не приємне перебування і хотілося швидше звідти поїхати. - Мені сподобалося, що близько є міський транспорт та продуктові магазини. Спочатку нам змінили адресу. Нам підтвердили адресу Krichbaumgasse 12, але поселили нас по адресі Krichbaumgasse 9. Це був старий будинок порівняно з погодженою адресою. Дуже брудний та старий під*їзд. Сама квартира має не приємний запах. Потрібно робити ремонт. + Стара та не приємна по запаху постільна білизна та полотенця. Я купила собі полотенця, тому що їх користуватися було не можливо. На мою думку їх потрібно викинути та придбати нові. Телевізори висіли, але розеток не було. Гардини в жахливому вигляді. Ще й сусіди зверху пили вночі, а на наступний день взагалі їх поліція забрала. Тому, на жаль я не можу рекомендувати даної кварти. А власникам рекомендую зробити ремонт і оновити як меблі так і білизну. Ми навіть поїхали на один день раніше. Шкода що фото не зробила.
• Thoma (1/5): - Die Lage Für den Preis erwartet man keinen Luxus, aber es sollte wenigstens sauber sein. Der Boden sowie das Bad sehr verdreckt. Bettwäsche vermutlich noch vom Vorgänger Handtücher noch feucht.

• Yuliia (1/5): НЕ бронюйте це приміщення, бо будете дуже сильно розчаровані!!! - - Жахливе приміщення! Не рекомендую нікому! Забронювала на 2 доби, оплатила, але, коли побачила, на скільки там гидко, брудно, жахливо - не залишилась в ньому. Що саме: квартира темна, мала, дуже брудна, кругом пил; жахливий сморід гарі в кухні і коридорі, жахливий сморід сечі в ванній кімнаті і коридорі, всі стіни обшарпані, брудні, диван поламаний, штори обірвані, карниз поламаний, постільна білизна брудна, подушки і одіяло - як ганчірки, не придатні для використання… і т.д… Зразу ввічливо написала господарям квартири прохання відмінити бронювання, вони написали, що якнайшвидше надішлють прибиральника. Написала, що це мало, що змінить. Після довгої переписки з фотографіями всіх недоліків, сказали, що не відмінять. Попередила, що напишу відгуку так, як є, і, що реальний стан квартири зовсім не відповідає дійсності. Але це нічого не змінило. Відіслала запит на безкоштовне скасування, вони теж відмовили. Написала в підтримку Букінгу, але це теж не змінило рішення господарів. Ні в якому разі не рекомендую це приміщення і цих НЕПОРЯДНИХ господарів.

• Florian (1/5): Avoid this place with all costs - There was nothing good about the place. The pictures are very not true, it shows its clean but the place is very dirty and broken and not clean. There was makes on the wall and the floor were very dirty. The hosts are also not reachable over their contact line of WhatsApp, avoid this place. I booked for two days, but only stayed one night, because not stayable.

• Martinek (1/5): Do not book this apartment!!!! - I had  a reservation from 16 to 18 November 2024. in Attractive 1BR Apt. in Vienna.  Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that the apartment does not look anything like the pictures on the Booking. The toilette was dirty, the dishes have not been washed, the curtains were torn, there were crumbs on the dining table and the kitchen, a hole in the wall, a strand of hair in the fridge, only two towels for four guests, unwashed and messy bed linen, Tv didn't work, WiFi didn't work... I contacted the landlord directly via WhatsApp and pointed out everything that was wrong but all he did was apologize and sad that he had informed management about this situation that is currently being investigated and he is sorry for the inconvience. After we excahanged several messages that led nowhere, I realized that he would not be of much help to us so we decided to leave the apartment because its was dirty and unsanitary and there is no way that I could've stayed there with two daughters and husband. We collected our things and were forced to look for other accommodation. That was extremely exhausting and nerve wracking. The trip that I was planning for months has turned into nightmare. I contaced the landlord again saying we have left the key where we found it demanding refund but he said that they have no return policy. After that I contacted booking customer service directly cause it was pointless continueing communication with the landlord.
• Adrians (5/5): Overall too expensive, if it would be cheaper, would be good. - Warm water, plates, neighbours, warm rooms. We had some really dirty cups, there were stains on the walls, a few nails for no reason in the wall, the sink in the bathroom was horrible.

• Urban (5/5): Great value - low price, low quality - The price, location, utilities. Big fridge, enough kitchen supplies, good shower. Spatious. Had 2 rooms, separate kitchen. Great value for price The beds were either rock hard or too soft. Wifi didn't work well - was very poorly reachable. It was quite dirty and we got sheets that weren't even put on and were wet. They were stained and torn. The couch that we slept on had stains and was extremely hard to sleep on. The whole apartment smelled like cigarettes. Kitchen supplies were dirty. I could see the apartment had some issues with humidity, and the floor went from wet to slippery. All in all, if the apartment was just cleaned peoperly it would have been amazing!!
• Cagri (8/5): Very good - The location was good and room was nice. Clean flat for a good price. Linens were clean but a little bit damp.
• Ula (5/5): Passable, but wouldn’t recommend. - The property was located in a good spot, near the city centre and magnificent Palace Park. It was spacious, all the equipment worked well. In the apartment there was kitchen, bathroom, living room and one bedroom. I don’t think that it was worth the money. It is clear that the owner of the property is not looking after the property and leaves everything up to the staff. Or in the worst case, the owner knows everything and decides to be “blind”. The wifi was not working (informed the owner, but he sent the same wifi paswords I used and it was not the problem); the linen (which they wrote on the registration page, “highest quality”), was torn apart and left wet, so we firstly had to leave it to dry off; floor in the main room had dust in the corner and bathroom needed general cleaning (especially the frames of the shower), but all in all it was “quite” clean; there were some broken things: ventilator did not stand without chair support, window handle was pulled out from the window frame, the lock on the apartment door was wobbly). I would have definitely wrote this comment privately, as the owner of this apartment asked, but I doubt that any change would be made after that, as I see others wrote same things in the reviews long ago.

• Volodymyr (3/5): Not recommend - - Apartments are managed remotely and all massaging through booking done via some bot. You constantly getting same messages event after check-out. The owner is not checking how apartment is prepared for a guest. He has no clue where things are located there. Wifi was not working and I was told to find and restart a router, but nor router, nor even internet cable was present in the appartment.
