• Núria (7/5): - Bien comunicado con varias lineas de metro y la atención del propietario Piso muy pequeño (en las fotos parece mayor), no tenia persianas o cortinas opacas y entraba la luz por las mañanas. El baño a reformar.
• ANA MARIA (8/5): Una buena estancia en Londres - El alojamiento es muy pequeño, pero está limpio y la zona está muy cerquita y bien comunicada con el centro de Londres. El barrio nos gustó mucho, porque tiene buenos servicios: una panadería maravillosa, una tienda de productos bio, varios supermercados, restaurantes interesantes... La entrada al alojamiento está descuidada, poco limpia y huele muy mal. Es una pena, porque luego te encuentras un alojamiento cuidado y agradable.

Homely and cosy and just perfect. - The property was perfect!! so clean, cosy, had everything we needed - tea, coffee, complimentary snacks, shower gel, tv etc. Kitchen is well equipped. Lovely decor and a table with 5 chairs great for meals / playing games. It was lovely and warm inside and had a good safe vibe. For the price as well we were very impressed…nicer than most hotels and cheaper. Neighbours very nice too and communication with Greg was quick and easy. Honestly a 5 star place! Great location close by to Caledonian Road tube station which made it so easy to get around everywhere. Around 25 mins from Paddington. Area had some lovely parks and Sainsbury’s close by ⭐️ Bathroom extractor could be better as it gets quite steamy but honestly a minor issue

Blisko do przystanku autobusowego, z którego bezpośrednio można dojechać do King Cross albo London Bridge. 5 min spacerem do sklepu Aldi, 35 min pieszo do King Cross. Szybki zwrot kaucji (choć trzeba pamiętać, o opłatach za transakcje walutowe) Apartament bardzo mały. Bardzo słabe wyciszenie. Niestety sąsiedzi z góry i obok byli bardzo słyszalni. Było również słychać odgłosy z zewnątrz (np. śmieciarki). Przydałoby się odświeżyć łazienkę. Brzydki zapach na parterze w korytarzu przy drzwiach wejściowych do budynku.

• paolo palazzi (6/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Host molto disponibile, gentile, ci ha sempre risposto alle mail in tempi celeri. Posizione comoda a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Caledonian (Linea blu Piccadilly che arriva direttamente all' aeroporto di Heatrow), supermercati nelle vicinanze aperti h 24, locali vari, servizio autobus per il centro, vicino allo stadio dell' Arsenal. Cucina con dotazione semplice ma funzionale. Acqua calda e riscaldamento veloce, ambiente caldo. Appartamento troppo piccolo per 5 persone, 3 dovrebbero dormire in sala, ma con il 3 letto aperto non ci si riesce a muovere. Armadio troppo piccolo, assenza di cassettiera, non c'era spazio per disfare e sistemare le valigie. Finestra del bagno bloccata aperta. Coperte poche e troppo piccole. Scarsa insonorizzazione con gli altri appartamenti. Ambiente umido. Nel kit di benvenuto c'erano dei biscotti scaduti. Dalle foto sembra poi grande.

• Antonella (9/5): Pulito e ben fornito - Molto pulito, molto comodo per la vicinanza alla fermata metro e a servizi come ristorantini ecc. Ben fornito come attrezzature, silenzioso e ben riscaldato. Credo che per 5 persone sia un pochino piccolo. Lo proporrei per un massimo di 4 evitando di aprire il letto singolo che poi non ci si muove più.

A coffee machine or cafatierre is needed The small area when you enter flat needs a little tlc apart from that everything was very good. Thankyou.

• Laura (9/5): Fin de semana fantástico - Nos gustaría destacar la amabilidad de Greg, tuvimos un inconveniente en la recogida de las llaves y nos ayudó enseguida a resolver la situación. El apartamento está situado en una zona tranquila y muy cerca de la parada de metro Caledonian Road, que comunica rápidamente con el centro de Londres. Aun siendo un bajo, no había nada de ruido. Ideal para pasar un fin de semana, nosotros éramos una familia de 5 y quizás era un poco justo para dormir por el espacio en el comedor, pero para nosotros ha sido suficiente para disfrutar del fin de semana.

Staff ottimo Locazione in posizione fantastica ottimamente collegata con bus e metro e al piano.terra comodossima Insonorizzazione dell appartamento con le altre locazioni ...quando usciva o entrava qualcuno dall edificio si sentiva tutto.

• Iuliana (9/5): We enjoyed the flat very much. - Great location, very clean and equipped with everything needed. Entrance to building (hallway before getting to apartment) was very smelly and dirty, owners should join hands to fix that as it is a bad first impression.

• Maureen (8/5): This was an ideal base for us for the two days we were in London - The property was very good and comfortable, within easy reach of the Caledonian Road tube station, 1 stop from Kings Cross. Communication with Greg the owner was excellent. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but would suggest having a small coffee machine or cafetière
• Robin (9/5): Superb - The fittings and furnishings were well above average for London yet at a competitive rate. I locked myself out of the flat and had to get a locksmith late at night which set me back nearly £500, increasing the cost of staying at the property by over 50%. Clearly it's not the fault of the host but it would have been nice to have an emergency spare key available 😔
• Tuba (10/5): Very good choice in London - The apartment location is great; accross the park, 5 min. walk from metro and 1 min. walk from bus stop, safe neighborhood. Decoration is nice, comfortable bad and clean linens is just perfect. The information before check in was helpful.

• Ahmed (10/5): Lovely London apartment - your home away from home - - Comfortable, homey apartment - feels fresh with new decor and furniture, looks recently refurnished - Fantastic location close to good amenities, nice local restaurants and sights closeby - Only 5 min walk to Tube which is very convenient, so you can access all of London quickly - Overlooks a lovely park, so nice to have greenery nearby - Host keeps the place spotless and tidy, very nice homely feel - Host communicates very fast, responsive and is very professional - key pickup was easy. Its reassuring the host has other highly rated properties and prizes their reputation Great stay. I think the host is very receptive to feedback and I suggested some minor details which he's agreed to accomodate for my stay. All good signs of a professional host.
