Επίσης σε πρόβλημα που προέκυψε με το κλιματιστικό και ενώ ήταν Κυριακή εν μέσω χριστουγεννιάτικων διακοπών δόθηκε λύση άμεσα από τον οικοδεσπότη. Μόνο κακό είναι ο χώρος του ντουζ που είναι λίγο στενά όπως επίσης και οι πόρτα του διαμερίσματος δεν εμπνέει εμπιστοσύνη , ασφαλείας.

• Ines (8/5): Kurze Wege, tolle Aussicht, guter Preis und alles was braucht, findet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. - Das Apartment liegt in direkter Nähe zur Metro. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und im nahen Umkreis finden sich Cafés, Restaurants und Läden zum Shoppen. Die Aussicht von der Dachterasse ist wirklich sehr schön.

• Cristina (10/5): Una experiencia para repetir. - El apartamento muy acogedor, muy bien equipado y muy bien aprovechado el espacio, la terraza muy bonita con muy buenas vistas y muy bien situado, al lado de un supermercado y de la parada de metro. • VALERIE (6/5): Very cosy and convenient place / can get very warm in summer - I had stayed there before so I knew what to expect. I am grateful I could access the place before 15:00. I love how cosy the place is and how close to the metro and buses. On this occasion, given the heatwave, the studio got extremely warm. Air conditioning is available of course and works well but it then gets very cold and the light display of the temperature illuminates the room in full. So I found myself waking up at night a number of times to switch it on or off. The bedsheets felt very warm.

• Valerie (9/5): A very cosy place to enjoy - Really loved the place, beautiful terrace, lots of light, very cosy, small cute shower room, bed extremely comfortable and I could enjoy twice the hammock on the terrace. Kitchen is basic but was enough for my use as I ate outside.

• Natalia (10/5): On the whole, I've never regretted about booking this apartment where I was from 19/5/24 to 27/5/24! - Excellent location (metro station within 5 min. by foot, Supermarket across the street and pharmacy in the same building as the apartment), peace and quiet place with marvelous mountain view from terrace in combination with kindness and responsiveness of the host Thanos make your stay unforgettable. The only one thing you should bear in mind that the door on the terrace locked automatically.

• Martin (9/5): A ideal location and accommodation when visiting Athens...highly recommend. - The location was superb, tranquil and quiet, close to all amenities - Metro, Supermarkets, Restaurants galore, taxi rank, pharmacies, cinema with English language movies, banks eta. The rooftop terrace was wonderful for alfresco breakfasts and evening meals, a really spacious patio. Thanos, the landlord was terrific, helpful and responsive to requests. The shower stall is small but adequate....I've been spoiled by my large shower at home...hot water was always readily available...beyond that, the accommodation was perfect.
