- Katarina (8/5): Good, but cold. - The view and the setup of the apartment. It was freezing. The heating wasn't on and we couldn't get it to start. There was an issue with a boiler and no instructions.
Pass the Keys have been responsive but terrible at managing the situation. We booked for 4 days and after one freezing night they suggested someone comes to look at the heating the NEXT dy. there was 15 degrees in the apartment.
The owners response they forwarded was aggressive. We had to threaten with cancellation for them to send someone to fic the issue at 22:23 that evening.
- Katarina (1/5): Stay away from these people - Nothing really. After the bad experience i can't find any good thing about this stay. On my arrival at the property location, i realised i dont see anywhere in the guide the pass code needed to open the box with the key. I called the number on my reservation and it took a while until i managed to speak to a person not a machine. The lady on the other end advised that they haven't received the verification. Than i remembered I kept receiving messages to verify my booking but as soon as i clicked on the link included everytime i got same answer, "the verification is complete and we will contact you if more info is needed." I had two other persons with me, one was a 76-year-old lady who needed urgently to use the toilet. I had to call the number a few more times to tell the same story again and again. It took an hour for them to realise i was telling the truth and finally got the pass code. Another issue was with the parking. They state in the guide it is free to park on some streets close by. This is not true!! Every single street is for permit holders from 8am to 6.30pm on weekdays and all days on weekends. So for us, fortunately we stayed only until Tue so on Monday we had to change our plans and take the car to the city with us which cost us more money. When i tried complaining about these issues and get some resolution, nobody bothered to respond my messages.
- Nieshka (4/5): Nice place with bad service. - The apartment is really nice, comfortably can accommodate 4 people (2 beds).
The kitchen is well equipped, with coffee machine with capsules available.
The seating area with beautiful view. The process of getting the keys and returning keys was a nightmare. The agency sent us incorrect codes for the key safe and when I tried to call them, noone answered for almost 30 muinutes. We were tired, our son was crying exhausted after sightseeing - the entire experience was awful.
Then again, when we were checking out - the code for the key safe was wrong. Again, no answer to the call or messages for a longer period and we were in hurry for the airport. It took us 30 minutes to sort it out.
The apartment is clean but looks worn out.
The location is nice in terms of the view but to get to the nearest tube/ railway station it takes approx 20 minutes of walk so you neeed to consider this when planning your day.

- Viktor (10/5): Exceptional apartment - Well what didn't we like it is absolutely amazing place we loved everything about it ❤️ you can not dislike this apartment it has everything you need it's beautiful too Nothing u could not fault the place at all unless ur stuck up you want find better for this price I will be telling all my friends and family

- H (7/5): Good - Quiet area, nearby water taxi, enough space in apartment for a small family. Apartment could use a “freshen up”, id proces requires copy passport and a photo.
- Geoffrey (8/5): Great location, lovely views - Views and terrace. Proximity to Thames Clipper. Comfy beds. Good coffee machine. Terrace was a little dirty. It was a lovely warm evening to sit out but we had to wipe tables and chairs down before use.

- Lucy (7/5): Good - gorgeous views, very comfy and well equipped. good shops, train stations and bus stops nearby and the uber boat goes straight from outside the apartment block. the booking states that there is free parking, but on arrival all parking in literally every street around is either private or for permit holders, i had to pay for a parking space on justpark for the duration of our stay which is a shame. when i phoned about this issue i was given no help at all and was told to sort it out myself. i dont think this is an issue with the host as i spoke to someone at booking.com over the phone, but just a heads up to anyone who is planning on driving to the location
- Scullion (10/5): superb! - Incredible views of the docks and Themes. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy. 15 minute walk to the nearest tube. Free weekend on road parking. super Tesco near by. We would 100% stay here again. A funny woody, empty chips box smell on the first night. The smell soon disappeared after the property was aired!

key was not in the box when we arrived at 8:00 PM on first day. I had to spend outside in chilli weather with my 2 yr old.
