- Angie (7/5): Overall a really comfortable place to stay but location (due to what goes on outside the building) would change my mind - Lovely decor, comfortable and clean with everything provided for our short stay. The area had lots of homeless people living in the neighbouring streets and this was a little unsettling.

- Craig (9/5): I would definitely book this if I was staying in the downtown core. - Spacious and in very good repair. Chris must take great pride in providing a comfortable, very clean and very well appointed home away from home.
Everything to provide for a great stay is here. Numerous net services, comfy beds and quiet.
Secure underground parking was included and it was a easy Uber ride to the functions we had to attend. The one thing if of control of the property is the homeless situation in the Edmonton core. It does not seam to matter where you go in the ice district ( which houses many of the city’s 5 star properties)
It detracts from the area.
